Got a call today that this facility is closing. Had an appointment in 2 hours and the called and said they are closing at 5 today. But still wouldn't be honoring my appointment at 1:45. Said they found out last night they were closing. SURE YOU DID! This is such Bull.... Awful funny how you waited until the last day of them month and notified everyone at 1 today.

This place is very unprofessional. Highly unrecommended. Mariam asked me to blow dry my hair myself after my most recent appointment with her. I was concerned about the thickness of my highlights after asking for thin highlights (baby highlights).

I have always went in and saw Allison. Who is amazing! Well she was out of town. So Jo the receptionist referred me to Victoria, she was super nice but definitely over charged me! By a lot. All I went in for was a root touch up and a blow out. A few days went by and I washed out my hair. My roots are like brown and my root touch up was for straight black! How could you mess this up and charge someone $225!! What ever you do never go see Victoria!! I have a big event and my hair looks worse than what I started with! I definitely got robbed of my money! Also this salon just lost my business, my friends, and my employees business. I tried to call to see if they would make it right but I doubt they will! I am so embarrassed about my hair after one wash all the color disappeared. I even asked for permanent!

My family and I have been going to canyon falls for years. I went to get my hair done by melissa and bought brand new weft extensions through their website for her to install. I ordered 2 packs, and one pack was the wrong color and weft. She put it in my head anyways without telling me, then tried to proceed to tell me they were the same extensions. They did go ahead and reorder the correct ones after i figured this out and complained, but then the color ended up fading in my real hair, she didn’t put enough hair in because she tried to hide the fact she put a machine weft on the top and not a seamless luxe(what I ordered).. (then claimed it was new packaging or version of hair when it’s completely different and definitely not seamless. It was a thick track and the hair was ratty)… one side is now thicker than the other, and I told her and the owner, I would like for them to be fixed it as I just spent $730 + tip just for color that faded and an inefficient installation, and I’m unable to be refunded for the hair. Melissa told me she exhausted all options after taking a grand from me without fixing it. My real hair is now a light, brown red and my extensions are a soft black. I was more than willing to work with melissa and remained respectful and polite. My hair should’ve been done right the first time. So I just spent basically 2 grand on absolutely nothing. Adam is a coward and won’t even give me a phone call. These people are snakes and honestly not that good Below is my thin weft vs the thick one she snuck onto my head.

Until I found Victoria K a year ago, I went from hairdresser to hairdresser feeling disappointed after every haircut - I have long, thick hair and every other stylist would chop off several inches to make my hair "healthy". I never had a particular stylist that I really liked until a year ago when I stumbled upon Victoria would had just moved to Arizona. I walked in the first time expecting a simple trim and because of my length Victoria wanted to do a "Hot Cut". I had never heard of this before, but it is something done in Europe and at a couple of salons in New York and LA, and now because of Victoria, it's also done in Scottsdale! I gave the Hot Cut a try and I will never go back to a regular cut! With a Hot Cut, Victoria uses special hot scissors to trim off all of my split ends and seal the ends of each strand. It’s a little more expensive than a regular cut, but it is worth every penny. My hair is healthier than it has ever been, without having to cut off several inches (I think she is trims less than an inch unless I ask for more). I get so many compliments about how healthy and full my hair looks and I have recommended Victoria to multiple people and they have all been just as happy. Today, I got a keratin treatment (actual Keratin that is good for your hair, not a Brazilian blowout) and I am obsessed - I didn't know my hair could look any better than it did with the Hot Cut, but it's so soft and shinny. I will never go to anyone else, Victoria is simply amazing!

Yesterday was my first visit to this salon to have my eyelashes done. I have been to many other salons and I can definitely say this was the best experience of them all. It was a great atmosphere, nice facility and my Aesthetician was Maricel. She was wonderful. My eyelashes look the best they have ever. She was gentle, caring and approachable. The quality and detailed work is excellent. I highly recommend her.

2.5 stars would be a more accurate rating. I surprised my wife for her birthday by making appointments for her to get full-set gel nails and a haircut/shampoo. The advertised prices for services were expensive, but I assumed they reflected the quality of work that would be performed. However, this was not the case as the work on my wife’s nails looked very rushed and subpar (see attached pic). The advertised prices on the salon’s website are either inaccurate or misleading. For example, the website clearly states that a full set of gel nails is $55, but we were charged $60. When my wife asked about the additional $5 charge, she was told that it was because she got “gel”, which again, was included in the advertised price on their website. We also had the same issue with her haircut, which was advertised at $65, but we were charged $85. If there was going to be a difference in the advertised price for whatever reason, then it should have been discussed beforehand. Overall, the quality of the services that my wife received did not reflect the quality you would expect with such high prices.

Nassi Morgan is the hair QUEEN! She is a master colorist and does a Keratin treatment (not Brazilian Blowout) that is good for my hair and lasts four months! She is the best!!

Everybody was great. When I got there an elderly man greeted me and said he was my stylist. I was immediately wary. I told him what I wanted ( pixie undercut) and unfortunately he had no idea of what I wanted. Like I said, everybody was super nice. He's just not up to date with current trends.

I went in to get a facial with Oksana and she was AMAZING!!! I highly recommend her for all your skin needs, the facial was so relaxing and she was so professional, I could tell that she has years of experience. If you want to get pampered this is the place to go! I can’t wait for my next appointment!!!

I’m leaving three stars because the salon really worked hard to try to fix my hair. He did not leave the highlight chemicals in my hair long enough and my hair came out orange instead of blonde, which resulted in orange hair on top and through my length combined with the previous blonde highlights. He also cut way too much length and did not put any style back into my hair. This man was too busy telling me how he heals people and he does it no charge, but accepts gifts. He is a fraud. He cannot even focus long enough to provide highlights and a haircut, how is he going to focus and “heal” someone? I assume that takes a lot of focus and energy, if possible at all. Save your gifts folks. Don’t get played by this guy.

Lovely professional salon that I would highly recommend! The entire staff is friendly , accommodating, and highly skilled with years of experience. After having my hair done by Franco, one of their amazing stylist, I haven’t stopped receiving compliments. For a short hair cut he took his time to make sure everything was perfect, and explained what he was doing along the way. Bobs are not the easiest haircut, but he knocked it out of the park. Thank you Franco and the entire team and Canyon Falls Spa and Salon!
