Cute boutique. No real sand in the sea salt room. No ocean or wave sounds because they said the speaker was broke. Bring your own group or you will share the room with others. Not really worth $25 if you can’t experience the entire experience.

Go here!! This is one of the most relaxing places I've ever been. I have gone twice and dozed off both times to the dim lighting, ocean sounds, and salty air. I usually bring a book but am too relaxed to engage my mind. To be honest, I haven't researched all the health benefits but a friend recommended I go because her mom had quickly reversed a sinus infection with a salt room session. The session makes my hair softer, apparently does wonders to the skin, and helps my breathing in the midst of sinus infections and allergy season. I bought one of their 3 session packs. They say it's less than an hour but they've always let me stay a full hour. The first time I went I was there with 3 or 4 women who were friends and chatted a bit. The second time I was alone and kind of felt bad there weren't more people. Treat yourself to the physical and emotional benefits of the beach when you can't make it to the ocean itself. Support this small business. They are kind and also have a little shop.

I love going to By the Sea! It helps my breathing so much. Karen is so kind and welcoming. I love all the goodies in the store area - my must buys are the hand and feet moisturizing masks.

This was a gift from my daughter. We had been to another salt therapy room and wanted to try this one. Parking was a cluster so we were 5 minutes late. The owner could not have been more rude. We drove 45 minutes to get there and she asked us to reschedule. We stayed and experience it but it was a room with tile looking floors and salt misting through a fan type hole in the wall and some salt lamps. Our previous experience with a salt room , the floor was finely ground hemilayan salt, walls were salt, and soothing white noise was so relaxing. Love the salt experience but will go back to the one in Centerville for a better experience.

I have been in many salt rooms across the country through my travels. I stumbled upon By the Sea after staying at a vrbo that had dog and mold allergies. I was miserable for the rest of the trip. On our last day in Cincinnati, I tried the salt therapy and was amazed at how quickly my lungs opened. The salt was more potent than in other caves I have experienced, and I was so glad I did not need to use my inhaler the rest of the day. I only wish I would have gone sooner while on our trip. I’ve heard so many great things about this place and was so excited to finally have the chance to do the Salty Reiki! It was such a cleansing, calming experience - the atmosphere is so relaxing, the customer service is outstanding, and the actual service was so relaxing and absolutely amazing. I was so inspired afterwards that I even bought some goodies to use at home! If you’re on the fence… BOOK IT! 🤍 Thank you, By The Sea Salt Therapy!!!!

I went for the first time with a friend. The experience was relaxing and the hostess was very welcoming. The salt room definitely has a beach vibe. This is a sensory experience that will leave you feeling refreshed. My skin felt so soft afterwards too! Only suggestion would be to lower the volume a bit on the surf sound and maybe add in some seagull sounds to enhance the beach vibe. I would definitely do it again. It is very affordable as well.

Karen is truly a great host! She is so accommodating. 5 of us went in to salt therapy with couple of sinus issues, asthma acting up & just wanting to relax with some great people. It is a magical experience. We were so relaxed we did not want the session to end. I would recommend a session to anyone. Completely spa like environment. And how can we not shop afterwards they sell such awesome products! Thank you karen for a wonderful & relaxing experience!

The salt room is a fantastic place to have a ladies gathering to catch up and relax! It’s a beach vacation close to home. We all love it and look forward to our next visit. We also love the variety of products in the shopping area. Great items to pamper yourself or give as an unique present for any occasion.

It was very relaxing.. The time in there seems to be helpful with sinues.. It's only been an hour. I ended up getting the package deal. They have a lot of nice things in the store to purchase. Salt lamps, lotions, tea, jewerly & essential oils. Closest thing in Western Hills to the 🌴 Beach..
