Purchased a 3 pack of day passes for the men’s wet area. The facility is old and run down. Looks nothing like the photos online. The steam room smells bad with cheap rope lights and mold on walls/ fixtures. The hot tub is warm at best with dirty tiles and a filter filled with scum. No one is cleaning or maintaining this facility. It’s sad. Giving 2 stars because the service was friendly and the robes are very comfortable.

I was graciously gifted a spa day for an early birthday gift by my children. I was already so happy just to get away for a few hours with my girls, but they extended my treatment by getting me a hydrating facial. This is where I encountered one of the most beautiful people I'd ever met. Kate was my esthetician, and she warmly welcomed me and provided great warmth by heating the chair and the room, as I was so chilled. I was relaxed within minutes, and she pampered me with massaging my neck while I was waiting on the exfoliant to work. Kate went above and beyond making me feel like a VIP which is what you could only hope for. She is extremely personable and knew when to talk, and when to allow me to relax. It may sound silly, but that matters. Thank you Kate for making this local want to come back to the Vegas strip to book with you again. I will be back!

Barber experience here is incredible, very professional, very relaxing. The barbers are true experts. Highly recommend stopping in for a shave!

Enjoying the sunny vibes at The Venetian! 🏖️ When life gives you a pool and a killer view, you take a selfie! Cheers to spontaneous escapades, relaxation, and embracing the hotel life. Remember, folks, all work and no pool makes Tommie a dull boy! 😉

Gym equipment is straight from garbage already, on top of that nothing is maintained. Smith machine not oiled, cables not optimized, dumbbells are crap.

I recently stayed at The Palazzo for my birthday (New Year’s Eve) and wanted to get a pedicure and facial. I’ve have gotten plenty of pedicures throughout my life, and I have to say Valentina is the most wonderful person I’ve met. We chatted the entire time and she made me feel so welcomed. I will never forget her! My facial was amazing as well and Melanie was super kind and generous. She treated me so well!

I'm not sure why the reviews for this place are on the low end. I really enjoyed it! I booked the seaweed detox + massage (100 min) with Chris, and he was phenomenal. I showed up 3 hours early, which was ample time to do everything else in the spa (jacuzzi, steam rooms, igloo shower, saunas, salt grotto + checking in, the tour, and changing). After my service, I stayed maybe another hour more for a total of 6 hours of total relaxation! You get a wrist lock to your medium sized locker, an amazingly soft robe, and slippers. Towels and waters/teas are everywhere. HIGHLY recommend and would definitely do it again if it was a little cheaper :/

Leaving this review because the unbelievable dilapidated conditions of the men's wet area. Service received was excellent but the wet area ruined everything. How about paint pealing off the ceiling in the steam room. Lights missing in the steam room along with string light accent basically burned out. The steam unit isn't working properly. Add on the steam room smells like dirty water and even though they have too of the line eucalyptus in the spa shop, they don't infuse the steam room with anything. Let's move onto the hot tub, with black scum, possibly mold on tiles, caulking holding tiles on and an overall poor condition appearance. How about no smoothing music playing, cabinets that don't even close due to damage and wear. The entire area appears to have been leftover from the 80's and they don't care. They actually charge top dollar for this. How is this a Canyon Ranch facility? Who is paying any attention? Avoid if at all possible. Go to another spa in Las Vegas, there are many that have standards well above this place. WHEN YOU READ THEIR RESPONSE, NOTE HOW IT IS CANNED FROM PREVOUS REPLIES TO OTHERS. THEY HAVE ADJUSTED SLIGHTLY TO MATCH TO MY GENERAL ISSUE. They are apparently doing renovations, however the statement the wet area is first, is ABSOLUTELY false. I walked past much of the ongoing renovations. I amend my statement to: AVOID this spa, there are much better. If and when they have remodeled, and this location has returned back to the Canyon Ranch past standards then I would suggest a revisit. I think the FACT it has gotten to this point is the major concern and how it was allowed to be in such condition and they CHARGED ME FOR IT and never offered to refund anything when I complained at the front desk checking out. Yet they just stated they know its bad.

