I won’t be coming back. I went from a wonderful manicure with a kiss design on Friday to a horrible one on Sunday in just two days. I didn't do anything out of the ordinary within 2 days to have caused this to happen. When I asked to have it fixed, I was charged extra. It's not the 1st time this happened however the previous time they accommodated me. I always tip the staff generously on top of an already expensive manicure—it's just a matter of principle. The best nail salon in the Brooklyn area. I’ve been coming here for as long as I could remember. They’re clean. They take their time to perfect your nails. The salon is beautiful & the staff is very welcoming/accommodating. You won’t be disappointed, I never have been.

This business gave me warts on the foot. It took me a year and a half to treat the warts. Think about how much money was spent to treat the warts, how much time and patience. Use the service at your own risk. The conditions/working environment in their salon are not sanitary. I also want to make a comment about the woman who appears to be either the manager or owner. I'm not sure if she manages or owns, but much like the rest of these 1 star reviews, I was unfortunate to witness and experience her rudeness not only to staff but directly to me. This woman was condescending, and she talked down to me as if she was teaching me something. I didn't patronize your business to be schooled on the fundamentals of doing nails, ma'am. I hate to talk about people's energy, but as an exception, I have to say that you come around this woman for a split second, and you feel her malice. How can someone give off that much bad energy that one person after the other feels it? Edit: This is not a fake review. No one in their right mind goes on a public forum to admit they contracted HPV from the unsanitary conditions of the business. Maybe you should add a 4th step to the sterilizing process or just sell the salon to someone who can run it properly.

Nicole is very detailed and precise with my lashes- I’ve been going to her for almost 2 years & definitely would recommend her. She’s one of the few techs that’s able to work with my eye shape and her retention rate is amazing

Amazing! Everyone is so professional they go above and beyond. I requested top tech for my nails and pedicure and they matched me with Diana this tech is hands down so professional and I love that I can ask her to pick any color for me because sometime with all the colors they have here I just love all. Diana did amazing with finding the best color. Also I must say the eyebrow shaper tech I can't remember her name also very good at her job shaped my brows like I never had shaped before thank you for that as well I was so happy will def see you soon. I'm so happy to have found such an amazing place. Thank you all and keep up the great work. Happy holidays to you all.

They have good nail service but wouldn’t recommend doing the pigmentation laser. The esthetician doesn’t know English well enough to explain anything and she said that I would just have a little redness after the procedure and made me sign a consent form then they burned my face in various areas and after almost a year hasn’t healed and left me with white spots on my face that I have to constantly suffer and live with and spent so much money going to the dermatologist for (Which after speaking with a few derms and other estheticians they confirmed they did in fact make a mistake) will not be returning back which is a shame cause I used to really love this salon and bring them lots of clients.

I always have a great experience at Brooklyn Beauty Lounge. The manicures and pedicures are better than I’ve had anywhere else. I recently had Yuliya and she did a beautiful job.

I came here to try out a new Russian Manicure salon. I wasn't really impressed here. My manicure + pedicure felt like it was rushed, the quality of both services were very subpar. I assume the technician, Natalya was trying to hurry up and go home, which is understood. But, it would've been nice if the establishment assigned a different technician. Unfortunately, I will not be back for any further services at this establishment!

I had a terrible experience at this salon. Not only did they wax off half of my eyebrow, leaving me with a noticeably uneven shape, but their nail services were equally disappointing. They charged an outrageous price for a basic manicure, and to make matters worse, my nails started chipping and breaking within just a week. I would not recommend this salon to anyone looking for quality or value. Totally unacceptable service all around.

I have been going to the nail salon for well over 3 years, and have been serviced by a few different technicians who have all always exceeded my expectations. My new girly is Katya, top technician & for good reason. I am always in awe of my nails when I leave and the compliments about my nails are constant all the way up until my 4th week when they’re due to be done. The girls at the front desk always greet me with a warm welcome. It is overall always a pleasure coming to my monthly appointments ❤️ Thank you ladies so much

I’ve been a loyal Brooklyn Beauty Lounge customer for many years. Aside from trying various services throughout the years such as lashes and nails; I have been getting my manicures done here on a monthly basis for 3 years. No matter the tech I go to, the work is always consistent, clean and beautiful. They make sure my nails stay healthy and looking great all month long. Their technique is very clean and unmatched. They never give me a hard time with designs and always support my creativity. Aside from their techs professionalism and effort; the front desk ladies are always super welcoming, kind and accommodating - making the experience that much more enjoyable. Either way, you can not go wrong with this salon. Consistent, clean and beautiful. I’ve always recommended Brooklyn Beauty Lounge and always will. I myself will most likely be a customer for life.

I’ve been coming here regularly for years to get Russian LCN manicures and pedicures and there is no one who does it as thoroughly and professionally as Brooklyn Beauty Lounge. The staff is also warm and friendly.

The salon is very clean and aesthetic. All of the nail techs do a wonderful job. My personal favorite is Yulia! She is very professional and talented. She pays attention to details and is precise. Yulia is quiet and focused but always happy to engage in a conversation.

This is by far my favorite nail salon! Such sweet workers. Always welcoming and caring. I never had any issues with my nails. They always keep their shape for a month! Best salon. Highly recommended.

I got shocking attitude from the manager of this place, and she charge me extra fee for g remove and tax cuz I came late, even I spoke with them otw to the place and I said I’ll be on late. I’ll never come back for this place.

I have been going to this salon for about 3 years. I absolutely LOVE getting my nails done here. Katya R has been my nail tech and she is INCREDIBLE! She always does an amazing job, and she even did my nails for my wedding day. Not only are the techs amazing, but the girls at the front desk are always a pleasure. I will forever go to this salon!

If you look for a great place to get all your beauty things done - look no more! This place is amazing! Their service is second to none, all the ladies are extremely nice and friendly, they always go am extra mile to make sure you’re satisfied, get you appointments at the time that suits you best, I go there once a month and I always look forward for my next visit. My absolute favorite technicians are Nicole (lashes) and Bonu (mani+pedi). Olga and Aviva at the front always greet me with kindness and care. The rest of the team are very nice as well, I highly recommend this place for everyone! Thank you ladies!

The manicure and pedicure took forever, also he didn’t soak my hands at all, just started cuticle scraping and using and electric file, which burns if it stays in place for too long. He didn’t soak my feet until after he worked on my nails. Then I put my feet in tepid water for a couple of minutes before exfoliating my soles and heels. My nails on hand and foot are still dirty - he didn’t bother cleaning them at all. My daughter got gel extensions and had to request they repair one or two things they did wrong. I get much better, faster service in rural Iowa! I’m also about to get fleeced for this sub par work. After I posted this review, the owner called multiple times, until we finally took her call. She explained that this is a style called a “Russian Manicure.” Some people like this style. But her call reminded me of something else: I’ve had knee replacement surgery in both legs. They gave me a spot that needed 2 steps to get to. The first step was, I kid you not, from 1’4” to 1 1/2 feet high. The second was about 10”-1 foot in height.

Nigina is the absolute best manicurist there is. I have set of full real long nails and she ensures they stay long and strong. Her talent is unsurpassable she is able to paint the most intricate designs possible. Without fail every mani i get my nails are a show-stopper at how cool they look. Im a devoted client been using her for two years straight and i couldn’t be happier. This salon is very clean with amazing service and care to every client that comes !!
