Nail tech took a hour and 45 mins to do my nails. I got short square and simple. No color. The place is extremely out dated. Some new paint on the walls will go a long way along with some new pictures and plants. The nail techs were very short and forward with customers. When I said thank you I didn't even get a your welcome. Def don't like the vibes here at all. The only good thing about the place is its location. Nothing else.

These people are unprofessional, I went there to get my nails done, and ask for them to do a shape for my nails, they said they can do , they had me waiting 2 hours to tell me they can’t do it.

This is the most unsanitary nail shop I’ve every seen… they use dirty sanitizer tool on every client. The Monomer Liquid is never changed, they just keep adding more liquid to a dirty container. The wax machine was filthy and they eat right after a client, just rinse their hands in water. I was coming to get eyebrow wax but the the lady that sits in front got mad because I asked her to wash her hands instead of using sanitizer liquid. I walked out ! TDLR must have picks and just keep this place there because of the area and the customers except whatever 🙄… So Sad … not ever again!

Waste of money. I used to love coming here but I just spent almost 4 hours there even though I made an appointment and all I had was a regular pedicure + a full set. They took other clients in between me or stopped doing my nails to service someone else and when I said I didn’t like the length they switched technicians on me and left me sitting there for another 20+ mins. Left upset because the nails didn’t look anything like the picture I showed and tried to make multiple comments about not liking the shape or the thickness but was ignored or told that’s how they had to be. I’ve had my nails done plenty of times and haven’t had a set that looked this bad in a long time especially for having been there for over 3 & 1/2 hours and still was charged full price. It’s not worth it. Very disappointed.

The guy doesn't follow directions. I got a pedicure and asked for two different colors one for just an accent. He only gave me one. I got the princess jasmine gel which is lovely. Wasn't exactly what I wanted but still overall okay job.
