This is my first time here, I want to let you know that services are amazing. 100%, very professional staff, and I found this place passing by when I was on my way to work i got my botox done was happy with the result I want to get some more but my consultation person said was not necessary I feel very comfortable they don't want to take your money like other place they very honest I book several appointments already 😀 😊 ☺️

I love the atmosphere and the warm welcome from everyone. Unlike other medspas, I didn't feel pressured or embarrassed. The staff is attentive and very helpful, providing the best advice and guidance for your confidence and skin journey. Not only are the facials great, but the cappuccino is even better. I left with a smile and will definitely be coming back for another service.

A very comfortable and pleasant atmosphere and professional staff. Very nice and clean. Love the complimentary drinks and snacks and massage chair while you wait. The head spa is amazing! So relaxing and soothing. Highly recommend this place for the ultimate pampering experience!

Amazing service, experience, beautiful location! My facial was incredible and everyone is so sweet. Service was bliss from the moment you walk in. I had the red carpet facial and came out looking and feeling like a new person. 100/10 recommend!

I had an amazing experience at C10 Wellness and Rejuvenation! I booked a scalp massage for my fiancée, and they went above and beyond to make the entire experience unforgettable for both of us. While my fiancée was enjoying her treatment, they treated me like royalty too! They set me up in a private room with a super comfortable massage chair and even provided snacks to keep me relaxed and comfortable while I waited. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, making sure we both felt taken care of from start to finish. My fiancée couldn’t stop raving about how incredible her scalp massage was, and I couldn’t have been happier with the thoughtful touches they added to the whole experience. If you’re looking for a place that truly cares about their clients and goes the extra mile, C10 Wellness and Rejuvenation is it. We’ll definitely be back!

I had the best experience at C10, already booked my next appointment! I love how knowledgeable and professional the staff is. The treatments are also personalized to your skin needs which is something I appreciated. Speaking to a nurse practitioner before my facial was amazing too bc I got to learn more about my skin and how to care for it after. Can’t wait to go back (:

La atención es muy buena el trato pero no la forma en hacer las cosas.. te piden $50 Para confirmar que llegarás a tu cita ok pago el dinero llego antes de mi cita y espere de 1:40pm a 3:10pm y mi cita era a las 2 sin problema espere pero tuve que irme tenía cosas que hacer y muy amable la dueña me ofreció un facial gratis fui a la consulta nueva que me tocaba donde me analizaron mi piel y resulta que los tratamientos son muy muy costosos y no puedo tomarlos pero el día que agende cita pregunté qué pasa con el depósito en caso de no aceptar el tratamiento y me dijo que me devolverían los $50 y llevo días esperando ya que no acepte el tratamiento no porque sea malo si no por el precio pero la dueña dice que no se puede por sus políticas aún así cuando en llamada ella me dijo que ella misma me los regresaba si no hacía el Tratamiento pero que estaba muy segura que si lo Tomaría pero no puedo por el precio es demasiado SI ME HUBIERA DICHO SE PAGAN LOS $50 SE HAGA O NO UN TRATAMIENTO YO ENTIENDO OK PERO ME DIJO SI NO LO TOMA YO MISMO SE LO REGRESO ENTONCES NO ENTIENDO

Owner, Cheny Julian is present at the forefront, from beginning to end. Servicing your questions and requests. Excellent customer service. Esthetician, Danet, was a diamond. Excellent facial lymphatic massage techniques and recommendations for best Personal skin care goals. Chantal, C10’s nurse practitioner, was Persia lly invested in your skin care goals and eager to make a treatment plan for your specific requests and concerns. The customer service is very individualized and you leave feeling refreshed, renewed and eager to return for another treatment of your choice. Front desk staff, Linette didn’t know how else to please, receive and care for you while you were experiencing the C10 spa fantasy. Will definitely return with friends very soon. If you haven't treated yourself to a scalp massage treatment please do so. Don't wait. From the moment you walk in C10 Spa they give you a menu with complimentary snacks and drinks. they then sit you in a massage chair while you sip your mimosa and wait for your tech to come fetch you and take you to your spa room. This exhilarating 60 minute scalp massage experience is beyond anything I’ve experienced. Can't wait to go back and try out all their other treatments.

I recently visited C10 Wellness and Rejuvenation and had an absolutely fantastic experience! The spa is impeccably clean and modern, and it smells wonderful as soon as you walk in. The 90min headspa was a 10/10! I had been dying to do one for a while now and it did not disappoint. It was everything and more. Danet was so sweet and patient. She did an amazing job making me feel relaxed and comfortable. I can’t wait to book another one when I’m back in Miami!
