Very friendly staff from the time you inquire about a service to the time you leave. They explain everything to you and answer any questions you have. I would definitely recommend them for any of your needs. My service(MiraDry) required some needles so they kept talking to me to keep my mind off of it. It definitely worked..

CaloSpa is hands down the best med spa in Lexington! Jaclyn and Lauren are the most talented and qualified people in the industry! Lauren does the most natural injections and I always leave in awe. To prepare my skin for my upcoming wedding, Jaclyn did PRP microneedling and a BBL laser on me and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. She always goes above and beyond to ensure the most excellent result. Can’t say enough about the staff here. Always an amazing experience and by far the best injectables I have ever received. Have had a very consistent experience getting Botox with any of the injectors in both Louisville and Lexington.

I had the best experience with Jaclyn at the Lexington location. Her attention to detail and the level at which she cares for her clients is truly unmatched. Came here to gets some hair removal. Staff at the front were very friendly, and the facility was spotless. JT walked me through the pricing structure. No hard sells, just an explanation of services and prices. The treatment itself was great. Far less pain than laser treatments I had at other places in the past. JT was careful and meticulous during treatment. Nothing was missed. And during the treatment, conversation was as pleasant as one can expect when the other is focused on a delicate task. I left feeling like I had made a great choice. It seemed like the Staff at Calo, especially JT, want to help you reach your goals, not some arbitrary sales goal. I'm definitely coming back.

First time visiting Calospa but definitely won’t be my last! JT is so professional and honest. He is more like a best friend. He explains the procedure throughly and takes his time setting up. Throughout the duration of my treatment he not only encouraged me we shared a few laughs. I’m so happy with my experience that I refuse to go anywhere else for TruSculpt #1 in Lex!

Highly disappointed with my experience at Calospa, I had scheduled a consultation paid $150 for a consultation fee for them to move my consultation date. Have me drive an hour away to another location , Only to get there and sit for two hours to get nothing done. Very and organized and unprofessional would not recommend to anyone!
