I have been a loyal customer of Brittney for the past 2 years and Britt is absolutely the best hair extension specialist in town! Not only did she work her magic perfectly matching my hair color and texture, but also took the time to explain every option and ensure the application process was comfortable and seamless. My extensions look completely natural, adding gorgeous volume and length without any damage to my hair. I'm beyond thrilled with the results and can't recommend her work enough!

I highly recommend Brittany for extensions and coloring! She is so knowledgeable and experienced, I see a dramatic difference in my hair since going to her. For anyone looking to try hair extensions for the first time.. Weft hair extensions are an investment! It is not a one and done, see you 6-12 months from now type of transaction. The upfront cost of getting Weft extensions and a few k-tips is hefty! I paid $1,475.00. Plus, there are 2 different types of maintenance to keep up the extensions; the price I was given, to tighten my extensions every 6 weeks, $200, color is $70 for roots as needed and to remove and reinstall my extensions every 12-14 weeks, $450. I didn't know this before getting the extensions. I found the price given for the maintenace costly! And, there are certain hair products and heating tools that must be used to style the Weft extensions after the install to keep the hair looking well maintained. Please do your research well before getting extensions. I will say that Brittany met me at 7am before her opening hours for an appointment on short notice. She is very knowledgeable, nice, and patient when asking her a bunch of new hair/ extensions related questions. Thank you, Brittany for doing such an excellent job with my new hair ❣️ Update: One wash after getting my hair colored and extensions, some of the hair color has faded. It's especially embarrassing when other people point it out, but that's beside the point of this post/ review. If you have greys and dye your own hair, you'll want to ask if there are special dyes that you have to use for your roots or can you use your usual dyes and how to apply it, so that your extensions won't get damaged during the process. Keep in mind, the extensions may be human hair, but it is not your natural hair which you've handled for years, so ask questions. Again, this post is based on my personal experience and perspective. It is meant to be informative for those looking to get hair extensions for their first time.

I have been a client of Brittany’s for many years and have struggled with hair loss. I saw the video clip of her most recent technique “mesh integration”. I knew this was for me! Brittany is always on the cutting edge in her knowledge of the latest techniques, especially with hair extensions. My self confidence was damaged as I continued to lose my hair. Brittany took control of the situation and in a few hours I was looking my finest!! She is a true Artist; her passion shines through with every cut, color, style or extension installation! I wanted to leave a review to share my experience at Brittany's hair salon, they went above and beyond for me, made me feel completely comfortable, I suffer from social anxiety pretty badly and from the minute that I walked in I felt like I was at a familys place. They were kind, patient, accommodating, nonjudgmental and truly experts at their craft. I was a little unsure of the direction that I wanted to go with my hair transformation but I gave my thoughts and ideas and she truly transformed me into exactly what I was imagining. I was there for quite a while and never not one time did they make me feel like I was a burden or they were getting tired of me being there they never rushed anything they took their time with me and that means everything to me. Brittanys Hair will be my only salon that I go to from now on. Thank you so much Brittany, my appointment with you means more to me than you'll ever know. Youre the best!

Brittany's Hair is the GO-TO place for extensions in Jacksonville! I had a bad experience at another salon so I was nervous. But she knows every method of extensions there are, and she does clean, quick work! She did a blend of Weft and K-Tips for me, and a beautiful creamy blonde. The cost was very reasonable for this much hair and lightening. And aside from all that, she's just a major sweetheart! 10/10 would recommend. Thank you Brittany! See you again soon!

Im so happy with Britannys work! She made fell in love with “weft” extensions again! Before going to other technicians i wasnt happy with method it was always falling after few weeks! After Britannys work i feel so comfortable with them and can stay with them up 2 months withot any issues!so happy to find her and cant wait to put new set with her!❤️

Extensions: Very kind and informative. Brittany got me in super quick too! During my consultation she walked me through all the different options (I had no clue what I was doing) and made recommendations for costs and maintenance levels to be expected for each type of attachment. I have a bit of a strange hair color combination as I'm working through color correcting my own mistakes so I'm not totally all one color from root to length. I'm darker at the root and more blonde at the length. During the installation she artfully blended the extension lengths with my crazy, multi-tiered hair color and it looks totally natural and amazing! I had to pick up my fiancé's jaw off the floor when he first saw my new locks!!! Love, LOVE my new look! Thank you Brittany!

I had my first appointment yesterday and my color hasn't looked this good in years! Brittany did a root touch up and added a few foil highlights on top and I love it.
