Long overdue review since my touch-up appointment in November, but better late than never! I had my brow touch-up done by Laura and couldn’t be happier with the results! Laura was professional, meticulous, and made the entire process comfortable. My brows look natural and I have received numerous compliments. I highly recommend her services to anyone considering enhancing their brows. She’s fabulous and the salon is super chic!

I have been tinting brows for a while, but this brow class took my skills to the next level. Laura explained techniques like custom color mixing and shaping, waxing, threading that have made my work more precise. It was great to learn from someone with so much experience. Thank you laura!!

Laura is fun to talk to, manages her business extremely well, keeps everything sanitized, and most importantly— she 👏🏼 is 👏🏼 skilled 👏🏼 I’ve never been this satisfied with my brows before! Highly recommended

I love love love my eyebrows, laura did such an amazing job. I got the nano brows procedure which makes my eyebrows look so much natural with a more define look. The whole environment feels very relaxing.

For years I struggled with finding someone who can do my eyebrows nice, clean and most important even. I’m so lucky to found this place both ladies are great, they are professional and never have you’re waiting for your appointment time . The place is very clean. I’m extremely satisfied.

Recent came back to Brows and Beauty Lounge for my moms eyebrow micrblading. We went with the Combo Brows application and Laura was extremely helpful and we appreciate that as this is my mom’s second time getting her brows done, first time with Laura. I am a prior client and I remember searching high and low for a studio/salon that offers brow mapping; because who doesn’t love perfect brows ?? Thank you again to Laura and Arlenys. Can’t wait for the touch ups :)

So beautiful 😍 🤩 . Laura was so kind since the beginning, she explained every single step for my eye brown ( was my first time touching my eye browns ) . I'll become a regular of this place. Brows and Beauty lounge for the win! My brow appointment was an excellent experience. My appointment was with Laura and she was super sweet and gentle and welcoming! The salon was chic and relaxing plus the playlist was the cherry on top!

I've been doing my lashes with Laura for a few years now and I won't be going to anyone else and will follow her wherever she goes! She always asks me about the look I'm trying to achieve and nails it. She is so gentle that I look forward to my appointment for the bomb lashes I'll get and the nap I'll take during my session, lol. I had my lashes done by one of the other ladies here once and I had a similarly awesome experience. Top notch service always!

The staff is so sweet very kind flexible and informative! I don't know how I ever did my eyebrows without the mapping! It was clear they were all experts in the mapping because my eyebrows looked so good and full and made my face brighten up. The waxing is so gentle!!! So much consideration for delicate skin! LOVED it

I always come here to get my lamination and tint and it always comes out so good! My lamination usually last a month. I got a lash lift the first time i came and it was so pretty and lasted for like 2 months. The studio is so nice and the chairs are comfy. The girls are very nice too they always eat down.😝

Overall poor experience. I guess she was mad that I rescheduled my appointment but the roads were closed on her block and the blocks surrounding and she didn’t give a heads up about that. Then she acted like they were so busy but it was dead. I own a successful client facing business as well and I have policies but I’m also human and I communicate well. The shop is in the middle of nowhere and the roads nearly popped my tire. She then mentioned that my brows are overplucked but proceeded to pluck them after waxing. What did I pay $70 for? This was for mapping, waxing and tint. This was done on July 1st with Arlenys.

She did such a bad job I had to post another review. I’m so confused why she overplucked my eyebrows after telling me they were overplucked. As per the response to my review below, you can tell that this was done spitefully. I have no problem sharing my experience so that others like ME don’t waste time going to her shop. I was late because the roads were closed and I communicated to her the entire way. Stop acting like you don’t know your shop is in the middle of nowhere and they were doing construction on several roads leading to your shop and on the actual road of your shop. It was gravel. My tires literally almost popped and as a business owner myself I would have communicated that to my client. If it was an issue she should have canceled my appointment. I had already paid a $35 deposit for the mapping, tint and wax. This was not a $70 service and she should be ashamed of her work.

Best place I’ve used so far for my eyebrows. I love the fact that they can give me the shape I ask for without leaving them too thin. I constantly struggled with growing them out for months only to have previous places overdo the hair removal.Really glad I found this place. Sweet techs, really clean place, great atmosphere.

Someone who is terrified of trusting people with their eyebrows understands how important it is to find. So I’ve been coming here for almost a year, and I love it. Laura is very experienced and she’s thorough. She has been helping me rehab bald spots in my eyebrows and promoting growth. Their eyebrow lammie gel is amazing and worth every penny. Also everyone there is super super sweet and the place is clean!
