I don't usually write negative reviews but this time Ivan deserves it. I asked Ivan to bleach my hair blonde since he had cut my hair before and I trusted him. However, when he dyed my hair he burned ir completely and instead of going blonde he dyed my hair white as if I was an old man! When I asked him for an appointment to cut my hair, he used the excuse that he didn't have an appointment in more than 2 weeks when it was his fault that he burned my hair. Very unprofessional of him to not want to want to correct his mistake and try to fix my hair after what he did . I do not recommend Ivan and definitely never coming back again.

Maravilloso es la segunda vez que voy y creo no visitare otra peluquería que no sea caché pues la peluquera Vero es excelente la catálogaria de artista en lo que hace ..os recomiendo la peluquera cache .buenos precios. Buenos productos y buenos trabajadores

Ivan is a true artist. I have been his client for many years. The reason I keep going to him is because he does an incredible job, is always very accommodating and professional, and is always in good spirits. This is true with all of his staff. I get the best manicures and pedicures from Kristina! She is such a perfectionist that I never have a smear, smudge or any other imperfections. She always has the newest polish colors and stays up to date on current trends. Additionally, the salon is relaxing and in a perfect SOHO location.
