I called WELL ahead of time to schedule my “Valentine’s Day” massage only to be told that… Not because they’re booked, but because Im single I would not be able to receive accommodations for that special day. They’re ONLY accommodating “couples”. This annoyed me because I’m forced to endlessly take my business elsewhere & one of my favorite masseur has been servicing me there for years.

Our sessions started almost an hour late, which would have been fine except the massage was also unimpressive. I purchased a deep tissue massage, and unfortunately experienced the lightest touch I’ve had in quite some time. My therapist (Ashley?) did not check in with pressure and I was too uncomfortable to ask for more on my own. The massage was similar to the students in massage therapy school training, so maybe she was really new? The atmosphere is very nice, and the staff is pleasant, but the main service was disappointing.

I went in today for the first time. Very welcoming atmosphere. Sarah did my wax service. She did an amazing job and made me feel so comfortable the whole way through. I will definitely be back to see Sarah and I look forward to experiencing their other services soon!!

Just finished an Age Defying Facial with Sarah. It was absolutely amazing. She was calm and gentle and the experience was top-notch. I will definitely go again and will definitely be asking for Sarah! Thanks for such a relaxing afternoon!

Loved my massage. Kat was very good. The amenities are nice and the atmosphere is very relaxing. My service was very good from beginning to end.

Great service. Cody was amazing performing my massage. Great atmosphere, extremely welcoming. The lady at the counter (I forgot her name) was so pleasant and knew exactly who we were upon arrival. They treated us great. The comfort room you relax in before and after the massage is amazing and extremely cozy and relaxing. We truly enjoyed our massages, the complementary robes and slippers and the service. Highly recommend and we’ll definitely be back.

I am beyond ecstatic with Jill Nicole. Every time she has new products in - she calls or texts to let us know what products - we are major candle shoppers - and to us - this is an amazing customer service trait as well as marketing. It is so appreciated that if we can get there in time before the good stuff is ALL gone because you guys do so much business - we are very lucky and thankful that she lets us know!!

I had a wonderful experience at Bumble Lane on Jefferson. The front desk staff were friendly and polite, and the facility was gorgeous and cleanly! Tabitha was my massage therapist and she was an absolute JOY to have been placed with. She made me feel so comfortable and at ease during my massage and is supremely talented at what she does. We talked during my entire session and it was such a great experience. I would recommend her to anyone going to visit Bumble Lane! Thanks for a much needed pampering!!

I had an hour & a half massage here a couple of weeks ago and it was absolutely very relaxing and much needed. The staff is very attentive, everything is very clean, lots of goodies to shop for in front of the house. Will be back.💗

Love Love Love this place. One of the best massages & facials I’ve received in a long time. The establishment is very clean and the service was welcoming and hospitable. Overall I was able to unwind and relax.
