Made my eyebrows uneven to a point where they would’ve been WAY too thin if we fixed it. Then the lady kept ramming her knuckles into my opposite eyes to a point where I had to cover it. Literally not worth the cost of the thread, you’ll be paying for it later

I love going to this place but in my past 2 visits Ive had this one lady that does not thread eyebrows good !! First time she had to switch with another lady to fix my bows and 2nd time she was the only one there and i needed my brows done asap so I gave her another chance she messed them up again !!!! So upset that there was no one else to fix them.

WORST threading job I have ever had in my life. Ive come here numerous times to get threading and have never had an experience like this. This time I had a new lady and she BUTCHERED my eyebrows. I've spent years working on the shape that I had and all for this lady to leave me with NOTHING!! Im soo mad I could cry. She took shape off of the bottom and the top....never in my life have a come across anyone as inadequate as this lady. She left me with nothing, no shape, and it will take me a while to grow it back. In the meantime, I have to go around looking like this. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

Horrible experience! The store didn’t open on time and I waited 20 min for them to get there after calling and they said they were 5 min away. Got there and she put a dirty towel on my neck and kept having to adjust tape as if she didn’t know what she was doing in securing my eye. I went from being the 1st client to the 6th one as it took the tech so long for a basic eyelash extension. Materials was all over the place not organized. After the appointment my eye started itching and I noticed a rash forming. I got them off and now I have an eye infection.

I used to love getting my brows done at this location, however so much has changed new employees and not the greatest service. The lady's don't bother to wash or sanitize tools or hands after handling money and customers. I came in with full brows and left the facility with patchy , and uneven eye bows will NOT be returning!
