I had my eyebrow's done today. The lady was rude and didn't even wait for a sec to listen to my need's. It was paining when she did it but she wont stop and give me a sec. I have been threading my eyebrow but it was never burning like this. Need to improve customer service.

Ever since I j started to come here with my best friend, I adore the process and getting my eyebrows done here. Not only does it feel Fasley done well and thorough enough but just the feeling of speaking with the staff members it’s just very friendly of an environment. Highly recommend this beauty solon for any facial, waxing or threading!

This place is the worst place I have ever been to, my eyebrows were horrible, and I did my eyelashes which the day afterwards started falling apart. So disappointing.

Ever since I found Pinki here, I can’t go anywhere else. She tints my eyebrows the perfect shape and the perfect mix of light and dark brown. With anyone else there is always something off. With her it looks like I was born with these brows! I also get a Brazilian wax here every so often and she is wonderful at that, too. Very thorough and speedy. Love this place.

I use to go regularly to this establishment, but I've noticed as of recently the service hasn't been the same. The esthetician has been rude and almost seemed anoyed when I request something. This has happened in several accounts. I wanted to give her one more chance since we all have our bad days. But her attitude toward when i even enter the store feels unwelcoming.

The woman who did my eyebrows was very friendly and the salon was nice and clean but unfortunately my eyebrows were butchered. She went way too thin and created such an unrealistic arch that I look like I got an eyebrow lift. If that’s your thing great, but there’s Botox for that. I don’t think I’ll be back as I now need to wait 4+ weeks for my brows to grow back in so I don’t look permanently surprised 24/7.

I've been a regular customer here since 2015, and I have been satisfied with my brow every time I leave. I get them threaded, usually by Amy but if I come on Amy's off day then I still feel comfortable letting the other ladies do my brows. I am very particular about them not being too thin, and these ladies always keep that in mind when doing my brows and thread them nicely. Also I like that they have a rewards system, because I'm even able to get free services after a few visits! Never had an issue & always gotten good customer service.

The threading job the woman here did was just OK but I did want to point out that her sign outdoor as well as on her wall says $8 for eyebrows. When I gave her a $20 bill and asked for “just $10 back” ($2 tip) she said the brows are $9. I asked if the price rose because on the wall it says $8 she said yes but didn’t have time to change it. I’m not pressed for the extra $1 I gave her clearly towards her tip, but I don’t enjoy being swindled. She had time prep the shop for corona as she sanitized the seats while I was there and saw she had put up curtains between the chairs, so why not the price? If it’s $9, post that. I would not recommend coming here for the dishonesty alone but I was in the area and Unique threading was out of the way.

The place is very spacious. I went with a friend, she got her eyebrows done here and I didn't wait for too long. The staff was so efficient and there were only two of them, sell the place was not that busy at that time. They have chair bench for people to wait. The price is cheap too, they take credit card.

They may be good at doing eyebrows but the customer service is probably the worst I've ever seen. They supposedly open at 9.30, but it's 9.55 right now, and I was told to come back in the evening or after an hour. And this is the 3rd time this has happened. I usually come back later but couldn't today, so I asked if I could wait inside since the weather is really cold out, and I was told NO, YOU CANNOT WAIT INSIDE. And to top that, I was just told that I can go to another shop while I was waiting out in the cold. I'm speechless. Needless to say, I left at about 10.05. I was issued no apologies, and was not given the owners information to register a complaint.

I️ got my eyelash and brows done for 38 dollars. I only had 4 dollars cash left over and the lady was like is “ that’s I️t ? I️ thought that was extremely rude because I️ have gone to get my brows done for 7 Dollars and left 3 dollar tip. This one time I️ didn’t have enough cash and she made me feel so bad. I️ know exactly how she looks like, a older woman with glasses. I️ just felt unappreciated. It’s their lost I️ do my eyelashes every two weeks.

The workers at this studio have no respect for their regular clients. I have been getting my legs, Brazilian, and eyebrows done from here for about 6 months now and when I noticed that there was extra hair left all over my legs the lady waxing my legs refused to address my concern and rushed me out of the wax room to take another client. They are all extremely money hungry and have terrible customer service.
