Found this place on groupon, and we're not happy. We tried to book an appointment for almost a month and no one ever answers the phone. The voicemail is just a random guy saying "sorry I missed your call I'll call you back" and then he hangs up. We can't leave a voicemail because his mailbox is full. So we finally made a trip all the way out and walked in and the receptionist didn't even let me finish my sentence before handing me a business card and said "call this number to make an appointment thank you bye bye." It's the exact same number that we've been trying to call for a month. So we go back in the salon after sitting in the parking lot trying to call this number and tell the receptionist what's happening. She calls the number and the guy answers right away lol. Then she says, "we get you in at 7 tonight." Ehh no. 7pm at night? If your customer service is this bad at 11am I don't want to press my luck at how bad the massage will be at 7pm. "Thanks you bye bye." Tip: Create a professional voicemail. Read and delete your voicemails. And answer the phone.

DO NOT GO HERE… subtle inappropriate touches, asking to get completely naked… if that’s not enough they also harass you for a tip. Apparently 20% isn’t enough here and they wanted 40%… never again

Husband decides to stop by and inquire about their services for a surprise couples massage. The inquiry turned into a 30min "upper body massage for $10". He gets the massage which was just okay, nothing special or amazing. He leaves and on the way home, he realizes he doesn't have his gold chain on him. He calls the spa and let's them know he will be back for it. When he gets there and everyone says they cannot understand him. One literally said "no espeeka engless" smirks and walks off. Other didn't say much, but let him search the room for his chain. He comes up with nothing! He's trying to converse with the staff, but no one seems to know any English now, and only say "call the boss". Crazy to think he went there with a chain, and walked out without one. Smh smh super sad.

Usually this place is good but I got this one lady and she literally fell asleep while give me my massage like eight or nine times I asked to get a someone else but they didn't have anyone else available and then she had the nerve to ask for a tip at the end like what the heck.

Has the vibe of a run-down nail salon. Not calming at all and extremely chilly. Following my massage the masseuse asked me what I was tipping and got very rude with me and told me I had to tip her more. It was such a weird experience. I would recommend going somewhere else! There are a lot of great massage places in the area for better quality AND price.

I went to the massage today and listened to the therapist tell the whole process, because it is the season of pollen allergies, the eyes are uncomfortable and look like they are closed, she said that I have been working hard all the time, and I gave him a 90-minute massage seriously, he was very unkind and didn’t tip the masseuse, I don’t understand why he has the nerve to make a bad review😠

Got a massage here couple days ago by one of the older ladies and it was professional and great, no tip harassment either. I’ll be back for a second time to experience some of the other masseur techniques as well.

Pretty girl massaged my back so well with her pretty hands I almost fell asleep. I am an OTR DRIVER that had been driving nonstop for 2 weeks2 without much rest relaxation or front massage so I was very excited to get to flip over onto my back and it easy to see I needed I needed that massaged very much and it was nice of her to be even more excited about the front massage than I was. I don't know how good this cutie was at the other parts of her job, maybe she specializes in a specialty job, but one thing was stiffly obvious...There was no chance of falling asleep during the front massage her hands had my heart racing, my legs shaking, her hands were very much purrrrfect for this job and she aggressively but firmly massaged every last drop of stiffness and tension from my aching area and oonce i was completely emptied of all stress, stiffness and kinks she didnt even harass me for a tip, she just kept smiling with her mouth wide open exclaiming WOW! WOW! I appreciated her humble refusal to demand a huge tip, but her hands earned recognition so with all the space she just freed up in my front pockets i could finally dig deep down in those front pockets and emptied them into her hands, every dime and dollar i had on me I gave to her and I would not be singin the blues that night, so everybody rejoiced about that. A slight euphoria and relaxation came over me and I promised I will come again thanks to her magic hands. SEE U SOON

4/20/2021... had ok kind of massage, due to some rush hour traffic I got only 45 minutes of massage and told next time they will give more massage, to respect the business and staff I did not argue with them and leave, thought of going back again 4/28/2021 and no staff from last visit was available , explain the situation to the lady but having hard time explaining details or they pretend not to care about what happen on my last visit and never care to provide some extra massage on today’s visit.

Good for people who wants a quick relief from pains, or for people who like countryside massages. The only drawback of this place is that they're understaffed... but the service is good. Make sure you have a translator app. It might help. Thanks.

Don’t leave too big of a tip or you’ll end up with a happy ending. My husband got a wild surprise when the therapist turned him over and went to work.... police were called with no action. Do NOT support this establishment.

It took me two calls to book and the guy on the phone wasn’t very friendly. Massage was okay for the price. She focused mainly on one side and did not do the same thing to both sides. Also, glad I kept my underpants on just for her to expose my bottom and basically never kept me covered. I wasn’t uncomfortable, but that was a first during a massage. The lady was very nice, but I can’t say I’ll go back.

My husband and I had to wait for almost 30 minutes for them to show up to open the doors for us. During our couples massage they continued to chit chat. The massages were not the best or the worst I've had, they were...eh. Not sure we will be going back.

It was OK but I will not be back. Too fast, not relaxing because I felt like he was in a hurry. I had to ask for music. Routine massage, not spa.

Very unorganized she stopped multiple times during massage to answer phone or talk to coworkers there was non relaxing music playing in the background reflexology was nice and massage was good though
