The customer service was the absolute best. I overly enjoyed the experience and they take their time give you ultimate care. I received services that I have never gotten and they have customer made products that was the best.

Didn’t have a good experience at all. Had to wait a while for a walk in pedicure which was fine. What wasn’t fine was my nail lady Linda was rough. She took off a chunk of skin when she was using her foot file as well as nicking me a few times during the pedicure. Now my foot hurts and I am regretting my decision to give them a try. It felt rushed and was really unenjoyable. I also saw one of the ladies do brow waxing without gloves. She dropped something on the floor and didn’t wash her hands before touching her clients face again which speaks volumes for the establishment and how sanitary they are. Definitely won’t be returning.

I rely heavily on reviews and I ignored the one negative one I read. I shouldn’t have. I got a dip manicure and it’s the worst dip manicure I’ve had in many years. The polish was crooked and chunky along my outer nail beds and cuticles. It extended into my cuticle areas so badly that, as they grew out, it started snagging my hair (NOT from polish lifting). I recalled the other reviewer stating the same result as I watched the nail tech finishing up to leave my nails the same as the other reviewer’s, so I said something to her, “I like it OFF my cuticles and just on the nail bed” (um—where it belongs!!!). Her response was “oh, it’s just so hard…” What?! I had a Christmas party to attend that evening so I didn’t have time to ask someone else to take over and do it PROPERLY so I paid and left. I ended up fixing what I could at home with a nail file, but there was just too much that needed to be fixed so I gave up. They also didn’t hold up well; the top coat started peeling off and they chipped easily. I have no idea how they have such good reviews, unless it’s just one lady who is terrible at, and shouldn’t be doing, dip powder nails.

Came back today for a fill-in and a new color, I think my tech may have been newer because she buffed my cuticles a little more than my nails 😬 but we all gotta learn and practice, right! Besides I absolutely love the color and she still did a wonderful job and was incredibly friendly and sweet, 10/10 for service, will continue to make this my go to salon, I never leave disappointed. Wonderful environment and a wonderful staff! You don’t suffocate there’s no harsh smell hitting you in the face when you walk in, just friendly faces and tons of services, styles and options! Think I may go try some of their other services next go round ☺️.

I want to start off by saying I had been having a very hard time trying to find a nail tech since I’ve moved to Jax. Finding Lynn at cali nails has just made me so happy!! She did an amazing job and pays so much attention to detail even though I asked for a lot of designs lol. I will be a forever customer!!!

I've been going to Cali nails for a few months, and they've always done a great job. Lynn has always made my nails look great and today I was blown away! I showed her an inspo Pic and thought she may have stickers but instead she hand painted all the designs! She's the best!

The lady who did my feet had a nasty attitude, was very rough mind you I’m 38 weeks pregnant when she went to do the bottom of my feet it was almost as if it was inconvenient for me to be there, the way she kinda tossed my feet back down. Idk I didn’t like her and I felt very unwelcome. I asked her about the ingrown toe nail I had on my right big toe and when I went to point at it I can understand why she might’ve been frustrated because I genuinely didn’t mean to but in trying to point it out I touched the wet polish. That’s the only reason I could think of as to why she had a nasty attitude with me. But before that makes no sense because I’m very friendly and respectful unless or until I’m disrespected. The lady who did my eyebrows was very nice and social and conversed with me.

Got to nail salon at 1920 and my nails were done by 1945. One of the very best jobs I’ve had done to my nails and worth every penny I tipped the nail tech 10 bucks along with the regular cost of them. I will be back. Thank you.

Lynn was so wonderful and patient. She gave me a face wax and wouldn’t let me leave that chair until every hair was gone. I had a lot leftover after waxing and Lynn proceeded to take her time tweezing every stray hair until there was nothing left. We then moved onto my facial, neck shoulder and arm massage. Lynn is very talented and skilled the massage was amazing I left her chair feeling so relaxed and as if the weight I was carrying in my shoulders were lifted off. I am very happy with my experience at Cali Nails. I plan on being back and telling all my friends this is the place to go! I don’t plan on going anywhere else! Get to Cali Nails you won’t regret it!

Overpriced for one color. I did not have anything fancy done to my nails, and this cost me $70. I've had better done for cheaper, so I don't say it's worth it. Plus, they had pretty poor customer service. The quality of the work was good though, but, I can get that same quality for $30 less. Also, the same lady's waxing job was very lazy. Super disappointing. Do better

This is the worst salon I’ve ever been to. They don’t clean the cuticles , they cut me with the nail file multiple times because they are rushing, and the acrylic nail and polish chipped the first day. Do not recommend. It looks like a toddler did them.

I don’t think I’ve ever had a nail spot execute so perfectly! The ladies were amazing and so accommodating, really trying to give me exactly what I asked for. They even restarted after applying 2.5 nails with acrylic because they could tell I wasn’t a fan of the skin tone match but didn’t want to say anything, so thoughtful!! Photos can’t even capture just how sick these claws look! Tried to capture the metallic color change in the sun, inspo pic at the end. The girls did FANTASTIC, my nails have never looked so good! I will most def be back again!!

I went to Cali nails on July 23rd around 2:20 pm o get my eyebrows waxed . The Older lady First acted like she didn't want to do them, And when she did, She dug into my skin with a shaping blade, Plus ztook off more eyebrow than was intended. I've been coming here for 5 yrs, And have Never had a problem until New Management. I will NEVER return here again. Very disappointing & Painful process yesterday. Smhhh. What happened Cali Nails?? U use to be like Family!!! Smh.. Wish I could send pictures.

Sitting here getting a pedicure as we speak. The ladies are very welcoming and are extremely professional. I got the cheapest pedi but it was perfect for me (sensitive feet). The establishment is extremely clean! The vibe is great. I had a great 1st visit and will be back.