I booked a massage for my wife and I and to be fair we never even made it to the massage. We got to the spa an hour early and expected an over the top experience similar to other 5 star resorts in Vegas. Much to my surprise this seemed more like 1 or 2 star. The dated spa and the not so refined staff made me feel like we were at New York New York or Luxor. There is no co-ed space or cool relaxing areas besides your typical hot sauna, wet steam room, and a hot tub with some other rooms no one was or would use. It’s insane that Venetian palazzo has not updated this experience and I warn anyone to not book here if you want the spa experience along with the massage. I didn’t get a massage so I’m not sure how that would have been.

My daughter gifted me a spa day and it was just what I needed! Their staff was top notch and made me feel special. My masseuse was excellent, excellent, did I say excellent! I loved the salt grotto, and the hot tub. It's very spacious and quiet and relaxing. I highly recommend and I will be back!

My partner and I have had massages at the Canyon Ranch Spa in The Palazzo and their massage therapists never disappoint. We started our day at the cafe just outside the spa and the food was excellent and healthy tasting. My partner had the steak tacos which were incredible and I went with the homemade granola, yogurt and fruit. Coffee was very tasty as well. My only disappointment was that my discount of 15% wasn't subtracted from our services, it's one of the benefits of being a Venetian Rewards member. I caught it before I left the spa and it was corrected but still something that shouldn't be missed.

The worse service...very inconsistent, I asked to talk yo manager to clarify their fees and spa amenities and MISLEADING!!!

This place has the worst policies. I’m a paying guest of the hotel, and: 1) Was told that they are unable to provide a day pass at 6 PM on a Friday night because they were booked out for the whole weekend, when I saw no one in sight. BTW, these are $75 so I was willing to pay 2) They said if I book a service I can access the amenities, and that a pedicurist was available. Huh? so you have capacity but just don’t want to let me in? 3) I asked if I booked a service I could just be let in without doing the service, and they said yes, so they just want to extort more money from me 4) Fine, I said I’d book a manicurist appointment ($69, so cheaper than a day pass) for the next morning and to book it on my room 5) She looks my room up in the system, and the names are my parents who have my exact same (unique) last name who I am rooming with. I also literally have the room card with me. Apparently I’m unable to even make an appointment since my name isn’t on the room 6) Ok fine, I have my phone with me with Apple Pay, and I can pay full outright. I didn’t think of bringing my full wallet to the spa. Apparently that is not allowed either, they need a physical card to swipe or a full card number (who memorizes these??) to make an appointment So no appointment was made! In other hotels I’ve stayed at, they treat their guests not like criminals who are about to scam you and just make a simple spa appointment when requested. This place does that and also tries to extort every extra dollar from you. Check the other reviews here about people mentioning the check in process here for appointments too - where if you forget your ID they need to check your LinkedIn, Instagram, etc as a favor. Highly recommend going elsewhere for relaxation!

I paid for a day pass at the spa and had the most incredible time! The staff were wonderful and the facilities provided the most relaxing day. The sauna was my favorite I’ve ever been in! (Also, the trail mix in the lounge was scrumptious.)

Man what a bummer..... This is one of my favorite hotels go to the coffee shop all the time but the spa is dirty in the hot tub. Also there's dust in the corners in many places where it's not kept clean. The hot tub water temperature is moderately warm. This is my second time giving it a try because the manager gave me a pass to come back and try it once it got cleaned. The first time the cleanliness was a 4 out of 10 now it's about a 6 out of 10. For one of the highest resorts in the world it is a major disappointment and definitely a waste of time. I will not be back to the spa even if I was paid or given a free massage.

