This location needs to upgrade their rooms and amenities, in addition to their membership policies. I have cancelled my membership because we were informed of a price increase and I cannot justify the cost. When you look up at their ceiling during a facial there are old ceilings with dark water spots, the amenities and decor are dated, the price does not reflect an upscale spa. You are forced to use your credits within a certain time frame, if you already took my money, let me come in when I have time, not force me to come in or my credits will 'vanish'. Truly absurd. I will say they have good therapist and I have always received a good massage, but just not worth the amount you're paying and not feeling like a true upscale spa.

For $110, I signed up for a 25 minute pure relaxation massage. She asked to add on 10 minutes and I agreed. The massage was wonderful. However, I don’t think it was worth an extra $45 for 10 minutes. Ruined the whole experience when I went to the register to check out. I also experienced 2 women talking very loudly in the spa/hot tub area. I decided to stay in the quiet room and hoped they would be gone when I returned. Nope. Still there, loud. Staff does not help. It says quiet area. Highly annoyed. I just wanted to sit in the hot tub and relax before taking a shower and leaving. I thought about going to the front desk but why should I have to while im naked in a Robe? Staff should be on that. Several staff walked by and said nothing to them. Waste of my day. Im really dissatisfied and reading other reviews, Im not the only one who experienced this problem.

Excellent experience. I had a radiance facial and Natalie did a great job, I felt super relaxed and rejuvenated after the treatment. The facilities are clean and inviting. I got a gift card for my sister as a holiday gift, I want her to experience this as well!

The massages and facials have always been worth it especially with all the great amenities! I look forward to the sauna, jacuzzi and steam room every time along with the quiet relaxation room. The lemongrass tea and fruit water is my favorite as well!

This spa is in desperate need of a remodel, everything is old even the massage table creaks . the massage itself was horrible, I’ve had to ask my therapist 3 times to decrease her pressure. Guests are loud but no one stops them. Would not recommend it.

As a former member of Burke Williams at Santana Row, I can say that their spa offerings are truly exceptional. The treatments are consistently high-quality, and the therapists are well-trained and attentive to individual needs. While I found their products to be just okay, the experience itself is always top-notch. One of my favorite aspects is their beautiful lounge area, fully stocked with complimentary teas, infused water, and snacks, which add a nice touch of luxury to the whole experience. The amenities are another highlight – the steam room, sauna, and jacuzzi are well-maintained and offer a perfect way to unwind before and after treatments. Overall, I left every visit feeling deeply relaxed and pampered. It’s a fantastic spot to escape from the day-to-day and recharge. The recent increase in membership prices is a bit disappointing, though, especially given the range of local spa options. However, if you’re looking to indulge in a consistently high-quality spa experience, Burke Williams is still worth a visit.

Giving two stars to the really loud women here in the hot tub area. It clearly says this is a “quiet area.” Its ok, I’m here blasting Instagram until they STHU Plus, I was here with my husband on 10/31. We both got massages. He liked his but Von who did my massage was very unprofessional. He actually stepped out for 5 mins and didn’t even make up the time. Plus he used wayyyy too much lotion/oil on me. I did not like it. I’ve had wonderful massage over the years too.

Great location and after the remodel is even better! The member spa is smaller but more modern and less crowded, they have good therapists and sometimes they call to make a change if requested a person in particular or the time, so expect that to happen every so often. The ambience is very relaxing, the staff professional and things are clean, the hot tub however is extremely hot unless is the intention for people not to be more than 5min inside.

They requested to show up 30minutes early for an appointment and after checking in as requested, 10 minutes into the appointment time the therapist is a no show and upon requesting assistance from the manager she shows up after another 10minutes stating they have noone available. Terrible experience and waste of time.

