for the price I ended up paying, I would not recommend going to this place to get your hair colored. I’m actually appalled at how the people there have their licenses considering how she handled my hair. I went there to go from dark brown, to light chestnut brown. My price bumped up from $85 to $180 once my stylist told me we would need to bleach my hair to get me to a lighter brown color. I agreed and just went with it. I cannot begin to explain how angry I felt over the way my hair was mishandled. I have never seen someone physically rub bleach into someone’s scalp and head. Like ever. Especially considering it would be the most vulnerable my hair could be. Once we got to blow drying my hair, I could see that atp, my hair was blonde. Like bleach blonde and I was on the verge of tears. The audacity for my stylist to ask me after I was done, if I liked the color when it was two VERY different colors. Blonde vs light brown. And me losing $100 bc she had told me we couldn’t get there unless we bleached it only for her to not get me there at all. I went back the next day to get it more toned up and best I got was light copper brown. Definitely better than before, but still not what I asked for. For the love of god, just don’t go here I can’t stress this enough. the left was what I asked for, the right is what I got and I still cannot believe she asked if I liked the color.

My partner and I went in today to get haircuts for a wedding. I normally don’t get professional haircuts due to head tenderness, but the gentleman who cut my hair today was so patient so kind and gentle. I have cerebral palsy and hydrocephalus, and because of this, I am super anxious, explaining what kind of haircut I need and explaining that you have to be really gentle around the tender areas. I almost had my partner speak up for me due to my social anxiety, but I’m so glad I didn’t for the first time in a long time I can say getting a professional haircut was a joy. I definitely look forward to going back.

Very friendly staff. I had Felicia, and she was super!! It was my 1st time there, and it won't b my last. She asked what I wanted to have done, I told her, and each step she took, she asked how it looked. When she finished, she asked if there was anything that needed to b gone over, which it didn't. Now that's a professional. Extremely happy. I definitely recommend her!!

Wouldn’t recommend. I was being nice about everything but I definitely was upset leaving. First, my hair was washed with cold water. She mentioned that particular sink has trouble warming up. There were other sinks open. Instead switching me to another sink since the water wouldn’t warm up she just asked if she could wash my hair with cold water. I told her I would tolerate it. Next, she didn’t thoroughly wash my hair. She kinda scrubbed just the front area & the sides but never got the crown or back of my hair. I could still feel my scalp was dirty even though it was wet. After the wash I told her what I wanted for my cut. She cut some length then added some “layers.” In reality my hair was multiple lengths, not layered. There were a ton of harsh chops when she showed me in the mirror. I asked her to blend the harsh cuts. She turned me around & started cutting more. She showed me the mirror again & again, harsh cuts. I pointed out the harsh cuts to her in case she wasn’t understanding what I meant, she turned me around, cut more, & showed me again. The same thing, more harsh cuts. Not blended. Not to mention she only tried to “blend” on one side. I ended up telling her to stop because I didn’t want to her to make it even more worse. I ended up having to book another appointment the same day somewhere else because it was that bad. My hair was uneven & like 3 different lengths. I also paid for a shampoo, cut, & style & she only blow dried my hair after. Not styling was done whatsoever as you could from the picture that’s how it looked when I left minis the rubber and line. The photo on the right was my hair AFTER I want to get my hair cut AGAIN.

Very courteous, clean, calm atmosphere. Hopefully it stays that way so we can keep going. My sister introduced me to this place now I myself get my haircuts and now take my son and grandsons. It’s close to my home and we are all pleased with the services.

The woman was very patient and did an excellent job. I unfortunately was one of those customers where the job was a little bigger than first anticipated but my stylist remained professional patient and did an excellent job. Even balancing her other customers because my appointment went past the time I booked. Was very much worth it in the end. Next time I'm going to book in person instead of online so they know exactly what they're getting into.
