I love this place and the owner and all of the staff are very customer service oriented and above and beyond kind! I like that I can pop in and feel recharged and rejuvenated in such a short amount of time with the cryo full body and facial and I’m making improvements every time I come! The massage was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. After I saw friends have great results with cryo sculpting I have been trying that and lost inches off my waist. I’ve seen everything from young Olympic level athletes who come in regularly after tough days of training for the full body cryo and targeted cryo for sore spots and leg compression to middle age guys who want to shape, sculpt and tighten, to senior women who come for arthritis relief. It’s for everyone! If you want to relax, soothe sore muscles, tighten skin, get energized, increase your metabolism, lose fat and more you have to check it out! I’ve brought family visiting in town to try it, everyone I introduce becomes a fan. I got a great deal on a one month unlimited full body cryo and facials. Totally worth it.

I love everything about Broadmoor Cryotherapy: location (the only one in the southern part of town), convenient hours (open till 7 pm and on weekends), friendly and attentive staff, no appointment needed, along with frequent specials. It is a great way for a busy person to boost energy in just a couple minutes! I usually do both cryo chamber and cryo facial for the full body experience because a lot of nerves are located in the neck and face. As a bonus, I noticed that my fine lines noticeably smoothed over time! If I have an additional half of hour, Normatec compression therapy really helps me to increase circulation in hips and legs after sitting at a desk all day. They also offer some of the most relaxing massages in town.

I began weekly Cryotherapy sessions in February 2022 as one component of a weight loss program (other components include physical fitness program and nutrition management). My weight at the beginning of the program was 136 lbs. and is now 117 lbs. which is a weight loss of 13.6% Broadmoor Cryotherapy uses state of the art equipment and is staffed by professional and knowledgeable individuals. Broadmoor Cryotherapy is an important part of my ongoing wellness program and I highly recommend their services!

Do not deal with Katie the owner she will keep your money for services not rendered! She currently owes me 5 months of services not rendered and is not returning my emails, texts, or letters. I will be now taking her to court and going after triple damages! Dora, BBB, Customer Affairs and The Attorney General who are currently investigating her and her business!!! BEWARE!!!!

Excellent customer service. Clean, calm environment. Very friendly staff willing to answer questions and educate customers on all the benefits of all of their services. I did 2 whole body sessions and tried the Normatec on my low back and hips. Whole body sessions helped with soreness, inflammation and swelling. Normatec drastically helped the tension and tightness I carry in my low back and hips. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I look forward to going back for more whole body sessions and a massage in a couple of weeks.

So excited they are back open for full service. I had an amazing massage and finished with a full body Cryospa. So refreshed when I left. Staff is always friendly and helpful. If you have not been frozen, you gotta check this out, it only lasts 2 minutes but totally therapeutic in the healing of your body. They also offer great packages, call and find out their special deals!

Love this place! The new owner, Katie, is very kind and makes sure that the customer is the priority. The employees at this location are very nice and will sit down to talk and get to know you. Cryo has helped my injuries such as a hip tear, shin splints, fractured toe, and everyday bruises and bumps. Highly recommend coming here!

Wonderful place overall! Great people, friendly and welcoming. Great place to recover. I run a lot of miles a day and honestly can't think of a better place to go for recovery.
