DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR HAIR! I went for a trim of my bangs before a concert and they did not even ask me how long I wanted them before she started to cut them without even holding my hair. She pressed the scissors against my forehead and cut them crookedly from left to right. I had curtain bangs they only needed a trim. I’ve never walked out on a business but she wanted to fix them by cutting even shorter I’m glad I didn’t let her she was again trying to cut them without holding my hair. When I decided to leave she kept trying to pull my head straight to see how she could fix them ugh I couldn’t fix them in any way. I had to pin them up. Now to let them grow.

I asked for a trim and she cut wayyy too much. If you expect them to listen to your wants and needs. Don’t go!! They do whatever they want. They don’t even speak your language !!

After waiting 40 minutes past my appointment, I ended up leaving with two different colors in my hair. This happened because after depositing the color layer by layer, the hair stylist decided to put red dye only on the top layer of my hair which is why the top is red and the bottom is dark purple. They pretty much practiced dying hair on me and made me pay $120! They also hurt my back by smacking it and giving me a "massage" which was basically hitting me and karate chopping me from behind. I was leaning away from her and told her she was rough and she just kept smiling and hurting me... I definitely would only recommend hair cuts and no dying hair. Tiffany Salon is a lot more experienced that is where I usually go. UPDATE: I went back a day later and the owner will not admit she gave me hot roots! She said she didn't use bleach and I told her I always get my hair bleached before putting color because my hair is super dark and needs to in order for this not to happen! She does not know how to properly dye hair and will sit there and defend herself instead of doing something. Oh and that's not the worst part .. I WAITED 30 MINUTES FOR HER TO COME AND TELL ME SHE WON'T FIX IT!!! $130 WASTED!

I came to get a wash and haircut. Huynh (I think?) and Dinh washed and cut my hair. The lady washed my hair and did a very careful job to make sure I was relaxed. I wanted my hair cut short but long enough to put it up for work and he made it look really good. I only cut my hair maybe once every 1-2 years but I always come back here. I never go to American salons because they never know what looks best. Busy Cuts is always the best and they know how to make hair and nails look good.

Not a very pleasant experience! And she also did a hiar removal with a razor when I wanted a wax. I got a very bad rash after that experience. When I left,she demanded I give her a tip for mine and my sons hiar. His is a toddler, I tiped her 20 and then another 15 and she was still upset.her name is Helen, please avoid this salon at all cost!

We walk around in the area, just want to have a place to rest and get some basic nails done. So we didn’t check Google reviews, nor Yelp reviews. Sadly we found out this is a bad nail salon. Really poor service, poor quality, and bad attitude. We got cuts with bleeding but got no treatments and apology. We are surprised that this kind of salons can still be in business. And we are more surprised to find out that the reviews on Google for this place is above 4 stars! How could this be even possible? Their Yelp’s reviews are 2.5 stars, which make more sense. We will never be back.

It's an excellent place, they make a great work, but I give them just 4 stars cuz they always ask for tips when sometimes they are some rude or make a lil mistake ( nail) and when. You pay they ask for tips , that's fine but it feels like a [you have too]....

Busy place, but I was seated immediately. My hair increasingly resembles Captain Picard's, so my job was quick and easy. The lady who cut my hair was friendly, competent, gentle, and efficient. Cost was $10 cash or $11 on a card.

I've been getting my hair cut for around 12 years and I wouldn't change it. Its family own and they actually work there. They have really good prices. The only thing is that most of the time you have to wait long times for your turn. I think it's better to call and make an appointment before you show up. But just in case you have to wait for your turn, you can enjoy a nice milk tea or food from the places next to it.
