Incredible experience!!!!! I had horrible shoulder and neck stiffness that had been bothering me for a long time. Needless to say after my time I can finally move my shoulder and my neck doesn't hurt each time I turn my head. My body feels great. She uses some incredible technology and massage techniques that I have never seen or experienced, and I think that was a super huge game changer. Will for sure be back again, even if its for just normal therapy.

Sheila was phenomenal! After the session I felt restored. I expressed my concerns and areas I needed attention. She listened and carried on with her practice. I learned about my body and she shared next steps to take care of at home. I assure you I will see her again!

Sheila’s Incredible! So many problem areas I don’t even know where to begin. I’m a runner with lower back issues and then some more. But Sheila is amazing! Multiple masseuse have tried addressing my issues but she’s hitting all the right spots and takes her time. Each session I’m learning new things about my body and getting through some old pain. Can’t wait for our next visit! :)

As a fellow bodyworker and LMT, I'm always wanting to trying something "new" to see what will help my body and optimize my health the best. I have to manage having a connective tissue disorder, so I'll try anything to relieve the flare ups. I've been interested in PEMF for a while, and combined with massage?! SIGN ME UP! I was absolutely intrigued with the idea of an "electrical massage" and wow wow wow. (My video review is uploaded as well) The sensation felt like Sheila was wearing a TENS unit glove or something (just her hands!) and I felt every single electrical impulse pulsating through my nerves. I felt like my body was hyper-responsive to the therapy . My limbs would pulsate and vibrate and flop around as the nerves were being stimulated. Afterwards, I felt like my entire body felt "recharged" like a full battery. It definitely got the chi flowing and my entire body felt super energized, stimulated, and euphoric, and I felt no arthritic pain in my joints or discomfort whatsoever in my body. I can't wait to add this to my self care routine. This was one of the coolest massages I've gotten in over a decade! (By the way, the entrance to her studio is right NEXT to the church, not in the same parking lot.... the GPS can get wonky)

Sheila offers the full package. A gauntlet of techniques at her disposal, that she uses elegantly and with intention. I went in for an issue I’ve been experiencing in my shoulder after hitting top golf a little too hard. Had an hour session, spent it having my body rejuvenated and my mind refreshed as she’s also quite personable. If you’re a yapper, such as myself, she’s clearly no stranger to multitasking. As someone who’s had bodywork performed in the past I would recommend her over other people I’ve gone to in the area.

I’m sure that Shiela and the work that she does is amazing. Unfortunately, I did not have the opportunity to experience it for myself. This review is not about the service she delivers, but more so in regard to the poor experience that was given. I will do my best to provide an unbiased account of my experience below. I found Shiela through an instagram post. I thought the in-home work she did looked great so I booked a massage using the online booking portal in her instagram bio for an open time-slot the following day. She informs me via instagram DM that she has taken the day off, and I wait 8 hours before a refund is processed. I am understanding and in desperate need of a massage after a long bit of travel, so I go ahead and reschedule for the following Monday. Confirm that time works with her via DM, and pay the reservation fee. 5 minutes before my appointment on Monday, she calls me and cancels again because she mistook my mobile appointment for an in-studio appointment. She relayed that she was at the studio and had another client booked at the studio after me. She asked if we could reschedule for a third time and was none too apologetic or empathetic. The only recompense that was offered was an extra 20 minutes if I were to reschedule. No discounted rate. I declined. Again, this review is in no way a reflection of the actual service Shiela can deliver. This is just an account of my experience that I felt needed to be shared.

I can't say enough about how professional and friendly Sheila was. I booked 2 sessions with her - a one hour session and a 3 hour session. She took her time during both sessions and addressed my problem areas. My lower back, shoulders and neck felt much better after the long flight that I had into L.A. I would definitely recommend her and will be using her services again when I return to the L.A. area.

I had my first experience with Bryant Bodywork this weekend. The studio is a very warm and welcoming space with great energy. Shiela was my masseuse and she delivered an amazing massage. She asked me what areas I wanted to focus on and the result was one of the best massages I’ve ever had! The varied techniques she performed and the pressure was perfect. My wife and I both had 90 minute massages. Scheduling was very easy and Sheila responded quickly to our messages. The massages were excellent! Shiela was very professional and knew the anatomy of the body. She was very punctual, on time, had the right amount of pressure and incorporated cupping into the massage. I will definitely use her services and look forward to when she lands a studio.
