This was such a wonderful massage! No-frills place, but the massage was quiet, thorough, and felt really attentive to knots etc. Truly one of the best massages I’ve ever gotten.

Very disappointing. I’ve been to this location twice before and had positive experiences. But my 90 minutes was consistently broken by the masseuse leaving the room for minutes at a time. I heard one customer complaining at the front that he had a similar experience. She completely left out my legs and spent the majority of the time on my back. Towards the end, there was a confusing exchange offering to extend my time but I couldn’t quite understand her. When I asked for clarification, she apologized, left the room, and didn’t come back. Eventually deducing that it was time to leave, I got my things and paid, omitting a tip because of such an uncomfortable experience. The front of house then ran out to me on the street and harassed me for a tip. I always tip whenever possible but this was beyond disappointing. I paid for 90 minutes full body and got neither of those things. Overall set up of the parlor is disorganized and I didn’t appreciate such vague direction in an environment that should be geared towards the comfort and ease of the customer.

I am very upset to learn that the 90 minute massage I gifted my partner for our 5 Year Anniversary was cut short by a half hour. This is unacceptable as she had to schedule time out of her busy day and was looking forward to this. She literally never gets to relax. I also saw that another person posted a similar experience just a week ago - and the feedback was simply that the establishment hopes she will give them another chance in the future... Can anyone recommend better massage places that don't cut short services that you pay for or at least offer acceptable compensation?

I went for a one hour foot massage, while it was decent. The lady did not massage my feet for an hour when she realized there was someone else waiting. She pulled out her clock which never beeped and was pre-programed to show me 60 mins had gone by. Little did she know I was timing it as well. In addition, if you’re looking for reflexology, this is not the place for you. I will not be back! If you choose to do so, I would advise that you keep track of the time.

Great place for a massage. I’ve been coming here for about eight months once a week and I haven’t been disappointed. They focus on pressure points so it alleviates a lot of pain. You feel the difference when you wake up the next day. highly recommend.

Affordable massage spot! This has been my go to massage place for the past year. Very nice, friendly staffs, cozy spot and most importantly they know what they are doing!! I choose this any day over any Swedish massage. P.S. they are on class pass!

I presented a spa-specific gift card and asked if they could take it; said that I wouldn’t be able to get the massage today if not. They me yes to get me in the door, then after my massage told me they wouldn’t take it and asked me to pay full price.

This is my go to spot, no complaints. They definitely know what they are doing, it is comfortable and clean. I took my mom when she visited a few months ago and she preferred it to a recent massage she had at the four seasons.

I got a 45-minute 'full body, deep tissue massage,' but I left feeling disappointed and quite pained. It was far from a full-body experience as it was mainly just focused on the back, in a super hard core way, with only light touches on calves and arms. The pressure was too intense for me. I was in discomfort and twisting through the massage, but the masseuse simply asked me to "relax" without checking if the pressure was ok. Its been 10 hours since my massage – my back is bruised and I am in serious pain, specially around my spine.

I went there looking to get some relaxation and I have to say: Thank you Nina for the wonderful massage! I like to get deep tissue massages because I accumulate too much tension in my back but I have to say that it’s the first time in a while that I get a massage that hits the spots and also makes me leave relaxed. Very good prices and good quality. The only thing I can criticize is that the separation between cubicles is by curtains and you can hear conversations in the other rooms, so keeping the voice down is something they should encourage in their clients. Other than that I had a great experience. I will definitely go back!

I’ve gone here many times and have always had a good experience. For those complaining about a 20% tip, you’re wrong, you SHOULD be leaving a 20% tip. An hour massage is $55, if you can’t give an $11 tip, you should NOT go for a massage.

the availability is good, price is fair, and mentally, i felt surprisingly relaxed after. that said, they went so hard that my back was bruised, making it hard to sit on the couch or lay on the bed 😭 admittedly, i should’ve said something but i did not i wouldn’t call it a relaxing experience, but if you want someone to knead you like a bagel then you might like the massages here
