Worst ever threading experience. My skin is sensitive the somehow the person was making it worse. I get threaded every month and this was by far my most painful and worst experience.

I usually have a wonderful experience at Brows Zone, and most of the staff is lovely and extremely attentive to one’s needs. However, I had a very poor experience today where a member of staff was very rough while waxing my arms. At 3 separate occasions during the session, I asked the staff member to be more gentle with my skin as it is extremely sensitive. They continued to use the same amount of force, and my skin was extremely irritated and red by the end of the session. In some places, I was starting to bruise. When I voiced my concerns to the staff while paying, I was told that my arms reaction to the waxing was “normal” though I was in pain and also starting to bruise. Due to this treatment, I believe I will not visit here again.

This place is a gem! Their laser hair removal is fantastic with such reasonable prices - I saw a big difference in just a few sessions! They have great culture for their employees, and it really shows. The employees are always so happy, and you can see your preferred aesthetician long-term. I get my eyebrows threaded and do eyelash lifting here as well. The eyelash lifting still looks great after 1 month

Every time I get my eyebrows done here I get so many complements as they are always perfect no matter who does them. I also recently started doing lazer and after only three appointments I am already seeing so much improvement.

Everyone at brows zone is super nice and welcoming. They make you feel comfortable with everything. I started getting my laser here and the technicians clearly know what they’re doing. The laser seriously works and i haven’t waxed since especially because laser hurts WAY less than waxing. I owe it to my laser technician. Thanks brows zone for taking care of me!

I just happened to walk upon this place and OMGGGGG I am so glad I did. First off, the vibe/atmosphere was so calming. The ladies were extremely welcoming, and friendly. I got a a Brazilian wax, and waxed my underarms. Nisha who took very good care of me introduced me to the seaweed was it was a little more then the regular wax but it was defffff worth it!!!! Nisha was soooooo nice, and gave me so much information we talked about everything I love herrr lol!!! My experience was so amazing I really enjoyed my wax which was not to painful but worth it im all smooth, and loving ittttt!!! Thank youuuu ladies, and a biggggg bigggggg thank to Nisha. Will definitely coming back 💯💯💯💯

I was recommend this spot by a friend, and can confirm it’s better than a lot of studios in the area (Brow Studio, Unique threading, etc.). Mandeep is my go-to: she’s attentive and gets it right. Highly recommend Mandeep for eye brow threading. I book my appointment via classpass credits (4 credits), and tip on Venmo or cash.

I’m from NC and during my trip I wanted to get my eyebrows done. I usually get them threaded and I stumbled on this place and decided to give them a shot. The ladies were super friendly and the lady that did my eyebrows did exactly what I asked for - arching them and keeping the thickness. I did tinting and threading. No need to make an appointment because they accept walk-ins. Check them out!

Got a facial and the service was okay. There wasn’t a private room so the technician did the facial at the front of the store. It wasn’t as relaxing since it was loud with music, bright light, and was a bit awkward with the other guests around. The facial was minimal service and felt a bit rush. Overall, don’t expect a relaxing facial experience even though they will get the job done.

I just got in my eyebrows completely ruined by one of the ladies that were up to it When I told her exactly what I wanted and I grown it out to be able to do that she did not listen to anything and then ended up lecturing me on how I should grow them out my eyebrows look terrible and I was really displeased with the service and blaming it all on me for no reason This is the second time in a row it has happened and safe to say I will not be seeing her again I’ve never been to someone that is so ignorant and will not listen

I love coming here! i’ve been coming to this spot for a consistent 4-5 years now and they never miss a beat! i’ve recently connected with nisha (i hope that’s how you spell your name, sorry if i’m wrong) she is amazing. so gentle and very caring and informative of every procedure she has recommended to me. the lash lift is not only affordable (60) but honestly lasted me about a month and a half with beautiful lashes. as mentioned my eyebrows are always shaped and cleaned to perfection. i honestly couldn’t be more happy with this place & especially nisha’s kind considerate customer service!

The prices here are great, but i had a less than ideal experience. It was the most painful threading experience I’ve ever had, and I ended up having scabs under my eyebrows after because she damaged the skin. They also aggressively tried to upsell me, and when I said I wasn’t interested continued to push and push until I was uncomfortable.

this establishment is infected with cockroaches, I came in for a brazilian wax and ended up getting a first degree burn in my vaginal area will not be coming back!
