Whatever you do do not get the Microblading. I now have two completely opposite looking eyebrows tattooed on my face. She will reassure you that that is just how your eyebrows are naturally, but I’ve been to better people since then, and they said this was an absolute monstrosity and I agree. Now I have to pay as much as I paid her to someone else now to try to get it taken off, but even they agreed this was a difficult case. Don’t do it. Go anywhere else. I didn’t even go in for my third appointment because I couldn’t handle the thought of just sitting there and crying in front of her and telling her what a horrible job it is and how awful and ugly I feel.

Mrs. Janet was wonderful! I came in for my birthday and she got me in quickly for eyebrow threading (I have never done this). She even got me some henna which I haven't done in a while so it was a nice touch! I will def be back to check out some of their other services like waxing and facials! Truly didn't know they offered so many services! Thanks, Mrs. Janet ❤️

Arza did a wonderful job on my eye brows, she was talkative and funny. But I think this is the best my eye brows have ever looked. I would 100% recommend her!!

Arza, did an amazing job on my eyebrows. Every time I’ve came in the establishment was clean and staff are very friendly. I would recommend this location to anyone that is interested in getting your eyebrows threaded. This is the only place I came and I live 30 mins away.

from Florida visiting for a wedding and needed my eyebrows done. She completely threaded my arch off and made them too thin when I just asked to have them cleaned up underneath. They were both on the phone the whole time and neither washed their hands before servicing me. Do your research.. especially if you are from out of town and use to a luxury brow experience

I stated exactly how I wanted my brows. Cleaned up. I told her not to touch anything but the strays. The lady took my tail length off anyway. Very disappointed 😞. She messed up the lady in front of me as well. I shouldn't have allowed her to touch me. I've been coming here for over 9 years. They have lost a faithful customer. Too many things have transpired over the years and I'm not sure why I keep staying loyal. They clearly don't care.

I wish there was an option for zero stars. The lady that did my eyebrows did a TERRIBLE job. I will NEVER go here again. This used to be my go to place but after this last time, I definitely won't return. Had to go to a different threading shop two days later.

I received the threading and brow tint service from Janet one month ago at the Zona Rosa location and she did a superb job. I recommend you get your buns in her seat for your threading needs.
