Loved my experience with here! I got my hair butchered by another stylist and she assured me that she could fix it and she did an AMAZING job. I had brain surgery back in September so my hair is uneven and she made it look AMAZING. Gracias por todo. Voy a regresar ❤️

I have been going to Karmen for 12yrs. She is an amazing beautician. She knows what the client wants and always do her best. She is wonderful and knows her stuff. I would recommend her.

I’ve been doing my hair with Carmen for over a year and she’s fantastic. I try to go during my lunch breaks and she’s always very accommodating; I’m in and out in no time. My hair always comes out perfect and I love her washing techniques. Highly recommend.

Carmen is a phenomenal hair stylist. Whenever i came to her my hair last a very long time and her silk press are everything! Once i found Carmen i have not returned elsewhere to do my hair!

First, need to let the world know how blessed I am to have found Carmen. I recently moved to Orlando and was looking for a new hair colorist/stylist. My thought is she fell on my lap sort of speak. Carmen is super knowledgeable when it comes to color which is exactly what I needed She listens and understands the needs/wants of her clients. And uffff does she deliver. I appreciate her for being sweet, accommodating, patient and attentive. Carmen, you have a client for life!

If you have natural curls that you would like preserved, do not go here. They damaged my curl pattern, but what was more disappointing was the fact that they are not professional at all. Please get quoted before they touch your hair because they will create any excuse to raise their price on your hair. When I called I asked the lady if they can do a silk press, to which she said yes. Well, when I arrived it became a different story. They don’t do silk presses! So what did I get charged for?! They put a deep conditioning in my hair and charged me for it, mind you they did not ask me for permission to do so, they just did it and at the end expected me to pay for it. The girl kept burning me during my hair being blown out - I have been to many many hair salons where I do flinch because I’m sensitive but I have never been burned this much or had to move my head as much. Ever. The girl also didn’t put my hair in rollers - my hair is thick and curly. Well, she was lazy and tried to just blow dry my hair which was not combed out thoroughly (very unprofessional). It was the worst experience I ever had. When all was said and done, they charged me $100, brought it down to $90 for a WASH and BLOWDRY. The owner said it would have been $130, that I needed the deep conditioning and that’s that. Talk about bad customer service. They honestly didn’t care for ethics - charging other people $45 for what they did for my hair. No chemicals were used and once my hair was home it instantly started poofing up, which I knew would happen without a Silk Press. I’ve been to many Dominican Hair Salons - avoid this one and find one that knows what their doing professionally, won’t damage your hair and won’t try to scam you out of your money. I will never be coming back here and I made it clear to them. Save your money and go somewhere where the business respects you and is ethical about what they do, not forcing you to pay for things you didn’t ask for while ruining your hair. Oh and you WILL be waiting for 30 mins to hours later for your turn. A lady came for a 10:30 AM appointment and said she was waiting there since and it was past 3 PM. That is overly disrespectful. And they will smile about it too.

Ms. Carmen is a master hair stylist. I've been coming to her since 2016 to wash and blow and treat my hair. I highly recommend her. She knows how to work with all types of hair. I always feel welcomed and special and get a VIP treatment.

I have been going to Carmen for my GK keratin treatment for years and she never disappoints. I have done the same one somewhere else with not nearly close to same results. She is always very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Best!!!
