DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ PLEASE THEY DON’T DESERVE (1 STAR) I Went IN FOR A BLOWOUT AND DEEP Condition🤯🤔🤦🏽‍♀️ I’M Devastated MY HAIR HAS BEEN COMING OUT CAUSE These People Have THE Audacity To Put PERM IN THEIR SHAMPOO🤦🏽‍♀️‼️ I Wear MY HAIR Natural‼️ If Anybody Know YOU HAVE TO KEEP YOUR HAIR Moisturize Constantly When YOU HAVE A Perm OR IT WILL COME OUT‼️ I ALWAYS WONDERED WHY THESE TWO LADIES ALWAYS BRING THEIR OWN SHAMPOO & CONDITION TO THE SALON NOW I KNOW ‼️

THEY HEAT DAMAGED MY HAIR FROM 1 VISIT!!!! I am sooooo upset I have to do a big chop because the heat damaged my entire head. They blow, flat iron, and blow. I’ve been going to Dominicans my entire life and NEVER had my hair damaged. I really wish I could sue for damages. My curl pattern is completely gone.

I will never come here again I been here for 4 hours and still have not sat in the chair to get my hair done been under the dryer for a hour and I’m still not in the chair and the place closed at 4 today

Wash was amazing but if you like your hair don’t go! My hair DRY hair was being blown out then straightened. I received a trim then she literally started blowing my hair and straightening it AGAIN. Hair FRIED!!

The woman in the front chair on the left-hand side told me to call her Nancy she flat, ironed my head and clashed that flat iron and hit my head with it so many times she tossed around in my head and knocked it around on my head with it then she burned me twice After she finished doing my hair, it looked just like a mess of curls. It was dirty in there and the towels they gave me were nasty and had caked on colors and dye and was yellowed.

Came in at 12:00 didn’t leave till 4:00 they were to busy doing eachother hair in which I was under the dryer and hour after it was off, then because the lady wasn’t paying attention she started on someone hair who had come 20 mins after me. I’ll never be returning they get too comfortable of weekdays and take their precious time.

I WILL NEVER support these RIP Off Artists!!! They tried to take ADVANTAGE of my 15 year old Daughter by OVER PRICE HER for a Wash and Set!!!! Customer service is HORRIBLE HERE! My Daughter was Literally there for 5 HOURS WITHOUT BEING SERVICED!!! I wish there was more I can do about this but KARMA IS REAL!!!! ***THIS IS A WARNING*** If you are American-African, They will definitely, AND I MEAN DEFINITELY, TRY AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU AND RIP YOU OFF!!!!

My favvvvoriteeeeee place to get a silk press for under $50 & she does a excellentttt excellent ISNT even the best word to describe them there are no words to describe how great they are while it may take a little longer but you will loveeee your outcome I have been coming here for almost 5 years my hair is soo healthy I don’t even get trims anymore because I rarely have split ends !

They had to sneak a relaxer in my hair because my hair is not curling back up what so ever. And all I asked for was a wash and blow dry and press.

Went in for a wash and straighten. No one greeted me for 10 minutes and they were all just in the back. I had to go to someone to see if they could help me. I waited 50 mins for someone to wash my hair and I had work at 3. The lady stopped washing my hair within 1 minute to help another client. I can understand if you are busy and can’t handle my business but don’t waste my time. Just tell me and I’ll come back later. Now I have to settle for a hairstyle or leave not finished because you didn’t inform me or talk to me.

Trying to be the first one here to get serviced early on my only off day and nobody still ain’t here 10 minutes should be enough time to be late but I’m seeing comments saying they be hell of hours late and that’s ridiculous not sure if I should wait or leave I don’t want it to be crowded when I come back
