I found Brittany Rivers online and booked an appointment for myself and my daughter. We both loved our hair color and cut. Brittany was experienced, professional and knowledgeable. Brittney also helped me to apply eye lashes which I have always struggled with. She was so nice and will definitely be seeing her again. Her salon was very relaxing, overlooking 5th Ave, downtown Naples.

Brittany is a wonderful stylist and a special person. I so look forward to my appointments with her. She's masterful color and styling. She did my hair and makeup for my wedding and I never felt more beautiful! I highly recommend Brittany.

Brittany is great! I had gone through various salon colorings as well as home "remedies" to fix my hair before seeing Brittany. I went off on limb to find a new salon, and Brittany is it. She fixed my hair with low lights and high lights and it looks great, natural, and exactly what I was looking for. Also, her place is very clean and she was very pleasant and professional. Brittany's hair coloring talents have transformed my hair to a whole new level! I'm always impressed by her knowledge and keen eye for how to color and highlight my hair. I've been blessed to have her be my stylist for over the past 3 years when we winter in Naples. I always leave her salon with AMAZING looking hair and feeling like a million dollars. Brittney was AMAZING! She is truly an artisan when it comes to color and style. Her passion for giving you the beautiful results you want, is equally balanced with her innate ability to see what your hair really needs to be it’s best reflection of you. Her extensive training is evident in not only the products she uses, but she understands the importance of maintaining your hairs natural health, abstaining from the many harsh chemicals so many other salons use, without second thought. It has taken me a while to find any place in SW Florida that replicated the level of excellence I receive at my salon back in NY City. Brittney exceeded my expectations, and I am really looking forward to my next visit. Best Thing You’ll Ever Do For Yourself!!!

I met Brittney in the past when she worked for a salon in Naples. I then recently found her again and discovered that she owned her own hair salon. Getting in touch with Brittney is very difficult. I have several text messages, voicemails and even text messages on FB with no response. Her mail box on her phone is always full. I had made an appointment with her a month in advance and a day before my appointment I went to go check the time and the system told me it was cancelled. I had a party that night so I was freaking out. I called, texted, FB messaged and nothing. Finally, she responded telling me “she was away”. Very disturbing. In my opinion, not very professional. My appointment was made a month before. All of a sudden a day before the system cancels my appointment? She told me it was the system which it was hard to believe. I made an appointment to see her to fix my hair despite of that situation. I don’t really write these reviews but this situation that I had with Brittney I felt she didn’t handle it very well and I would like people to know that what she did was not the right thing to do. I came into Brittney on February 21. My hair before I came into the salon was completely blonde. My hair was brown when I entered her salon. I explained to her that I colored my own hair back to my natural color. Removing all the blonde. I had to do it twice to cover up the blonde. I came to her because I wanted some “honey” colored balayage to lighten it up. HONEY . She completely rushed the entire process. She put toner in my hair and didn’t even wash and condition my hair after the toner. When I was done my hair was completely blonde! The front was orange. I was so upset! She had another client there waiting so I couldn’t say anything. I came home and had my x mother in law cover the entire thing back to brown. It was nothing I wanted what so ever. At this point from dying my hair twice before Brittney colored my hair and then Brittney doing something I wanted nothing of and having to remove her mistake, I wanted nobody to touch my hair again. My hair was severally damaged. It is all broken up in the front from the bleach. I texted her the following day. I showed her pictures. She pretty much had an attitude that I was asking for a refund for the portion of the service and how she doesn’t work for free. She wanted me to come in and have her fix it. i explained to her that I don’t know want her touching my damaged hair. It was her mistake and my hair is not in the right condition for a “redo” on her part. Now when you have a customer in this situation, You refund their money instead of getting a little attitude with me because nobody has ever asked for a refund before. It was like how dare I ask for a refund. That’s what it seemed like. She actually first told me she would offer me a voucher for the future service but she’s never done that before and then took it back and told me to find another hairstylist. I refuse to pay for something I did not ask for. I will take her to court and get my money back. I’ve been texting brittney to get a copy of the breakdown for the services and she just ignores my text. Once again, unprofessional. Also, she is constantly never on time. She always has me waiting. She seems to be very unorganized and all over the place since she’s had her own place. In my opinion, not very professional. UPDATE: 9/4/20 Brittany just decided to respond back to my review- 5 months later. I tried to text her but she has me blocked. Everything she posted below is a complete lie. I explained to Brittany MANY times, I did NOT use BOX color. She states below that I did. I wanted to send her a picture of our conversation so she can recall our conversation and stop posting lies. Bottom line is- my hair is STILL broken and damaged from my appointment with Brittany. I was planning on taking her to court, however COVID came along. She got lucky. No way in hell after damaging my hair am I giving you “another shot” to correct it. You messed up- face the facts, apologize and move on.

Britney is an amazing stylist, best hair cut and styling I have ever had and she turned my dull sandy blonde hair in to masterpiece of beautiful dimensional shades of natural looking blonde that highlights my skin tone perfectly. Brittany is an excellent colorist and hair stylist. What I also like is that she tells you her honest opinion if she does not agree with a new hair change idea that you come up with. Her online appointment scheduling option is also really easy and convenient. I highly recommend her.

I was very pleased with my cut and my (natural) hair coloring imported from Italy. Brittany really listened and cared about what my needs and expectations were and delivered! My hair it’s the shiniest it’s ever been and my stubborn grays are beautifully covered. The salon has a very intimate and “zen” like atmosphere...I was even offered a relaxing hand massage. I highly recommend this salon!

What a wonderful experience! Brittany scheduled both myself and best friend to get our hair done together. She created a great atmosphere for a fun evening getting pampered. Her salon space is cozy and intimate making it easy to connect and spend quality time with her. She takes her time and listens to what the client want to assure you get the look you are wanting.
