I loved Jody cutting my hair! I was visiting out of town and just walked in, not expecting anything available. I got really lucky and she could take me! She spent a lot of time with me, making sure everything looked good. She’s great at her job! Really friendly and patient. I felt so fresh and wonderful after my haircut. Thanks Jody! Wish I could make her my main hairstylist but I live in another state.

I’ve always had a wonderful experience here, friendly folks and great haircuts! I’m a very boring client who wants a pretty simple & low-maintenance cut, and they have always been most welcoming and never pushy about anything. Also helped me find some products that aren’t complicated and have improved my hair. Love this salon! Wish I still worked a 10 minute walk away, which is how I found them, but definitely worth the drive now :)

Came here not knowing what style I wanted or what would work to tame my hair. Anjuli took time to dry-cut my hair first and work with me to find a style that works for my hair type. She and the entire staff were fantastic.

I went in to have my roots done and left with what looks like a black cap on my head. She also ran the hair color though my hair at the end of the treatment and left me with this ugly ashey look. I only wanted my roots covered up I can't even go outside. My natural color was so beautiful . Shannon Cole is her name. She might be fine cutting your hair. Thank God she didn't cut mine. But whatever you do don't let her dye you hair. The worse part was they didn't even say sorry.

I called 5/17 to book an appt for an updo and make-up on Saturday, 5/28, explaining that my husband and I are flying in from Alaska to celebrate our anniversary with a fancy dinner that day. The lady I spoke with was very nice and confirmed that she could schedule an appt for 4pm on 5/28. I got a call today confirming my appt for tomorrow, 5/21. When I called back to clarify that my appt was for 5/28, not 5/21, I was informed that my appt was scheduled for 5/21 and there was not a 4pm appt available on 5/28. The man I spoke with provided the option of coming in significantly earlier in the day, which doesn't work with our flight schedule, hence why I booked a 4pm appt. To say that I'm frustrated is an immense understatement. This is unacceptable. Verbally confirming an appt for one date, writing it in the book for a different date, and then being unwilling/unable to honor the actual appt day/time is unacceptable.

Jody has been cutting my hair for a couple of years now and does a wonderful job. She also is extremely helpful about styling suggestions and products that will work for me. The salon is convenient from either downtown or the east side, and I always feel comfortable and relaxed after my time there.
