I’m from Texas 16 hrs away actually. Left my skin in amazing condition and the glow is beautiful! The atmosphere was so welcoming, she made sure you were comfortable and relaxed. Customer service 10/10. And helps with recommendations on the skin! 10 out of 10. When I say I’ll probably fly back just to receive her service again worth every penny. Mind you I’m 33 weeks pregnant, and us pregnant woman are truthful, but this was amazing experience!

Brownstone Spa is both wonderful and relaxing. It has to be one of Phoenix's best kept secrets!! I received the HydroGlow facial, which was absolutely wonderful 🤗 My son received a "teen facial" which put him on the right track to take better care of his face and boosted his confidence😉The esthetician Stacy spent time understanding our daily skincare routine; made recommendations on how to care for our skin; reviewed the products that we currently use; and recommended products without pressure. We will definitely be going back soon. Thank you for the experience ❤️❤️

I had my first ever facial at Brownstone Spa and it was absolutely amazing! It was so relaxing, the ambience was soothing, and Stacy is so knowledgeable about skincare. She catered to my skin and provided great information on how I can further improve my skin care routine to address my concerns. 1000/ 10 recommend, I felt like my skin was in great hands.

This place is amazing!!!!!!!! I went with a skin issue and it was resolved in 2 months using the Refresh Cleanser. As a Black woman it can be hard to find products that really work for my skin and I’m grateful I had an opportunity to use the cleanser.

While traveling on a girls weekend, we had some unexpected time to kill in Phoenix. We didn't have appointments scheduled but the staff at Brown Stone were happy to accommodate us as walk in appointments! After a stressful morning of travel, we walked into Brown Stone and were instantly put at ease and pampered. Not only was the service 5 stars, but the products, atmosphere and education was above and beyond what we had expected. I would absolutely recommend Brown Stone Spa to anyone traveling to the area, or just stopping through! I will most definitely be adding Brown Stone Spa to my must visit again spots!

Fellas, this review is for you. I’m going to try to keep this short and to the point. Before I get started, if you don’t have a skin care routine other than soap and water, just book your appointment with Stacy now. She will assess your skin and tell you everything you need to know. To give you some background on me, one of my sisters put me on a skin care routine years ago. She taught me about using cleansers and toners; game changer. She also advised me to go get a facial but at the time I was scared of trusting someone with my face and having a bad reaction. Also, the only place I knew to get a facial was at a hotel spa and I always thought that spas were for women so I learned a lot of things from youtube. Lol Alright so fast forward to present day, I recently got a gift card to Brownstone Spa that gave me the nudge I needed to book my first facial. Just like some of the other reviews mentioned, Stacy is very friendly and professional. Before we got started she went over the process and addressed all of my concerns. During the facial she communicated what she was doing at each step and informed me on what I should and shouldn’t feel. It was very relaxing and customized for my skin type. She also did some extra things for my beard. Getting a professional facial was like getting a professional massage for the first time. I didn’t know how much I needed until I got it. Stacy taught me a lot about my skin and recommended some changes to my routine to better take care of it. Although I get an annual assessment from my dermatologist, this was truly and experience of relaxation and education.

I visited Brownstone Spa for sugaring. I had a sugar bikini wax because I'm not a fan of traditional waxing. Stacy was very professional and made me feel very comfortable. It was a great experience and I'll return soon.

The top-tier services I’ve received from Brownstone Spa have made me a believer in investing in facials and skin treatments. As a DIYer, I was skeptical at first but Stacy is very knowledgeable, attentive, and a truly gifted esthetician! Her products are amazing too. I’m only two treatments into my microchanneling and I already notice improvements in the texture of my skin and lightening of dark spots/hyperpigmentation I’ve lived with for years! It's been a great experience so far. We're still working as I've neglected my skin from shaving and exposure to the AZ sun for years.. After years of suffering from in-grown hairs from shaving not taking care of my skin probably as well as I should've, I asked for recommendations from a friend. Brownstone Spa was highly recommended to me and I in-turn highly recommend Brownstone's services also.

My midwife gifted me a Prenatal Facial and was my very first facial EVER. I'm so happy! Stacy left me glowing & did an amazing job ! Every product used was Plant Based/Natural/Vegan/Pregnancy Safe💕 I have sensitive skin and NONE of the products caused me to break out or irritation. The atmosphere was so calming, soothing, and Stacy was so nurturing 💚 My skin was so smooth and supple afterwards and still is a few days post facial! I will be going back for some more self care. Stacy was amazing! She took the time to understand my skin concerns. She was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The entire experience she provided was fabulous. I’ve received many facial from others but this one was the best. She used various tools, a warm towel, steamer, and great quality products! I’m definitely going back!

This was my first spa experience. I received a full-body scrub from Stacey on Saturday July 3, and a week later my skin is still glowing and soft. I suffer from extreme hyper-pigmentation, dry skin, and eczema. Stacey was informative, professional, relatable, gentle, and the products used did not irritate my sensitive skin. She even provided me with aftercare instructions, and I purchased products for aftercare use as well. I plan on making monthly appointments with Stacey for my personal self-care routine. I even booked a sugaring service with her again this month.
