Kelly is the best nail tech I've ever tried in Florida! Normally, I avoid getting my nails done because I feel like they don't really clean them well, but my experience with her was completely different. She took her time and made sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend!

Really pleased with my first visit here. My nails look amazing. They aren't too thick and they are perfectly shaped coffin nails! The place is very nice, clean, pleasant. I'll be back!

I’ve been going to Cesar’s Nail Salon for a while now, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best experiences I’ve had. Helen, is simply amazing. She’s always on time, incredibly caring, and treats me like family. She even remembers my favorite colors, which makes each visit feel personalized and special. The service here is top-notch. Whether it’s a dip manicure or their relaxing spa pedicure, I always leave feeling pampered and refreshed. If you’re looking for a place that combines excellent service with a warm and welcoming atmosphere, this is it. Highly recommend!!

My appointment at Caesar’s Nails & Spa was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. I excitedly booked a gel manicure for a special event and was given Xing as my nail tech. She watched a video on her phone with earphones without paying attention to applying the nail polish. She left the paint on skin surrounding my nails and ignored my concerns about it completely, even missing spots of polish on certain nails. Xing didn’t care about the final product whatsoever despite me kindly pointing these things out. I was very disappointed with my manicure and no more than three hours later two nails started peeling off completely that same day. This confused me because gel is supposed to last nearly a month so I went back next day hopeful for a fix. The manager was rude about the entire situation and attempted to make the nails look better but failed to do so. To make matters worse, I had a sum of $70 in total for services on the receipt that weren’t even done. I was very polite about the situation and believe that got taken advantage of. I rarely leave Google reviews but was so disappointed with this experience at Caesar’s Nails and Spa that I had to. The team treated me with disrespect and I wound up having a miserable appointment which I’d been looking forward to all week. If you can go to any other salon, I recommend avoiding this one.

They offer a variety of pedicures and over charge for lotions and products that are advertised “70 dollars for a MILK AND HONEY PEDI. 70 dollars for lotion and honey. No massage no effort, no basic symmetry. The man doing my pedicure spent the fraction of his time roaming the salon and cleaning all tools used during my pedicure, doesn’t ask for a shape preference and length nothing this man wants me to leave explain how a 70$ pedicure was under an hour?? Supposed to include “hot stones” He ran them under cold water and rub my foot and rush… Defeating the purpose of the treatment completely. Needless I was not treated at all. When I expressed to the front desk how horrible my service was she acted like she spoke no English so wrote it down on my receipt. Which proves the point further to never return, but spoke great lengths since the salon was empty at 2:30P on a Thursday… Keep the money it’s giving BROKE AND Desperate. This salon has no class or ethic to any customer service. HORRIBLE PEDICURE HORRIBLE NAIL SALON AND IF YOU WANNA ACT LIKE YOU DONT SPEAK ENGLISH, HEAD BACK TO YOUR COUNTRY SIS!! Straight trash! BAD PEDICURE. BAD PEOPLE. Stay away and protect your wallet and energy.

Love the pedicure services when I get the right tech. I've been to this location 5 to 6 times my hands have never been done correctly. The man at the front office says whatever needs to be said including lie to get your service. The pricing is also strange. Ask how much everything will cost upfront

Lovin’ my French tip manicure and pedicure done by Tim! Tim’s attention to detail and professionalism were outstanding. He was so gentle while doing my nails, making the experience even more enjoyable. Tim took his time to ensure everything was perfect, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommended!🤍🫶🏻

Today, I received a basic express pedicure where the technician lightly washed my feet and barely scrubbed the heels—more like one stroke with the purple scrubbing sponge. When I requested more scrubbing, I was told I needed to upgrade to the next level of service. I asked to speak to the manager, and he concurred with her. I was surprised because I have received all levels of pedicures at this place, and on this particular day, I only wanted a basic pedicure. 🤔

Horrible experience with a dip manicure, first the lady told me that cuticle work was extra $15 and told me it must be my 1sr time doing my nails because I was sensitive and asking for my cuticles to be done, se didn’t do them so it has been 2 days since and they are already lifting - I’ve never heard of such thing where that is a separate service, try to ask the front desk lady but didn’t understand my issue. My fingers are hurt due to the way she handle it, in a hurry and not with much care - the pedicure was ok but the hands really bad experience won’t be going there again - 2 days and I paid over $80 and they are already lifting - do not recommend

I have been coming here for over a year now and I see Kelly. She takes her time but is very efficient. She listens to what you want and learns what you like. Unless I move far far away, I’ll continue coming here for the customer service over all, the ambiance, and my tech/friend Kelly! Amazing and highly recommend.

Was a previous nail customer and as of most recent been going their for my brows. Took my daughter to get her brows done for the first time and I guess she was the first customer because the wax was too hot and she burned her in both eyes. My daughter told her as she reacted but she continued and quickly placed a green gel ointment on her. Unfortunately, my daughter is currently treating the burns and the after scars. I wish she would have acknowledged it as it was obvious she was burned, apologized and not charged us but she was dismissive instead.

Nails tend to last very long up to 4 weeks. Very friendly, neat and courteous environment. Stick to appointments time and great work ethics from the staff. Enjoying going here and have been happy with John doing my nails. Keep up the good work!
