I called to see if the salon had availability for a walk in. I also expressed that I had to be in and out because I had a work conference. I was told to schedule online the next available option as a formality but that I would be taken care of before the scheduled time when I arrived . As I don’t live here, I ubered to the salon only to be told there was no room for me until an hour later, which is NOT what was relayed to me over the phone. I wasted money getting to this salon, time, as well as the opportunity to have a blow out in time for my work conference. If you don’t have room for walk ins, just say so. Don’t waste peoples’ time.

Let me tell y’all!!! If you’re looking for that good black girl silk press KEISHA will get you all the way together! My girl cut me this super pretty bob! Stiff where!!!! Silky straight cut to perfection! I will be back! Also JORDAN is the bomb as well! I’ve been going for the past 6 months and she has been amazing. My hair is healthy, I always fall asleep in the chair. Hands from GOD! This place is amazing don’t sleep y’all! I can sleep on my hair and it’s still straight.

I went to Jordan for a color and styling service - one of the best experiences at a hair salon I have ever had. She ensures you get exactly what you ask for, and creates a relaxing and comfortable experience throughout. I left the salon feeling brand new, my hair hasn’t had this much bounce, ever. Jordan is AMAZING! I rolled in with newly installed extensions I wasn’t super happy with and didn’t know how to style. I’m in Atlanta for a wedding and needed my hair to look good! I scheduled a blowout and she made time in her schedule to trim and blend my extensions before styling them into beautiful waves. She went above and beyond! And was a kind, positive, lovely presence on top of it. She did a wonderful job with my hair and I enjoyed talking with her while she did it. 10/10 Book with Jordan! She will make you look and feel your best!

Jordan is an awesome stylist and we are always trying something new. My hair's health is #1 and is evident by the discussions we have and by the fact that my natural curls/waves are still intact. Would highly recommend Jordan (already have to a couple friends) if you're looking for a new salon.

Jordan is fantastic!! I am extremely picky about my blowouts and have difficult thick hair that most people struggle to manage. Jordan is the only person I’ve found in Atlanta (after trying probably 30+ different salons and stylists) who can do an amazing blowout each time on my hair. She’s been a savior! She’s always pleasant and on schedule too which is a bonus :)

My favorite salon by far in Atlanta. Jordan is the best. She does my hair and my son's and we love it. She does my eyesbrow too and always gets it right. She really has a great eye for what suits me. The best thing about going in for a cut is that we always laugh so much, it's like an endorfín boost to go see her. Highly recommend her.

Needed an appointment last minute and called 15 mins before the appointment time I needed. Jordan was able to give me a blow out that was amazing and I just appreciate how they accommodated me so well. Would definitely schedule again! 12/10

Service , and staff were wonderful, location is also a plus with parking deck being adjacent to salon accompanied by a great view of city while getting serviced. I give Jordan 10/10 she was on time, and professional. Highly recommend.

My hair is extremely curly with really nice coils. I went in here to get a blow out but the blow dryer couldn’t figure out how to make my hair straight with the blow dryer so had to go over all the strands with the straightener. The products used were of medium quality, need to find out what exactly was used on my hair because I think it ruined it. Overall a nice business and people there. A huge concern for me though because I’ve now washed my hair 4 times since getting it straightened and my curls have not come back. My hair is limp and not coiling back and it’s very concerning to me that my hair now has permanent damage from this business. It feels very unhealthy now after feeling very healthy and I think the products used sealed my hair straight and ruined the proteins of my curly hair I'm very upset.

Terrible customer service. Who ever answered the phone knows nothing about the services and had an attitude while rushing me to book or get off the phone. I definitely won't be coming here.

WARNING: Owner deleted my photo showing booking confirmation. Scheduled an appointment to have my hair done for a wedding. Walked 15 minutes in the rain from my hotel in 43 degree weather. No one was there. Called multiple times, no answer; called the number my appointment was CONFIRMED from, no answer. I will now spend my morning trying to find a last minute appointment somewhere else. I obviously wouldn’t recommend this fly by night operation that either unexpectedly went out of business; or cares so little they no-show on clients. Update: my credit card was still charged... I have sent the photo of the booking and confirmation text.
