I have to say this place is unsanitary from what I saw while waiting for 20 minutes. I decided to leave. I saw one of the young women use the same thread that had been on someone else's face on another person, and then the other young woman thinks that putting hand sanitizer on gloves automatically makes them clean. She used the same gloves on three different clients and charged money with those same gloves! I feared my face becoming infected; I'm good, I'd rather check out another place.

Quick, professional service. I’ve gone here a couple of times now and they do a fantastic job. I prefer them over the threading salon on Brodie hands down! Clean environment, and friendly staff.

I had been to this location twice & both times were a great experience. I decided to take my Mom & Niru was busy when we walked in. She still greeted us w/a smile & made the wait worth it. She did awesome on my brows & chin. My Mom said it was the most pain free it’s ever been for her. Thank you 😊 we will both be back

Absolutely horrible experience. I have half a mind to sue this place. I went for eyebrows and under arms waxing. The girl doing my waxing had absolutely no clue, she didn't even seem to heat the wax properly. It was VERY thick and sticky and I pointed this out to her several times. She pulled the strips off multiple times from the same area and despite my telling her it's hurting a lot more than usual, she didn't do anything to soothe the area. THEN she brought out thread to get the remaining hair out but every time managed to LITERALLY cut my skin off from the thread. I just told her to stop as I had no intention of getting myself cut. It's been 3 days since the visit now and my underarms are red and constantly hurting. She peeled my skin off! The girls there had no apparent experience, when asked, they couldn't even answer what kind of wax they were using. NEVER going back there again. Absolutely unprofessional!

Got my brows threaded here after trying a few places in Austin. They surpassed my expectations and nailed it, my eyebrows never looked better. You should have Shreen do them she works only in the weekend and she made my brows perfect!

Great experience. The woman was very polite and she did a good job. She went a little fast which made me nervous, but my brows did turn out well. Because she was fast it was a little more painful than usual, but overall I’d go back.

I went in yesterday (Sunday) afternoon and had a full face threading. The nice lady who did my threading did a fantastic job! I forgot to ask her name but I really appreciate her hard work. I’ve come to this business many times over the past 1-2 years and I’ve always had a great experience. Highly recommend👍🏽

I went to Brows by SR recently and had my eyebrow threaded and tinted. I loved the service. Sarana did the brows for me and she was really gentle with it; she was so welcoming. Going back for a facial soon.

This place is a disaster. I requested eyebrow threading and a face wax. We started with the wax. There were two girls there. Let’s go one issue at a time. I felt a little judged. My hair is very thick and I let it grow out and I felt like they exchanged looks a couple times. This is my interpretation, however. The wax they were using was terrible. It was very VERY thick. I believe it was very very old. It smelled bad, it stuck to everything, except the hair on my face. Most of my face had to be done three times, causing skin irritation and pain. It is not recommended to do areas several times over. Despite that, I went home and had to tweeze missed hairs. The girl who began waxing my face felt like she had never done it before. She randomly swapped sides of my face, pulled in different directions, and didn’t hold down the skin as she pulled or anything. She didn’t even know where things were in the shop. Combined with the horrendous wax, this was painful, uncomfortable, and took AGES. No hair wax has ever taken this long. The other lady came over eventually and sped things up and it was less terrible, as she seemed to have experience. But at that point, my skin was red and inflamed, and I just wanted everything finished. They dropped a glob of wax on my shirt. Then they proceeded to use baby oil on a cotton to try and remove that. So now, I could have removed the wax with hot water. The grease stain, combined with the wax? Not great. My shirt was ruined. My eyebrows came out okay, but man it took me an hour and a half for something that could easily have been done in 45 minutes. Never ever going back. I don’t care if some employees are better than other. But they should all be TRAINED prior to working on someone’s skin.

Went here a long ago for just eyebrow threading. The manager put me in front of the computer asking me to fill all my personal info- first name, last name, cell number, zip code , address Wow!!!! Who in the World ask for ALL that info ??! --> ONLY this place does in the WHOLE World. Other threading salons asks for ZERO/NO information. It was very fishy obviously, asked the manager what is this, why do I have to fill this out? She told everyone has to do this, its our procedure. Disgusted I came out and will never go back again. SHAME on them for being so nosey!! Looking at their reviews their clients are not happy with their services anyways, good riddance.

Will never go there again and will not refer anyone. I went to get my eyebrows waxed and well this is the outcome after I asked for them to be waxed, trimmed and shaped. They got wax in my hair and used some oil stuff to get it out. Now I'm here back at work with oily hair and messed up eyebrows. Along with a gap in my eyebrow. I'm beyond disappointed and dissatisfied.

‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️please read this review very serious!!!! I had my eyebrows done by the lady it was starting off well I liked my eyebrows but not anymore!!!!! I told her me and my mom is paying together she is in the car waiting for me to get done so she can be Up Next she says OK while i’m am on the phone with my mom I tell her to come it’s her turn! and then I walk out the door but I was stopped by her! she stepped on my innocent feet I told her 3 times I was going to get my mom so we can pay together and get two services! after she stops me I walk in her shop again to pay because she thought I was stealing which I was not I was using Apple Pay and she tells me to stop and shows me something she shows me the tip she is demanding a tip from me! she told me tip 20! and after I tip that she tells me to purchase a $50 gift card so me and my mom can get free eyebrows threading?? don’t go to her she harms her customers‼️‼️‼️‼️
