Great customer service. I was in and out within a great time frame. Her closure are fire! It’s been 3 days and i have not had to add any heat to my curls or my hair. Highly recommend! Money well spent!

No one answers the phone EVER… they allowed me to book an appointment online for a day they are closed. Very unorganized and glad I can take my money somewhere else! ITS MY birthday and they pull this… DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!….update…. They told me the hairstylist got sick with Covid but was miraculously cured the next day as the shop was open again. This is why I don’t deal with black people in Atlanta and before you ask… I’m fully black… it’s always something…DO NOT BOOK HERE!

Chi chi is amazing and a perfectionist! I've been going to her for 2 years now and I LOVE how my hair comes out every time. She never disappoints. I had several different styles and she slayed every single one, whether it was a short bob or long wavy curls. The best part to me is my hair actually last- especially her sew ins. Another thing I like personally is it isn't a huge salon with 10 other stylist so it gives for a more intimate setting and makes me feel like I can be in and out. I highly recommend!

Been coming to BXPLICIT for a while. Love everything about my stylist CHI i always buy her Hair which is THE BEST QUALITY HAIR IN ATLANTA, why I say that is because I’m still using hair I bought from 3 years ago. It’s still bouncy and looks like I just purchased it. Everywhere I go everyone ask me about my styles and the hair I have in my head. So if you’re ever in Atlanta and looking for great service and hair this is the place to come.

Chichi is awesome all around she’s the best hands down I’ve been going to chi for years. She extremely professional and takes pride into giving her clients the best experience. I have not yet meet one of chi clients that isn’t overly pleased with their experience with her.

Do not let Princess do your fuax locs. I let her do my hair when she came to Houston on July 1, 2019 and left very unsatisfied. They were not neat but instead rough looking and madded like I had my hair in for at least 2 months and that was just the first day. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH PRINCESS!!! Her excuse was they are bohemian and that’s my special twist that’s what makes mine different. She claims they have a natural look but they look naturally raggedy! I have never seen anybody’s locs look this raggedy! I didn’t even keep those locs for 24 hours! Again DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH PRINCESS! If I could leave 0 stars I would. She doesn’t even deserve 1!

I have never had a quick weave last as long as the one that Chi did for me. She is very critical of her work, and only let’s you walk out the door looking and feeling amazing. She is VERY professional and her establishment is extremely clean. She is also down to earth and pays attention to all of her clients. Best experience I’ve ever had at a salon !

I’ve been coming to Chi Chi for over 6 years and have followed her to each salon she has worked at. Now she is a salon owner and I’m super proud of her work ethic and her dedication to making women feel beautiful. Her work is high quality and the hair she sells is amazing. I’ve been able to reuse her hair for my installs with no problems. Her sew ins last as well as her quickweaves. Her quality of work is for those who love perfect pretty flawless hair.

Very professional. My hair always comes out as I expected. I love the natural closure sew in service provided. She takes her time and places each extension in it’s perfect place. If your looking for an express weave job this is not it. If you’re looking for long lasting quality looks, this is definitely the place to be.

do not book princess aka daintysdolls_ on Instagram Completely unprofessional, has no care about the clients time or schedule, sub par work, and spent more time on the phone checking Instagram and face timing her friends than focusing on my hair. when i contacted her about the locs unraveling, TWO days after i got the locs done two of them fell out while putting the hair into a ponytail, her response was to say she had never had this issue before and to ask if i was tying it up every night. She did offer to redo them if I found a time that worked for both my schedule and hers, but she had no interest in my schedule when she moved my appointment TWICE! I will not be back and I DO NOT recommend wasting your money here!

Found Chi-Chi by word of mouth for my wedding. She did my hair so well it was the prettiest I’ve ever looked. She is fast and efficient and very very talented. I sing her praises because she made me fierce for my wedding. In fact, my husband calls her the miracle worker because she turns me into the woman I want to be. I’ve gone to her 3x times now and can honestly give an accurate review. The environment is professional and her knowledge and creativity is exactly what you want and expect of a stylist in Atlanta. Once you come you’ll be hooked and fierce.
