Front desk not friendly or welcoming. Not sure why I left with a warmer orangey tone in my hair when I didn’t come in with that & said lighter and brighter.. would not go back.

Best salon ever! Some salons do a great job the first time and after that are subpar, NOT this salon. Every service is above and beyond. Don't go anywhere else. Everyone is so kind providing excellent care that just gets better each time. My husband and I love this salon with Melissa, Krystle, Julie and the owner, Cindy. Amazing!

Great experience...friendly staff...best wash ever! I was able to get a last minute Saturday haircut with Julie. She was fantastic. Loved my cut and the time she took to listen to my needs and give her advice.

I love CC Salon even though it’s getting pretty pricey. I’ve been going to Haydee for several years now and she’s always pleasant. She knows my hair and does a good job with color, foils, cut, whatever I need. Makes me feel like a star when I leave!

Chandra was amazing, so fun and understood exactly what I wanted even though it’s not a “typical” style. She also checked multiple times before taking off significant length so there were no surprises. Great product recommendations as well.

Everyone was nice. However no one asked me if I needed anything to drink and it was an extremely hot day like 90°. I had to grab my stylist and ask for water. I got root color done and it looked good. I asked for straight very full hair but it was almost flat. She didn’t put a lot of effort into blow drying and it showed the next day. When you’re spending around $100 plus tip for just root color, you expect to get what you ask for. It’s been about 5 to 6 weeks so only a little bit of the gray roots should be showing but a lot of the color has faded on my gray hair. I have about 20% minimal gray. Maybe Aveda hair color just isn’t right for my hair though.

Samita is the best . I always go to her for my haircut and one time she did my hair styling too. She listens carefully what I want and always try to accommodate that .

CC Salon has excellent service and seasoned, talented stylists as well as incredible pre-stylists. I look forward to a relaxing shampoo/condition/massage! I’ve been getting trims and highlighting for 4 years & am always pleased. I have curly, thick hair, so even a trim takes time.

Had a great experience with my consultation today. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. I really appreciate the COVID precautions as well. I haven't actually had my hair done yet, but the consultation went really well. Will update my review after my next appointment. Update: I had my first appointment with Samita and she was beyond AMAZING! The experience from beginning to end was just exceptional, and she exceeded my expectations. I will be coming here regularly from now on.

Such a fun place to go to get your hair care needs taken care of. A friendly hello when you walk in to an amazing shampoo girl to then awesome hairstylists. Been going here since they first opened.

They charged $60 for a colorless gloss toner without telling me it would add $60 to the bill. Blow out was mediocre. Front desk shouldn't be in customer service.

We moved back here three years ago and I have been looking for the right stylist for my hair. I had such a great experience at CC's salon this week. Chanda did highlights and a hair cut and style. She is amazing with hair and so nice to sit and talk with. Honestly the best haircut/highlight I've had in a long time! The receptionist was friendly and helpful. I appreciated that when I called to make my appointment they gave me all the information I needed about covid forms, prices, and how they do tipping-extremely professional.

First time customer at CC Salon however, my wife and daughter have been extremely happy customers for years. After six months of at-home haircuts due to COVID, something had to be done to rectify the mess we had created. The salon itself was spotless and ample precautions were taken to ensure safety while in the salon. Both Crystal (shampoo) and Cindy (haircut) were outstanding and I can now confidently appear in public once again. Highly recommended.

Me atendió rosario había leído muchos comentario sobre ella i si realmente ella es muy buena es su trabajo i busca agradar a sus clientes hace todo para que tu pelo quede como tu quieres la chica que me lavo el pelo tambien fue muy amable i réspecto al lugar pues esta muy limpio todo i se toman medidas para poder tener cuidado con el COVID i eso me gusto mucho también . Muchas gracias i si están buscando a alguien que corte su pelo no duden ir con rosario :)

I had a wonderful experience at C C Salon yesterday. I went to Julie L on the suggestion of a friend and have found my new stylist! Julie took her time to discuss what I wanted to do with my hair and made stylish, yet practical, color recommendations. I love how my color turned out! She also gave me some style tips to use at home on my head of curls. I should also note that her shampoo and head message was amazing - I hadn't realized just how much I missed this little treat all these months! The salon's covid prevention protocols were exceptionally executed and all staff was diligent and professional.

My daughter and I have been getting my our hair done here for years. We love Chanda, Cindy, Crystal and the gang!! They're a happy family and include their clients in that warm family feeling. Their place has always been clean but since the pandemic they follow strict guidelines with masks, temp checks, hand washing, wiping down the stations, etc. for each client. I'd definitely recommend them and pray they're around for a long time!

My family has been going to CC Salon for awhile now. My wife started here with Samita and then, after another local haircut spot mangled my hair, I followed and now we even bring the kids. My kids and I see Rosario regularly and love it. Best place we've found in the Centreville/Chantilly/Clifton area.

The safety measures taken for the flu were impressive and very professional. I always get good service and high quality treatments but they really outdid themselves with the safety precautions. I highly recommend this salon.

This was my first visit at CC Salon. They made me feel very comfortable during this Covid Pandemic. Everyone was wearing a mask and we all had lots of space between everyone. They were very professional and Samita did a great job with my hair cut...

This was my first visit to CC Salon -- scheduled an appointment because a friend told me they were taking ALL the right COVID-19 precautions. I was SUPER impressed with their mitigation strategies -- from no walk-ins, to temp checks, hand hygiene, masks, and chair drapes. PLUS -- absolutely everyone on staff was friendly and efficient. I love, love, love my haircut and will recommend CC Salon to friends. I was completely comfortable while there and am totally happy with my haircut!
