Alice seemed to develop a personal problem with me over time and I will not be returning. first it started with her charging me more each visit even though I was getting similar style and length.when I started questioning it,she got an attitude and it was downhill from there.whenever i come she tells me she's booked and I have to come back so I started setting appts and she would say she didnt see it or ask me to come at a different time even though there would be lots of open appts online. this is very poor service and I will not recommend this place to anyone.the last straw was when I set an appointment and no one responded so I came in at the requested time. she said she didn't see it and told me to come back next week. what nail salon tells customers to come back in a week?? I will take my business somewhere else. I can tell my service is not wanted

I wish I could give this place no stars!!! I tried giving you a second chance after you messed my nails up and had NO compassion! Now you’ve messed my brows up and when I try to tell you. you walked away and get an attitude!!!! Please stay away!!!!!!!!!!

If you are looking for a good nail shop, look no further. I started back getting my nails done this summer and stumbled across this nail salon while driving. I was a walk in and was taken by Alice. I was a bit nervous because I like to experiment with designs and style, oh but Alice!!! She literally executes every idea I have to the t. On top of the professionalism and cleanliness of the shop! Alice is also very personable, which I love. She remembered me at just my second nail appointment which was a month later. It makes you feel more than just a customer. We are familiar. They do take walk-ins but I refuse to not sit in Alice’s chair so I make an appointment every time and haven’t missed one yet. The picture is our latest creation. I am vacation ready!!! Book TODAY!

I’ve been trying to find a nail shop in South Fulton so I don’t have to travel far from home. Alice is the go-to! I always get a GelX manicure and she does a great job. It’s better if you make an appointment but even when I’ve walked in I haven’t had to wait too long. Ask for Alice!

Very dissatisfied, the shaping is excessive. No compensation, over priced for the service I received. My complints went unnoticed. Reviews suggested something that I did not experience. She seemed really uncomfortable with the shaping, it took a long time. It's better to be honest than to under deliver.

The experience seemed promising, until it wasn’t. I asked for gel pedicure and a manicure with sns powder polish. Kelvin did a great gob, but Wendy was horrible. She started over on my end so many times because the powder kept clumping. This was my first and only time coming here. I didn’t even get the color I was supposed to have due to a mistake she made. Waste of time any money .

Alice and Kevin did an amazing job! They listened to what I wanted and got it right🙏. April did my nails are exactly how I want them Kevin did my pedi, it was really good. April also did great on my eyebrows.

I had a very negative experience here, and i would not recommend any one give their hard earned money to these people for subpar service and bad attitudes. The color options are very limited and the work is mediocre at best. If you risk it and come anyway, be sure to have Google Translate bc they will have plenty to say to each other about you in their native tongue, but can't understand anything you're saying to them in English. Im so disappointed and frustrated with businesses in Atlanta charging premium prices and under delivering. Would NOT recommend!

New to the area and came in on a whim. Butner Nail Spa is very clean. The staff is very friendly. Winnie gives an amazing pedicure and I’m ticklish. Alice dis a great job with my set. I have gotten a ton of compliments on the design.

Danni and Kevin are stellar nail techs. Danni did my fill and listened to what I wanted. Took her time and slayedddd! Kevin did my spa pedicure and it was an experience. Nail salon is clean, they move quick, are friendly, and do a grand job of providing quality service and professionalism. If you were looking , just stop on in 💅😊

I paid $15 for a simple soak off on my acrylic nails and they couldn’t do that right I had to come home and still sit my nails in acetone. They wouldn’t own up to their mistake and did nothing to assist me after their mess up. Not good customer service even for loyal customers.

The customer service here sucks! I came in with my finance to get a simple acrylic nail removal, but they couldn't do that. Then when I come back with her and we make reference to the error made , the worker who did it acts as if she doesn't care. Definitely would not recommend

Awful place. Very limited in techs, go spend your money somewhere else! How u have one person that can do designs and u gotta have an appointment to see that 1!!!!! Person ! They serve u warm bottle water at the end of your service!! I left after getting the most boring pedicure of my life!! Awful treatment! The massage chair sucks just like the staff!! It hardly works!!! You’re welcome!!

I spent years trying to find a consistently good salon. I travel 45 minutes to get my nails done. Alice was referred by my cousin and she is worth the trip!
