I was visiting Brooklyn from another State and as somebody who has plucked my brows myself for the past 4 years, I decided to try having them threaded professionally. I was very impressed with the threading job here. This is the most clean and defined my brows have ever looked. I like that the threading shape really lifted my brow bone and complimented my eye shape. I came with 3 friends, 2 who also got their brows threaded and we were in and out of the shop in under 10 minutes!

I’m absolutely in love with my brows after visiting this salon! The staff is friendly, professional, and truly talented. Naya took her time to shape and wax my eyebrows perfectly, giving them a natural, flawless look. The whole experience was quick, comfortable, and worth every penny. I’ll definitely be returning for all my brow needs!

Won’t be coming back here. Woman who did my brows was so rough under my eyebrow that she caused significant bleeding which is now going to take several days at least to heal. I’ve been getting threading for about 15 years and have never had a more painful experience.

Had the best eyebrow shape up and tint with Simi today. I have thin and light eyebrows but the shape and the tint made them look amazing. I did ask to remove a bit more of the tint and it looked great. They actually look better in person and of course, I always tell them that I don’t want them thin, don’t touch in between the brows and don’t make them high 😅.

Absolutely ruined my eyebrows. They are uneven, wonky, and stripped away. One is thinner than the other, and there is a HUGE gap. Almost wanted to cry- how is this rated well!?!

After telling the technician that she took off too much hair in the inner piece of my eyebrow she immediately got defensive and insisted that my hair was the problem. I’ve been getting my brows done for years and I’ve never had such a noticeable gap. The issue is one thing but to be rude and arrogant that you didn’t cause the problem is worse. I even showed photos that I don’t have a gap in my eyebrow and was only offered a tint to cover but she still said it wasn’t her fault. I paid full price and will never go back.

BEWARE: FAKE reviews. I come here frequently as it’s a short 5 minute walk from me, and there aren’t many eyebrow thread places in the area. I’ve definitely been pretty disappointed after most appointments, but I started to draw guidelines and fill in areas to literally make sure they don’t strip my eyebrows and make them uneven. You’d think with that, they wouldn’t totally ruin them. I also want to emphasize I’m not stringent on my eyebrows, I just don’t want my full thick eyebrows put into extremely thin uneven pieces. I am so nice to these people and tip even when they do a terrible job because I’m just a people pleaser unfortunately. This past time, wow. The lady left an insane gap, removed the arches, and then had the audacity to tell me “you asked for this” when we both looked at the mirror. If you care even a fraction of your brows, PLEASE for the LOVE of YOURSELF, do not sacrifice them just for the convenience and price of threading here. Just do not do it. I cry in the morning filling my brows in before work. I am never going there again.

I guess this place is good if you like very thin eyebrows. I expressed to the lady that she made them too thin, however seemed like she really did not care and did not even comment. 0/5 customer service. Will not be going here again.

I had been growing my eyebrows out for 6 months after a bad past experience and I came here to finally get them shaped. I left with eyebrows looking like they’re on a diet and running away from each other. Truly disappointed and will never come here again.

I have been coming to this place to do my brows and waxing and I must say this is my favorite place. The staffs are really nice and caring towards their customer. lovely people. They really did a good jobs to shape my uneven brows and I’m so thankful towards them.

I just moved into the area and have been wanting to find a regular eyebrow spot. I came here once, and would NOT recommend this place to anyone. My eyebrows are already thin to begin with and now, they're practically gone. What's even worse is that I work in fashion and my coworker looked at me and just asked "What happened?" Save your money and eyebrows.

I’ve been coming here for years and I haven’t come in a few months. My eyebrows were very thick and beautiful and I just wanted a little clean up. I told the lady to keep my eyebrows as thick as possible. Instead, I left with thin brows. My face was inflamed. I asked for aloe to cool it but she placed it on my brows so harshly. Although it doesn’t look awful, it’s not what I wanted at all and it doesn’t suit my facial structure. It looks like “copy, paste” eyebrows. Months of growth down the drain. I will not be returning sadly when my eyebrows eventually grow back. The price is reasonable but I’d rather pay more money for exactly what I want with proper aftercare.

My daughter came back telling me how much she loves this place. Sabi did the best. My daughter came back with such beautiful brows. Sabi was very calm and nice. This salon is one of my daughters favorite salons. I highly reccommend coming to this salon 10/10!

The one good person left unfortunately. The current people genuinely do not know how to do brows - I don’t mean this offensively, I just think they haven’t been trained. They left mine uneven, with gaps in the middle, and I found the process to be unsanitary. Would not recommend!
