I booked the Dream Team’s wedding hair services for myself, 6 bridesmaids, and mom! I had the best experience. Logan and Erin are really skilled at what they do and everyone looked wonderful! The whole morning went smoothly and they helped keep it stress-free. Logan did my bridal hair and she was amazing - it was exactly how I wanted it for the wedding! I couldn’t have asked for anything better. I highly recommend!

Did not have a good experience. Booked for my daughters wedding and after being charged outrageous prices and feeling nickel and dimed for everything, they did not want to put in my temporary hair extensions (which says on website they will). Ended up paying $25 extra on top of the $85 I already spent. Not including gratuity, travel fees, processing fees, more processing fees, etc. Also, I bought 4 different barrettes for them to pick from to put in my hair and they did not want to put ANY in! This was my daughter's wedding! Well, we just got our pictures back and my hair looks like a 4 year old did it! Did not look as if I spent any time or $ on it. Also, my makeup, which I asked to look natural, looked fake and I did not like the way I looked at all. Wish I would have saved my money and just did it myself.

I booked Cactus Hair Salon for our wedding day. I was in a wedding who also had Cactus Hair prior to booking & was able to see how good they did! I was in touch with the owner the entire planning process over the phone, since we live in CA and had our wedding in OH. The staff was kind and fast, they showed up 15 minutes early. We had 2 hair artists and 1 makeup artist. It was a little awkward because the hair artists were standing around staring/ not talking for an hour at the end while they were waiting for the makeup artist to finish. Read the contract carefully, because I felt like they were charging me for things that I shouldn’t have been.

I booked Cactus for my August wedding and they did not disappoint! I really love that they’re team-based and have very talented people in both hair and makeup! Having the option to book all my glam through Cactus was a game changer and huge success on wedding day! Logan was my stylist and I would definitely recommend her. Thank you to the Cactus team for making my girls and I feel so beautiful <3

I've been struggling to find my hair salon "home" in Ohio, but I loved my experience at Cactus Hair Salon. Jessica was amazing and worked with my stubborn hair. She went above and beyond to make me happy and was fun to chat with at the same time. Definitely recommend this salon.

Cactus is such an incredible team! It was SO helpful to have them be a "one stop shop" for all things wedding. Krystal was our day of coordinator and I felt so prepared, taken care of, and like I could fully enjoy our day with her by my side. She met with me numerous times before the wedding to talk through absolutely everything. Logan and the hair and make-up team did such a beautiful job with me and my bridesmaids! They listened and brought out all of our natural beauty. THANK YOU CACTUS for truly being a dream team!

I had multiple esthetician services (dermaplane, red light therapy, classic facial, essential oil scalp treatment, lash lift, brow lamination) with Shannon. Her gentle precision and professional style in a private room with a calming vibe always makes for a stress-free relaxing experience. Parking is plentiful and the location is spacious in a beautiful setting offering a broad range of services. Thank you for what you bring to the Canal Winchester area.

They offer so many services for weddings, my wedding makeup was phenomenal. Kat and Lexi did so amazing and made everyone in the bridal party feel extra beautiful. Shannon did a couple facials, a brow wax and tint prior to wedding day and she is so great, it all turned out just how I wanted it to. The entire staff at Cactus are wonderful!

I got a facial done by their facial artist Shannon and she did an amazing job. The atmosphere was so cozy and welcoming. She is very sweet and is amazing at what she does. My skin looks and feels amazing!

I absolutely will be goin back to get my hair cut in the future at cactus hair salon. They were all very polite and professional. I loved all the different areas in the salon like the sofas and how everything was set up for everything they offer like eyebrows, eyelash extensions as well as hair extensions, color or simply a haircut. I high recommend. Thanks Monica for doin such a great job on my hair I love it!

