Bridgette is amazing!! The total salon experience with her = great vibes. She knows her ish and will recommend what’s needed or not needed. Prices can be high depending on what you’re used to (like me being used to the Dominican spots in NY) but.......YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! When you leave Bridgette’s salon just make sure you have “feeling myself” by Beyoncé ready to play as you continuously check yourself out in the mirror 😄😄

I walked in with damaged hair and no idea of what style I wanted. Bridgett gave suggestions for styling & a treatment plan to grow healthy hair. She knows hair!She was courteous, creative and maintains a Covid free environment. I can see growth already! Can't wait til my next appointment.

I went to Bridgett for a keratin treatment and I was not disappointed! She was efficient, chatty (in a good way), and very professional. She was also really thorough and patient answering my many questions about the treatment since I have had some bad hair experiences and wanted to make sure I was doing my due diligence. My hair feels great and she gave me a trim that made it look great too! Will definitely be going back!

Let me tell y’all about my experience. It started with the courtesy virtual consultation to take a look at my hair in its current state, go over what I wanted, and discuss any concerns I had before I came in. Upon arrival, only bring your keys, phone and method of payment and in order to even come in, your temp is checked. Then you are handed a mask and required to go wash your hands and put on provided gloves. It’s the safety precautions for me!! After we got that out the way, that’s when the BRIDGETTE HARRISON experience began. We started with my cut then we headed to the shampoo bowl where I received my signature shampoo experience which included the best scalp massage! The conditioner followed with a scalp steam. Lawd, I felt like I was having a spa day seriously lol. Once my hair was dry, I was back in her chair ready to get styled. She got me right y’all! When going to get your hair cut along with some color, you want to be in the right hands. You want someone who specializes in healthy hair so you don’t just look cute but you hair continues to flourish and stay healthy! You also want to stay healthy during this pandemic. Bridgette, thank you for your EXCEPTIONAL customer service, for being up front about anything regarding my hair, and your cleanliness! We literally laughed the entire time I was there and I had a great time. See you in a couple of weeks!

I had high hopes in coming here, however they fell short. I came in for a very simple wave style. However, simple as it is, the wrong pattern in the waves can make the difference between a smooth and sexy style and looking cartoonish. I definitely believe the stylist had the skills to do the style correctly, she just didnt pay attention to the way she was laying the waves. Waves go in and out. It doesn't take a professional stylist to know that what makes the wave pop is the swoop going out over the center of the head. Even the very picture I brought the stylist which was her very own work displayed this. Yet she had the wave going in right smack dab in the center of my head?? Lol. When I mentioned the center piece looking so off, she pretty much stated that she was already done and nothing could be done about it...mind you she was still molding me to prep for the dryer. It would have been a 5 minute fix, and that's stretching. She mentioned that she put my part on the side I asked and that's where the waves fell...ummm, ok. They fell how she chose to shape them, left or right side part didn't matter. Her unaccountability in doing a shoddy job and refusal to fix something so simple is my biggest gripe. It's not as if I waited until my hair was dry and formed to mention this. And it's not something I should've even needed to mention to a stylist. Again, her own picture of her work was proof. And I can pull up a 100 waves in Google, and not one...including hers... will have a swoop going in, in the center of someone's forehead. To add insult to injury, I had to clear the flaky residue from the products she used off my waves myself. No ma'am. I've never left a review for a salon, but I've also never taken my hair down same day.

This lady is heavent sent Ms. Bridget did wonders on my badly damaged hair and transform it into something very beautiful and healthy looking. I love it and I really enjoyed the whole atmosphere in her shop even her regular clients are very friendly....not only did she take care of my hair she educated me on how to maintain it. She is straight forward and honest and I love that the most about her ...cant wait for my follow up this is the first time in years I was pleased and very happy with the results from a hair stylist....... her skills are worth every dollar....thank you Ms. Bridget everyone loves the new look on me

Very unprofessional stylist. She did not execute a contract with my best friend who is getting married, after receiving a $500 deposit that she refused to refund. This is totally unacceptable and we will never use her services again.

Dennis Denzel redid my roots from dark brown to platinum blonde and took out any green or grey tones that snuck in from chlorine, he knows exactly what to do and how to give you the color you want!

I moved from Fl and have had nothing but hair horrors since moving to Dallas, until I started going to Bridgett. Bridgett's focus is hair health vs just putting a good style on your head or just getting you in for money. Before I went to Bridgett, my scalp had become overyly dry. My hair had become dry and frail, and was shedding excessively. My hair was was close to mid back, but was a mess because I had not found someone who knows hair and wanted to help keep my hair healthy. Bridgett evaluated my hair and scalp and put me on a path to where my hair is shiny, flows beautifully, is growing again and regaining its strength. I have recommended Bridgett to several friends and can highly recommend her to any woman who wants to have healthy hair, along with an amazing style.
