This is my favorite massage salon—the best place ever! Leila is an exceptional massage specialist! As a critical person and perfectionist, I’ve tried many different salons and massage therapists, but this place truly stands out. Everything here is designed with the customer’s comfort and relaxation in mind. From the soothing scents, heated towels and sheets, and calming music to the gentle sound of a waterfall, every detail creates the perfect spa atmosphere. And, of course, the highlight is the professional and deeply relaxing massage! Leila is simply amazing—her skills are unmatched. If you’re looking for the ultimate spa experience, this is the place to go. I’ve relocated to another state and still haven’t found a service that even comes close. I miss it so much!

Been coming here regularly for the last 4 years and haven’t needed to go anywhere else. Candle Spa really is a hidden gem. It is incredibly clean, great ambiance, quiet and they even have heated massage tables. The masseuses are highly skilled and they give you a lovely little paper to fill out (you can let them know where your trouble areas are and if you want them to avoid any areas too). Never have a problem with parking. Overall a happy customer and I will continue to keep coming back. Shoutout to Pam too! She’s fantastic.

Never a parking problem. Very quiet spa. Not much 'frills' in this place, yet it's certainly Studio Citys' precious little gem for us stressed out Angelenos. A mini "Glen Ivy". Reasonably priced. No matter who works on your sore, tight muscles, etc. every one of them are superb. NOTE: A few people in the 'reviews' mentioned that there is 1 employee who drinks her beverage, checks her phone while working on you, and jumps around to different parts of the body; just kindly get the name and bring it to the attention of the manager, or the employee right then and there. That can easily be corrected. : ) This is my 5th year as a regular client. I've been to about 10 different places til I FINALLY discovered this one and had to make it my "go to" place. Going to a chiropractor is one thing, but to have someone walk on my back and knead out my trouble spots for 90 minutes, til my eyes cross and fall asleep on the table, is pure heaven! LOL. Thank you Amy, once again! Lastly, there are good restaurants in this center after you're done.

Wanted to try this place out. The lady who was giving me a massage was drinking loudly from a Starbucks drink and stopping the massage and continuing in a different area making the whole massage uneven. She was frequently checking her phone and again stopping and working on a different area. It really killed the experience.

Candle delivers a really exceptional massage at a very reasonable price. Have been half a dozen times to either Andy or James and both are skilled. No frills studio and I appreciate appointments are easy to land.

During vacation with my boyfriend we decided to get couples massages and based on the photos/reviews and reasonable prices here chose this place. Our experience was incredible! They had availability for last minute appointments and was super easy to schedule over the phone. The environment was extremely relaxing which is important to me. Giving us the option of female/male masseuse, I had Lisa and he had Jim. Both were exceptional, had perfect pressure and seemed experienced. Just finishing our days at Disneyland we were reasonably sore and they focused on our trouble areas efficiently. Would definitely recommend and return if we decide to vacay in the area again!

Excellent service close to home. You can easily make reservations over the phone like I did. They're located in studio city on the second floor of a shopping center that has its own parking lot. They're right above Spice Season, a nice Thai restaurant that has great food to go. It's a one stop shop for relaxation and an easy dinner. Anyway, when you enter it's s small seating area with candy dishes and self serve water. I opted for the combination massage plus the hot stones and CBD oil. The hallways heading to the rooms were dark & quiet, with a water feature and dim lighting. Once inside the room there were no real frills. The headrest area was nice and plush which I was happy about. I hate going to get a massage and the face rest is so stiff it give you sinus congestion, now you're sniffing the whole massage. That won't happen here. The sheets were thick and full sized. Not a barely there towel or some passed around sheet with holes. Man it's really starting to sound like I've been to some terrible places lol .. but you gotta go through the mud to find the gold. My male masseuse was very strong without hurting me. His pressure was firm and he found those knots in my back & shoulders and made them melt. If the massage had been any longer I may have fallen asleep. The walls are nice and thick so you don't hear any outside noise, no other employees shuffling about and surprisingly no noise from outside. The night I went the dispensary and photo studio in the same shopping center were blasting music and I was concerned it would disturb the peace. Not at all. They were not pushy about tipping although signs making recommendations were displayed. Since I was pleased I left a generous one. Gotta take care of those who take care of you. This may be my new regular spot especially with such good service and good food close by.

I recommend this massage place very strongly. The staff is very professional and do their best to address your aches and pain. I go regularly and appreciate their availability. I mostly see Andy. He is the best massage therapist i ever had. He consciencious, attentive, do his best to take care of my aches and pain, very respectful and does his best to accomodate my schedule. I highly recommend him. The Spa is clean, quiet, and an atmosphere of relaxation.

I’ve been going to Candle spa for a while now and what I like about it is not only my therapist’s technique, and his consistency, but it is clean, accommodating, punctual and overall very professional. Which is hard to find in this town. Andy is an excellent massage therapist, very intuitive. Totally recommend him and the spa overall.

This place is absolutely perfect. Fair warning, if you need your massage experience to have all the trappings of a Balinese resort, this is probably not the spot for you. But if you want a great massage at very reasonable prices set up your appointment today. What they lack in aesthetics they dominate in the actual massage. Took my partner for his birthday for a couples massage. Afterwards he told me it was probably the best massage he'd ever had. Will definitely be coming back.

went to this place for the 1st time. Just a basic asian place nothing special. on a card i circled my lower back as the main area of focus & a deep tissue. i felt my request was ignored, they didnt pay attention to what i wanted. Got the vibe they really didn't want to work on a black man. my shoulders got most of the treatment. when asked to roll over & lay on my back i declined because my lower back wasn't even worked on yet. i declined & said no i want my back. but at that point i new they didnt care or pay attention to what i wanted. go to a real professional place not these me ling shops on every corner

Professional, clean, and everyone is so good at what they do. It's the only place I go to for a massage. And they are all strong. I prefer firm pressure. I trust them and the price is perfect. And I like the fact that they don't talk during the session, they let you relax and they do a wonderful job. They are true massage therapists and they know the human body very well.
