I never write reviews but Holly deserves one whole heartedly. I haven’t seen holly in a couple years because we both moved away… so if you’re reading this and wondering if you should book…. just realize there’s people (me) who wish they had the opportunity to just book holly whenever because your in her location.. So firstly be grateful, secondly with that being said now realize that your eyebrows will never be the same as right now before seeing holly…. you’ll find yourself embarrassed you waited this long to see her, you’ll cringe at old pics of her eyebrows before and be like “what was i thinking…” don’t believe me? book holly I have gone to numerous people after i left the same location as Holly and no one’s done my brows the same - ive had okay but tbh im settling with my brow people now (don’t let them see this or i might not have brows next appointment) but to put in perspective i moved to atlanta GA and holly was in AZ. she just some how ended up teaching a class in Atlanta and i jumped up so quick to tell her if shes in my area she’s doing my brows because this is a once in a life time coincidence So I called in sick to my job just to go see her…. risking pay for brows? Yeah worth it. Anyways here’s some before and after pics of my brows with Holly. Book the appointment, enjoy pushing all the hotties who will be crawling after you seeing those brows, and also at your appointment convince Holly to move to Florida where I now moved so I can have perfect brows again ❤️

I was so hesitant to do anything to my eyebrows but at 35 years I decided to go to Holly because I was tired of fussing with them every day and spending so much money on GIMMEBROW (like seriously why is Sephora always out of the value size it’s criminal). Anyways - she suggested tinting and threading but I was too afraid so we started with just threading - I saw photos of myself after and it legit changed my face and made it so much more symmetrical. I then graduated to tinting and she has over the course of the last 4 months gone gradually darker to meet the color of my hair which scared me at first (we’re all afraid to look like that crazy lady that overdid her brows) but it is such a game changer the way Holly does it. IT IS ART. For someone who spend a lot on makeup and can be critical of themselves, Holly has genuinely made me more confident and I love that it’s one less thing I feel the need to fuss with every day. I even love the way I look with minimal makeup now. As a bonus, Holly is hilarious and definitely a part time therapist. Go to her for your brows and you’ll get a laugh and a vent session for free :) THANK YOU HOLLY!!!!!

Holly is a brow wizard!! She is absolutely incredible and does such good work. I came in to get a brow lamination (I had never done this before) and trusted the process, even though I was nervous for the outcome. I have never loved my brows more and I have been getting compliments left and right. My brows look so nice with my lash extensions now and are exactly what I’ve been looking for with waxing. Holly keeps it 100% real and is a genuine person- none of that fake personality just to be liked thing. I really like that about her! I’m so glad I finally booked with BROWD.

Holly is amazing! I’ve been meaning to write this review forever, she did a combo nanoblade powder brow on me almost a year ago and it’s still going strong! Loving my brows has genuinely made an impact on my life, more confidence, more time spent enjoying my life instead of getting ready. I trust Holly; she is professional but so personable! Her space is beautifully decorated as well. Highly recommend. I get compliments on my brows STILL a YEAR LATER like every day. Holly will always have my back 🤞🏾✨

All my life decisions are based off of our appointments. She knows everything about me and her studio is like my second home to me whenever I come in to get my brows done. Never a dull day with her when I’m in her chair. The best customer service you will receive!!!! Always cares about my schedule and goes out of her way for me:)))) whoever thinks otherwise is WRONG

Holly is a brow magician! I have been coming to BROWD for almost 2 years now and don’t trust anyone else with my brows. Not only is Holly incredible at her job, she’s hilarious, personable and has the cutest/aesthetic studio. Parking downtown can be a STRUGGLE and I’m willing to do it every time. Holly is fantastic! She is easy to talk to and makes the experience so fun!I am pretty low maintenance with beauty procedures and routines and I have never had my eyebrows done at this capacity before and I was a little nervous but after a consultation, we did a shaping and skin stain and I am changed forever! I am ready for the permanent real deal! Im so happy holly eased me in with this step and has shown me the light.

I had been getting my eyebrows waxed at the same chain for about 15 years and I had to switch to threading because I started tretinoin. I found Browd on Google kind of last minute and I was so so happy with it, I’ve been twice now and I don’t think I’ll ever go back to the old place!!

I have worked and lived in Downtown Phoenix for years. Making the commute to other brow artists is not always possible based on work schedules, consistency and location. When I found Holly my life changed for the better! I finally met my match! She works with my schedule, the location is perfect and it’s so easy to access her suite! Holly’s work is INCREDIBLE and I always leave feeling perfect. The suite is always beautifully put together and smells amazing! Holly is truly a blast to be around and her energy is always prime! I love having such a wonderful brow artist in Downtown Phx!

Look, the 40s are weird. You sprout hairs in strange and unattractive places and need to deal with them. It's not shameful or anything to be secretive about, it's just a fact of life and also kind of funny. Holly gets it. She has an amazing blend of humor and professionalism, and from the first second I stepped into her studio, I knew I could trust her. She gets it - and my goodness, she's good at what she does. I got a full face wax and didn't even have any redness when I left. She's one of the best - I'll be back for sure.

The only place I’ll get my brows done. I’ve been going to her consistently for the last year and my brows look SO much better. I get a brow lamination and threading and Holly absolutely kills it every time! Also, her studio is so so cute and conveniently located in downtown. Just make sure you get there with plenty of time to find parking and walk over if you’re not familiar with the area :) The other businesses in the building are really nice and helpful if you can’t find it.

I had been looking for a quality brow lamination for quite sometime and had even booked for a shop that was quite a distance from my home. I ended up canceling after seeing the results from BROWD and that was the best decision I’ve ever made! I had the pleasure of being serviced by Holly and I must say, it was an incredible experience. Holly's expertise in brow shaping is truly commendable. What stood out even more was the exceptional customer service she provided. My recent visit to Browd for a brow lami and tint was truly outstanding. Holly is such a talented brow artist, not only has remarkable skills but also a welcoming demeanor put me at ease instantly. Holly's attention to detail and professionalism were impressive. She shaped, tinted, and groomed my brows meticulously, exceeding my expectations. The salon's hygiene standards were exceptional, adding to my confidence in their services. The vibe and aesthetic in her studio was such an upscale, unique but luxury feel. The results were stunning – perfectly sculpted brows that boosted my confidence. I can't thank Holly enough for the incredible experience. I highly recommend her! She just started offering permanent brows and I want to return to see her for a powder brow.

Right before I had to leave for a weekend in Vegas I realized my brows were looking a bit Lon Chaney and I stopped in here without an appt on the off-chance they could fit me in. The lady there was super nice and worked quick to fit me in before the next appt. She did an excellent job, honestly getting my brows looking better than anywhere else I've gone and she was so meticulous with her care that my skin never got irritated or reddened afterwards. Definitely go here. Conveniently centrally located, great equipment and a very nice, perfectly skilled aesthetician.