My husband, adult son, adult daughter, and myself were there last Monday (11/4) and we liked some things, but not others. My husband scheduled my daughter and I for manicures, which we wanted to switch to dip nails. He was told there was no one to do dip nails or acrylics, only manicures. When we checked in, the guy said we could both actually get dip nails. Then the two nail techs came out and said only one could get dip nails, and the other was back to manicure only. Everyone was confused! I got the dip nails, and it was a rip off. The nail tech was really nice, but the next day, the shiny finish was already peeling off of two nails. By the second and third day, all of them were peeling off in places. One week later, a whole dip nail came off, and now another one as well. This is after paying $115.00 for a 90 minute session. I get them done at home for $50 in 45 minutes. Also, some of the “experiential” rooms had tile seating, which is not comfortable in the least for someone with back pain. I did like the wave room and rock/water sculpture in the common area.

Although my massage therapist was really nice, the front desk and overall spa experience was shitty. I had booked 2 days in advance and requested an Ayurvedic massage ($299) but instead they booked me for Deep tissue ($319) plus surcharge for Ayurvedic oil ($$). It also was not 80 min, more like 70 min total time. When you ask emplyees where the restroom is, they don't bother walking you... they simply point you in the direction. On top of that, they make you pay before the service including the tip that you really can't change even though they say you can. Plus there is a 5% service fee to use the locker room! That is total BS and the service was awful too. I have a dry sauna at home so I was hoping to use the steam room. Sadly, it is unbearable steam room. They put Vicks vapor rub into the mix or something that I cannot tolerate. I could not breathe and my eyes burnt. I had to leave. There really isn't much else to try here. The massage was not bad (I've had better) but it sure was not worth close to $400 that I ended up paying tonight. Absolutely ridiculous. This was the worst spa I have ever been too.

Firstly, Lena's massage was amazing!!!! she did pressure points and knew the body. Amazing, amazing job. The facility is beautiful and has a range of things to do. crystal steam, sauna (if you prefer it not to be so hot), wave room (water reflecting on the ceiling) etc... The only 2 things that need fixing- water went in and out of hot and cold in the showers. frustrating when trying to wash your hair. and the crystal steam room needs a scrub. There is dirt along the wall... and it's black. Unsure what it was, but stayed away. Other than those 2, amazing!!!

I had the best massage of my life at Canyon Ranch Spa a couple of days ago. It was the 75 minute hot stone massage, and my masseuse was Leydis (I hope I spelled that right, because she is definitely worth requesting!). She did the exact amount of pressure I wanted, was always aware of the temperature of the stones, and - best of all - finished my neck and shoulders at a languid, gentle speed that relaxed me to the soul. Wow! I wanted to book her again the next day, but she was full. The other rooms (salt, stone, and jacuzzi) are, in my opinion, not near as nice as at the Aria spa, but they were fine, overall. I'm just spoiled. Also, the spa is a LONG way from the elevators, but that can't be changed. I would still recommend it, and will definitely request Leydis next time we're at the Venetian.

I recently visited Canyon Ranch Spa, located in the beautiful Venetian Hotel and Casino, for my birthday, and it was an unforgettable experience! The entire facility was incredibly clean, and the staff were so pleasant and welcoming, making the experience even better. I enjoyed the sugar body scrub and a relaxing massage, both of which were amazing. The wave room and crystal sauna were perfect for unwinding. I also had a delicious meal at the café—the Bloody Mary and avocado toast were both fantastic. While I didn’t get a chance to use the fitness area, it’s definitely on my list for next time. Hands down, I highly recommend Canyon Ranch for anyone looking to enjoy a luxurious, relaxing spa day!

Like others have said, if you aren't staying at the Venetian, leave earlier than you think to arrive on time. We were coming from the south end of the strip and even with taking the monorail, it was a solid 50 minute walk. Because once you get to the Venetian - you're like halfway there. You go through hallway after hallway to arrive to the spa. I'll say this - I loved my pedicure by Brooke. My two friends and I all had a great time at the spa. The facilities were very clean and well stocked. BUT I'm very glad we did 11am on a Sunday because it meant we had much more space and access to the facilities. By the time we were packing up around 2pm, the place was VERY busy. And as others have said, the shared spaces (sauna, hot tub, experiential rooms) are small. My favorite area only had room for 4 guests. So we weren't waiting for anything - but I know later in the day, that wouldn't be the case. I would for sure go back - it was a great way to enjoy our last day in Vegas (we left on a later flight). But your enjoyment will be contingent on how polite other guests are and how busy it is.