This is a very luxurious spa. Buy the membership and enjoy the perks. This place is perfectly wonderful. Sabrina gave me a tour and really went into detail about all the products and services available. I can't wait for my next healing bath

I have been going to this location for a good 10+ yrs. I love this location much better than SF hands down. Not only is it close by to where I live but the ambiance and staff are much nicer. I usually have a different masseuse each time I go for 2 reasons- 1) to get an appt quicker and 2) to review the consistency of training between all staff. I am happy to say that they are all trained well and the same and I have no complaints over all the times I have come by. Each staff member I encounter is so nice and very good at what they do. I had to cancel my membership about a yr ago now because I was travelling and couldn't make good use of my membership perks. Now that my schedule for work is more consistent, I may consider signing up as a member again. My usual- burke williams massage (preferably 90 mins+). Massages and spa usage is top tier and I will continue to come every 2-3 months!

Not recommended! I looked forward for my birthday this year to relax. My husband got me a reservation at the spa with a masseuse named Anne. The first few minutes I was already getting frustrated. I have never been put on SO MUCH cream, which in one point felt like oil because of the excessive amount. It felt like a child is giving me a massage. She spoke non stop and ask so many questions, which I gave short and sweet answers to. In that point I was sure I made it look like I have no interest in a chit chat. She continued talking and in one point I didn’t answer. She then giggle “hehe you fell asleep heheh you fell asleep”. While this very unprofessional massage continued I asked her to skip massaging my face and scalp because I wanted the massage to end. It was such an awful experience. I literally left the place with no looking back, run out. I was just sad my husband paid so much for this experience. I told him if he gets any survey to his email that I would be happy to send feedback but nothing like that came so here I am now. Very disappointing!!!

Had the worst experience with someone named Rebecca there trying to get some information on their services to book something for a friend. Very RUDE!! Don't believe the 4+ rating on Facebook - it's only there because scammers are posting positive reviews here about FOREX and BITCOIN transactions which they must be allowing just to keep what appears to be a good score. That too tells you how terrible this place is!! Stay Away!! Rebecca is a KAREN!! Very Unfriendly atmosphere · Rude service

If I could give zero stars I would. People, watch your jewelry. I accidentally left behind a pair of silver earrings as we spent the day at Burke Williams in San Jose and left very late on a Sunday evening. Halfway home from traveling out of the area I realized this and tried to call the spa. No one answered. That evening until they closed and throughout the following day my friend and I continued to place no less than 12 calls to the spa and no one ever answered. I left messages and no one ever called me back. We finally received a message from someone in Los Angeles stating that the SJ spa did not have my earrings. Again, no one called me back from the facility to let me know they actually checked my locker. They claim world class service, but this is far from it.

The checkout experience was absolutely horrendous. You think after spending $$$ on massages for 3 people the staff in the lobby would be nicer and appreciative, but nope it was the worst experience and totally ruined the entire spa experience because we left feeling annoyed, looked down on, and just plain treated badly by the lady that checked us out. I dont know her name but she had black kind of like cat eye glasses with 3 studded designs on each lens frame. She wore a mask and so it was difficult to understand her mumbling. Not to mention that there are also other ppl checking in and while we were checking out so it was difficult to understand her, apparently she was talking to herself (she was irked that i asked her a question while she was busy...like i knew that?) She lacked customer service for a place focused on hospitality and relaxation. And felt I needed a new massage probably at another place after my interaction with her. She rudely questioned who was in our reservation. I repeatedly told her names which was fine, at the beginning it was a little hectic so I dont mind repeating myself. She questioned why we all got birthday enhancements, and im like why does that matter to you????? She kept asking us hurriedly how much we were going to tip and rushed us before we can decide on a percentage because apparently they can only do a percentage, how about be patient? There's three of us in the reservation and we were trying to discuss. Anyways this interaction unfortunately will be the only thing I remember from this place. Too bad because literally everybody else, the masseuse, the check in lady was so nice. If you're going to advertise your business as a luxury day spa, your service better be luxury customer service too.

Had an absolutely amazing time visiting with my fiancé. Felt cared for from start to finish. The amenities were amazing. The women’s spa was a bit crowded on a Saturday afternoon.

I was a member for 8-ish months. Overall this is a very nice spa that has good facials and massages. I would say generally very expensive which is why I cancelled my membership, but if you can pay the $180/month, it’s a great spa location.
