So I’ve been coming here for a couple years. Seen people and go, but I’m hoping Ms. Taylor stays… she is amazing!! I can’t give her enough stars. She goes above and beyond and delivers customer service like no one I have ever met. She is so sweet and personable. Helpful and knowledgeable. Among all the amazing beds and spa services they provide, she is why I keep coming back. Taylor for manager! I was going to say some wonderful things about Mila as well, not sure if she is still there, but she is amazing as well. Attentive and knowledgeable. Thank you both for making every visit a wonderful experience and the reason why I continue to have a membership at California Sun ☀️

I truly am not a fan of your new spray machine at all. My color is never even it’s always an issue not to mention all of the extra money you have to pay and it still doesn’t color you like you should be colored each and every time I come here it’s been an issue. I’ve never had these problems with your old machine. however, I have always enjoyed the professionalism of your establishment

I absolutely love the personnel at the Natomas store. Taylor is always so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful!!!!!! She is amazing. I feel she would be a great asset in a managerial role.

Nice service but many items need to be updated especially as the prices go up. Staff needs more access. I purchased a red light service upgrade, then saw a package was available for 59 when I was in the room. I came out and asked to pay more for the package and have the 20 I just spent credited toward it. She wasn’t able to do it. That feels like being gouged-the constant milking for money gets annoying but the equipment and people are great. The speaker system and extras need updating

The staff was welcoming. As a newbie they made it easy for me. The prices were reasonable, their products were solid, and I liked a couple articles of clothing. They had a lot more services than I expected and they offer a lot of discounts. I can say I was very pleased with my experience.

Greatest place Eva!! Today I did standup then spray tan. I left and realized I left my Apple Watch. I came back three hours later and lo and behold this wonderful staff found it after searching in the garbage can in the spray tan. Can I just say I was extremely happy and they went above and beyond to find it!! Love the staff here for sure Yes!!

I came to this center hoping to sunbathe a few times, go there 8 or 10 times a month and that's it. That would have been enough for me, but it turns out that a membership card costs $29 a month. Plus. You still have to pay for membership on top, So it turns out. I had to pay more than $60 for all this. So I don't understand why I need your membership? I just needed to come and sunbathe, 6-8, maybe 10 times, maximum in a month. I was ready to pay $30, but you start to impose some unnecessary services, what is all this for? I never received the service, I only got a ruined mood.

Absolutely love this location!!! Cody, the Spa Director has added such luxury to the experience of the Wellness Center. I’m currently on stress leave and I truly feel California Sun helped me get back on my feet so thank you! And thank you Cody and the entire staff for being so awesome🫶

I always enjoy going. Staff is always fun to talk with and helpful. The facility is always very clean. The beds are fresh and clean. Though my last visit room 2 's bed. It didn't seem like it was working at it's full capacity. I didn't feel like I got much heat or light. That usually doesn't happen. I do have an issue in the selling of the clothes. I have never seen an extra large in any outfit I've looked. And that really saddens me. Because really think your clothes are adorable. Even if your not on thr plump side, if you and sizable boob's we can't fit into them. I feel a little discriminated against.. I'm serious we are all not a size and down. I really would like to see a little larges x-larges Thank you Ruthie Ghilarducci

The staff is always incredible. I feel like for the money spent, there should always be at least two people working though. Sometimes they are selling new memberships or updating memberships/lotions etc, and the people waiting in line get frustrated. Also, having one person cleaning beds, do memberships/sales and check people in causes delays a lot of the time.

Went into the booth in a rush, heading to work took all my clothes off. Did the lotion thing put my hair up and the machine wouldn’t work had to get completely dressed again they girls had to cone in trouble shoot the machine, fix it and then i had to start over w the getting ready process. Late for work. Total bust!

Do the bonus bucks big deal more often. I used to always have the 6 any bronzer package purchased. But they are hardly available anymore which makes me sad. Otherwise, always friendly service whenever I come.

I have been a member for 15 years. I have adored the Natomas team. I love how the employees make me feel so welcomed, treat me more as a friend than a customer, and always willing to assist and answer my questions. I love laying in the basic beds. I go for the heat and it doesn’t help to get tan, but the heat really helps my fibromyalgia. I get to lay there. Feel the warm heat on my body. Listen to some great music. It makes my Sunday. 😃