Spa review The reason I feel so comfortable leaving this review is because I spoke directly to management about these issues and while they said they would address them, looking back on these 1star reviews for the first time, they are so similar and insanely accurate to my experience that it is clear they have not addressed these issues for some time. (This is coming from someone who typically disregards 1 star reviews as the outliers/difficult costumer.) Perspective: A guest of the Venetian hotel with plenty of spa experiences. The Good: Chris and Jeff our masseuse’s were phenomenal with deep tissue and trigger points techniques. They could seriously open their own practice in sport /deep tissue massages. Shout out to Han who booked our appointment the day prior, very welcoming and great energy. The Bad: Not even the amazing massage could make up for the lacking of facilities, cleanliness and friendliness of the facility staff. As my partner put it, they really seemed to put the “hospital” in hospitality in terms of the vibe and feel of the place and staff. The Ugly: Dust on the shelves above towels in the wet spa rooms. GROSS. Shower stall not restocked with their product (mind you these are large bottles) so if they are “empty empty”; it would leave me to believe multiple days between regularly checking and cleaning of these facilities. GROSS. Hot tub is both underwhelming lukewarm and can’t fit more than 2-3 adults comfortably at a time. Someone said it an another comment but it does feel as the saunas rooms and experiences are all set to efficient eco setting or something. Co ed waiting room was also large lack luster area with no shared water / wet spaces. My partner didn’t even want to spend time in facilities after the massage. For what you’ll spend here, there a multitude of other spa experiences in Vegas worth experiencing over here. We booked the appointment in person the day before. Since we knew it would be an early morning, we put deposit on card for services ahead of time as well as showed our IDs so we could just head into spa morning of without having to deal with paperwork first thing. Morning of our spa day, we are greeted by Marlyn (sp?) who greeted us, was the rudest I have ever been greeted in a spa setting. My partner did not have her ID on her. When I mentioned we showed it the previous evening. Her response was “that was yesterday. This is today”. (FYI: The walk from a room at Venetian to the spa back to the room is about 10 minutes+/-.) When I stated that we wouldn’t be walking back to the room and I had my ID to verify the booking, Marlyn dismissed that, she then began asking my partner for different forms of ID, next asking for any pictures of said IDs, followed by asking for a LinkedIn account before finally doing us a favor by checking if my partners instagram account name matched the booking. I was stunned this was their check in procedure. It was fascinating; her tone, seriousness and attitude at 7am in spa setting was a feat to behold. She made me so uncomfortable when I leaving, I asked another staff member to speak to a manager. When Marlyn came back out as the manager, I wanted to shrink away. (full disclosure, I did. I told her the masseuse were great and left, not feeling comfortable to air my notices to her.) I returned later to speak to the next manager who I told my observations as stated here. They offered me a 25% discount but its not about the money and more so about spreading the transparency of these facilities, especially if you are accustomed to any sort of spas that command these prices, this spa will not meet your expectations. If accustomed to international 5star hotel spas/Korean spa…you will be even more let down. If you read this novel, thanks and hope it helps you make an informed decision on where to have a spa experience other than Canyon Ranch Spa + Fitness Las Vegas.

The place is huge as expected but the welcoming staff and friendliness makes one feel ‘at home’. It was great to enjoy the steam room before hand and Juliet gave me a fabulous massage.

Visited the Canyon Ranch Spa in Las Vegas last week for our anniversary trip. We did the couples retreat package. Is it pricey? Yes. Worth it? Definitely. We had two outstanding masseuses in Michelinne and Rachel. As a guy who doesn’t do massages regularly, it was an amazing experience. From the salt room, wave room, locker room amenities, private lounges and of course the couples treatment room- everything was top notch. We didn’t know our package also came with a food credit so we did brunch the next morning at the cafe. Our server was outstanding. The food was awesome. I would definitely recommend it to couples looking for something special to do. Already looking at their other locations and trying to see how we can work visits into future travels.

