I got there a little before noon and was taken right away. Mia was awesome! She knows her stuff and is quick. I loved my eyebrows and tint. She knew exactly what I needed in the color as well. I highly recommend this spot and I highly recommend Mia.

I had an amazing facial from Ro. My skin is glowing! She took special attention to every inch of my face and did a great job at creating a relaxing environment. I actually fell asleep! I didn’t want it to ever end! I can’t wait for my next one and highly recommend you get one too!

I have been going to get waxed for a few years now and honestly, it's great. They are always so nice, making conversation and getting to know you. There has never been a time where I have visited and left disappointed!!

I've been coming here for atleast a few months and haven't had any complain, they always start a friendly conversation and do a great job. Ro is really friendly and lovely, she is really good and I always leave the place happy! I recommend coming here to wax your legs and doing your brows (and all the other too of course!!)

Best threading in “Brow and Lash hub”! Never had any problem with the girls. I come every 3-4 weeks. Big fan of Simi’s facial( I would say must try at least once) and what a great body wax Ro does, just like a wow 🤩 I will keep returning as long as I am still here

⚠️Proceed with Caution⚠️ Let me start by saying that this place is amazing! They don’t accept appointments, it’s first come first serve, however they work hard & are quick to get to you even as a walk in despite how busy they are. That being said, make sure you only go to Faiza or Saffah!! They will try & push the other younger girl on you, don’t give into the pressure! The only reason I removed 1 star from my rating is the amount of times I was badgered into going to the other girl. I definitely felt awkward having to refuse multiple times. Don’t get me wrong, she seems nice enough & I don’t harbor anything personal against her, it comes down to skill level. & unfortunately she just doesn’t have it. At the end of the day I highly recommend this place & feel they are the best in the area. Just make sure you call to make sure Faiza or Saffah are working beforehand, they’re really good about answering the phone. Or proceed at your own risk, just don’t be surprised if you look surprised for a couple weeks because she thinned out & over arched your brows! You’ve been warned!

I’ve been coming to Faiza to get my eyebrows threaded ever since she was based in the Crossroads Mall (over a decade ago) she does an AMAZING job and is the only person I trust to do my eyebrows. I highly recommend The Brow & Lash Hub!

This has been the only place in the area I’ve gone for my eyebrow threading for the past three years and I have to be honest, after my last experience, I’m so scared to go in now UNLESS it’s Faiza or Saffah working. The rest of the staff desperately needs training from their best threaders before they really cause damage to someone’s skin. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name, but a lovely woman did my eyebrows yesterday. She was very kind but I left in so much pain. She kept going over the same areas multiple times to get a stray hair rather than use a tweezer and my eyebrows are sore and swollen even a day later. She did the same thing to the woman I was with too and even left a bald spot on her eyebrows. My eyebrows look great but my skin looks awful now. I will ONLY be seeing Faiza or Saffah from now on

I have been seeing Faiza for almost a decade now for my eyebrows and lash extensions. She is always highly recommended and when it comes to lashes and brow threading and waxing, Faiza will make sure that you leave with the best results and natural looking and most beautiful! The atmosphere is always professional and peaceful and cleaned and sanitized as well She offers more services too and is the best in town!

I had an amazing experience at the brow and lash hub. This was my first time getting a full service facial and Ro made sure I felt comfortable and happy with the experience. She took her time on my facial and it was one of the best facials I've ever recieved. I also was gifted complimentary lashes from Sami because I recieved a full service day and they are so sweet. I will now be a regular customer!!

Ro gave me my first facial and it was the war experience I ever had in my life!!! She was so sweet, caring, nourishing and her aura was beyond amazing!!! Her voice and touch was incredible! I couldn’t thank her enough! She’s amazing!!
