I am a current Buff Beauty student, this school is phenomenal as well as the instructor. Mrs. Chris is very informative and gives you all the necessary informative information you need to become a licensed nail tech. The school has a 100% passing rate, therefore I highly recommend.

I thought the girls were very sweet and professional but my only issue was what I paid for my service was way too much . the money I paid and I never question my bill. My nails could’ve been better and my pedicure is coming off already I left 10 Minutes ago. Wouldn’t recommend !

Chris is great at what she does, very professional and stays up on the latest styles and trends. I have been going to her on and off for 4+years. Sometimes my schedule doesn’t allow me to get to her as often as I’d like. She is the best. Book in advance, she stays booked and busy.

Riplash at Buff Salon is by far the most professional, clean, high quality nail salon is Charlotte. I started watching Chris nail posted on Instagram. And have been a loyal customer for the last 5yrs. It is such a pleasure to be able to have positive conversation in a positive environment and walk away with beautiful creative healthy nails. I am always getting complaints on how lovely my nails look. Chris is extremely friendly, warm and truly care about nail health. I highly recommend this salon.

This by far is the best place to get your nails done in Charlotte! I’ve been going to Chris for almost 2 years and have never been disappointed. Her professionalism is top notch and she really takes care of your nails! Best products and trust me when I say you won’t find better products and best person to do your nails in Charlotte! Wow! I am speechless. Chris did such an amazing job on my nails. I had a vision in mind - Chris educated me on the different type of techniques. She asked questions to make sure the suggested technique would fit my day to day life. I'm glad I found this gem. *Also - she told me about a crabcake place that is amazing 🙂

Called and got an appointment for a pedicure the same day. They welcomed me in and made me feel like part of the family and my toes are something fierce. This is definitely my spot from now on when I come to Charlotte. Also check out the scrubs and butters. 5 stars fo sho!

I had an incredible experience at Buffsalon! I used the app to book and it was a super streamlined process. The salon was extremely clean and there were many processes in place for Covid. Chris was outrageous. She was professional, friendly and my nails look incredible. I can’t wait to go back for a fill! Thank you Chris and Buffsalon!!!

I really enjoyed my time with Chris. She has a great personality. My only complaint are the shape of my nails. After I left, I realized a few of them were uneven. Other than that, I liked how they turned out.

I received Excellent service every appointment at BuffSalon. Mimi is my nail technician and she keeps outdoing herself every time. On the day of this review she gave me a pedicure and as usual I was in love with the results. I wish is was warm so I could show off her work. I love how she is meticulous to detail and most importantly she takes her time. I always end up falling to sleep during my session. If you want a relaxing manicure or pedicure, schedule an appointment with Mimi & tell her I sent you!! Merry Christmas.

Mrs. Chris and her staff were very courteous and professional from the time I entered the business until I left. I came in specifically for a pedicure and left with very much needed therapy session I had been having an extremely bad day and Mrs. Chris and the stuff provided me with not just a comfortable satisfying experience but they helped me end my troubled day with a bang. RipLash at Buffsalon definitely seprates itself from the average nail salons around Charlotte. The salon is decorated within a more modern chic twist and is well oraginzed. The staff alone is quite friendly and warm welcoming. Lele was the individual who compeleted my color change and soak off. She was a sweetheart, very concerned of my nail sensitivity and was quite quick but yet efficient. If you want southern hospitality, gorgeous mani, pedi, full set, etc., and a great laugh; book an appointment here. Please just keep in mind this is an appointment based salon.

This was my first visit to Buff Salon/Rip Lash and will not be my last! Very clean, professional, awesome products and very knowledgeable. My nails look fantastic! What can I say!!??? Chris is the absolute best nail salon owner in the city of Charlotte!! I’ve never had an issue of time, cost of service (it’s worth every penny) or professionalism and I’ve been a client for 4 years. I don’t see myself letting anyone else touch my nails ever!!