Krystal and Courtney were our day-of coordinators and did an amazing job! They went above and beyond our expectations for the day, not only making sure everything went smoothly and handling minor issues that came up throughout the day, but also making sure we were fed and hydrated. Courtney was super sweet and seemed capable of smoothing anything over, Krystal very clearly has a very strong work ethic and is very adept of making sure things get done. Several of our guests in our 'inner circle' of family and friends (who had contributed in some way to our wedding) noticed and praised Krystal and Courtney's work to us after the wedding. Their coordination service is truly worth every penny. If I had to plan another wedding, booking them would be the very first thing I would do. I cannot recommend enough! We also booked hair & makeup through this salon, which also went very well. All the artists were professional and friendly and did a great job! We were all very satisfied with both our hair and makeup :) It also was a bit simpler to book both services through the same business

My first appointment was yesterday with Jessica and she spent 40 minutes just going over my hair history as well as short and long term hair goals. I've had some bad stuff done to my hair and she was so gracious about making me feel comfortable. She explained everything she was going to do, the why's and options for additional services at my discretion. I am beyond thrilled at what Jessica did with my hair in just 1 session and already have two more appointments scheduled. Highly recommend the salon as everyone was so welcoming and Jessica!

This was my first visit to cactus! I was recommended to them by a friend! Called and they were able to fit me in fast. Jessica was so sweet and attentive. First time coloring my hair couldn’t be happier! Definitely will be a long time customer.

Wedding Make Up & Hair Review I hired Cactus salon for my wedding and they only did hair and makeup for three people (me, my maid of honor and my mother) and we were SO happy with how beautiful it all turned out! It is definitely pricey but I am so glad we did it. I’d defiantly recommend their bridal services! The make up artist was Lexi (who was fantastic).

Called in Saturday needing an appt for a color correction and was scheduled same day with Erin. This was my first time ever being at this salon and I had a great experience. Erin and all the other girls were super nice, and made me feel welcome during my appointment! Erin did an amazing job at helping get me back blonde, and fixing the box dye I had in. I will 100% be going back here and continuing to see Erin as my stylist!!

Going to a new hairdresser is a horrible and scary experience. There is the unfortunate possibility that your new hair will make you want to hide in a locked vault until it goes away. Not so with this place. Actually loved my new hair! Hurray.

I called asking for a last minute hair cut (I had never been here before) and they were able to squeeze me in the same day! My stylist Katelynn was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. The atmosphere was so cozy and I will definitely be returning for my future hair needs!

I had a great experience here and will come again. I've been trying to find a new place to get my curls cut ever since the prices rose too high at the previous salon I had been going to for years. That salon charged me $98 for a 15 minute trim (which didn't even last 15 minutes!) I was surprised that getting my hair cut, shampooed, and blow dried (which Logan, my stylist had cut as though I were still at a curly hair salon. She was able to cut it dry!) had only cost me $55. If you want good service and a reasonable price, I highly recommend going to Cactus Hair Salon. You won't be disappointed.

I had a great experience with Cactus Hair Salon! I had a trial session with them, which was super helpful in confirming what I wanted out of my makeup and hair. Everyone on the team was super friendly and very skilled. On the day of the wedding, they showed up early to get everything ready to go right on time. Everybody's hair turned out lovely and lasted all day. They were done with plenty of time to spare. I would highly recommend them for your wedding!

If you’re looking for a place to get your hair done this is it. Stop looking and make your appointment!!! My hair always looks incredible and I get endless compliments. It is long and then I decide I want it short, then I want extensions, I am a natural brunette and have even been blonde. Whatever you want they will make it happen. Krystal, and has been doing my hair for years even before opening up her own Salon (cactus). I have followed her all over columbus, and now she has an entire team who she educates properly to provide the best hair for you! Ok, that is all - book now you won’t regret it! :) :)

We were so happy that we chose Cactus Salon for our hair and makeup needs for our wedding! They were very flexible in terms of timing and working with everyone to get them ready in a timely manner. All of the stylists were very nice and made you feel like you are their sole focus. I loved my hair and makeup look for my wedding and really enjoyed working with the entire Cactus Salon team!
