I really liked this place , the environment and the ambiance is really good. The place was neat and clean with warm towel after massage and low dim lights with pleasant music made it even better. The staffs are so good and they know what they are doing especially ivy.

You get what you pay for. The $78 price was good for a deep tissue massage. A bare bones kind of place. Not luxurious and cushy. The communication is difficult which can cause misunderstanding. Privacy was an issue because of this. If they knew a little more English that would be great. They didn't ask if I had any areas of concern. The padding for your face was minimal and I had to keep adjusting the position of my face. I don't think they are knowledgeable about muscle groups. It was like a friend was giving you a massage. I left with my neck and shoulder still screwed up.

It is always a shame when people leave poor reviews because the business they're dealing with people who have accents or are hard to understand. This is a great place and I've always gotten exactly the massage I asked for.

Very rude service, the prices are way higher once you go inside than that posted on the website. When I tried to walk in the lady left me outside and locked the door behind me. They demand you pay in advance, and will charge a fee for using a card as well as aggressively demanding a large tip. The entire time I was getting the massage the door bell was ringing of people trying to get in, it was very awkward, as they do not let people in the building to sit in the lobby. Also, when I tried to call in advance using the number on the website, a man answered and immediately hung up on me. Plenty of other good businesses out there to support other than this one.

Excellent massage! Place is nice and clean, I was very comfortable and my therapist addressed all the areas that needed attention. I sit in a desk all day and may back regularly tightens up on my. My therapist was able to locate all the trouble spots without me pointing them out, and used the right amount of pressure to remove the knots. I've now been here on a few occasions, and I will keep coming back for sure. I feel great and you will to!

Expect to pay in cash. Expect to be asked for more tip. Expect to be asked "do you have any more money" even if you have already included a 20% tip. I don't expect to return.

Hidden gem in Chicago. It was a super cold rainy day, the room was heated very well, and a heated table. Lisa used her elbows to get every knot out of me. I legit felt like I was run over by a bus before waking in there. I left feeling years younger. I will only go here moving forward

It is very very very hard to make an appointment here. Don't waste your time. This does not seem to be a legitimate business. Last Wednesday, I called to make an appointment. They said they only take same-day appointments. I called on Thursday afternoon and they said it was too late, no availability. Today, I called and no one picked up. I stopped by in the afternoon for a walk-in massage (which they advertise) and the lady told me to call first. She wouldn't even let me inside to make an appointment then and there. I called on the way home and no one answered the phone, yet again. They have no other method of making a reservation. Tl;dr - unreliable business

This was my first massage and they were excellent. Bring cash because it's preferred and their card reader is often finicky (which I didn't know and I felt bad for not having cash). The establishment is clean, the staff are friendly, understanding, and accommodating. They worked with me through my cluelessness and shyness. They're following the new pandemic guidelines (figured id mention that in case anyone wanted to know), the massage was effective, prices are fair, and I will be back.
