Enjoy my visits to Brooks & Co. Everyone is very nice especially my hair dresser, Cindy Ramirez. I give her challenges often with new cuts and styles to try. She likes the challenges and always hits the mark. 😊 She is so sweet and really works with my schedule to get me in. A++

I loved going to this salon for many years, but no more. Cindy Ramirez publicly embarrassed and humiliated me on Nov. 7, 2024, only due to different political affiliations and opinions. She stated my political beliefs were “ ridiculous and stupid” as well as getting up in my face and insulting me even more. Her actions were childish, rude and immature and I don’t like being publicly insulted in a place of business. I have gone to Steve and Bonnie, both of whom have done excellent work on my hair and I regret not seeing them anymore. I have spent a lot of money in that salon, but I do not recommend having Cindy Ramirez at all.

I have only had my hair dyed a single other time due to the cost, but a coworker referred me to Karen here and to say I am astounded is an understatement. Pricing? More than fair, almost 1/3 of what I spent at Ulta. Friendly? I felt like I had been seeing Karen for years after just 15 minutes. We spent probably 4 hours together and there was never a full moment around her. She even introduced me to her husband (whose name eludes me at the moment), who is a fellow barber/stylist and also incredibly friendly. From the brief interactions with the other stylists, this seems to be a universal theme. Professional? Outstandingly. I went in with a reference picture and made a few slight notes and Karen followed them to a tee. My hair looks and feels fantastic and everyone has been complimenting me all day. Overall, this place is a gem. Karen is a diamond in a sea of rough while also being affordable and friendly. The worst thing that I can say about this place is that I have to wait too long to go back!

Bit of a regular here and they're great! Everyone is so friendly. The stylist I see, Beverly is great. Good sense of humor and really knows what she's doing; they all really know what there doing honestly.

Diane Diaz was outstanding! She was very quick but did and amazing job! My son got to watch Disney plus while in his fireman booster seat and she gave all 3 of my kids a treat and a prize! She was calm woth my son and his haircut was handsome!

Diane Diez did an awesome job cutting our 15 month old son’s hair. Had all kinds of things to keep him distracted and he got an amazing first haircut. She also had a “first haircut” certificate with a baggie for the hair if you want it. Definitely recommend 😊