Amazing experience. So many saunas and different types of treatments available. Totally enjoyed myself. I cannot wait to come back to Vegas for another treatment!

Have been to CRS numerous times, i was disgusted with the dirty oil stains in the jacuzzi which seemed to have been there for awhile, the grout looked filth and seemed to be tainted with black mold. The shower grout also showed obvious stains of black mold. Clearly not top notch for as they claim a high end spa.

I cannot give enough stars for Jennifer Hahn. I had an Alchemist’s Retreat with her while in town for a football game and it was the absolute BEST 100 minutes of my entire trip - and we did a LOT in Vegas! Not only was the spa itself very clean and cozy, but all the amenities were incredible; well worth a day trip, or as an added bonus to the treatment you choose. I had a Couple’s Retreat with my husband, which was lovely, but I will go to Canyon Ranch for the Alchemist’s Retreat ANY time I am in Las Vegas, and I will request Jennifer every time! From the full body salt scrub, to the mud pack along my spine, to the massage with the massage candle, it was all pure bliss. I am not one to normally relax enough to fall asleep, but I can say with certainty that I almost fell asleep 5 times. It was worth every penny and the time. If you are looking to really treat yourself in Las Vegas, I highly, highly recommend the Alchemist’s Retreat with Jennifer Hahn at the Canyon Ranch spa.

I plannned a spa day. Very disappointed with this experience. First .. no pools! One jacuzzi filled with loud non English speaking women who were so loud you could not enjoy the relaxing rooms. Pedicure had add on charges that were not explained at the beginning of service. Over priced for what you get. Do not recommend!!

My experience at this spa was the first time I’ve had the pleasure of enjoying their services. There are so many rooms to explore and relax in while there. Their massage therapist Lisa was absolutely wonderful!!! Kate took care of my facial. She was amazing!! Very experienced, she was knowledgeable about each product she used and had recommendations for me too. I felt so pampered!! Thank you Kate and Lisa for such a great day!!

One of the best experiences that we have had. From a male stand point I’m very neutral and enjoy my time on my time. My wife had the ultimate experience. She mentioned that the locker room host was very cordial, attentive, and made the experience worthwhile. She would return because of the first class touch Vanessa Jimenez . She gave a grand tour, introduced her to all the amenities that they provided. Vanessa Jimenez was amazing and very professional

TLDR: Good therapists, spa pretty poor. Therapists are really good and while expensive it’s worth the money if you do what we do and fly economy and then use a spa and treatment to recharge your body after a long flight. I can highly recommend Maddie for the sports/deep tissue massage. The spa itself though is pretty poor. Now this is probably an American vs European thing but in the UK our local gym has a better spa experience than the Palazzo, which is pretty bad when you think about it as we are not in the centre of London or at a 5 star hotel. Have a look at this url https://www.davidlloyd.co.uk/clubs/royal-berkshire/club-facilities/spa/ to see what we expect from a regular gym spa. Have a look here to see what we expect from a 5 star hotel spa https://boringdonhall.co.uk/gaia-spa/spa-facilities/ . Canyon Ranch does not deliver on any of those levels. The jacuzzi is minuscule, the saunas and steam are average and the heated moulded chairs are cool rather than warming. The staff are cleaning constantly and the date bars and watermelon water is nice but it’s just like it’s stuck in the equivalent of the 1980’s, which is pretty sad for a top place in Vegas. So go for a treatment, don’t go for a spa day. Oh, it’s also single sex for a fair bit of it only a small amount is mixed sex, so if you’re with your partner it’s difficult to relax together.

Top end prices with somewhat aged facilities. Generally friendly staff though I had an unfortunate encounter right before my massage that colored it negatively and was shorted several minutes of the massage. . I addressed it then but never heard back from the staff.

We were quite happy with our experience. We got a couples massage, but also decided to take advantage of other rooms/amenities while we were there. While pricey, we felt we got good value for our money and would recommend.

Wonderful spa facility! I’ve visited many spas across the country, including several in high-end tourist towns such as Telluride, CO, Beaver Creek, CO, Aspen, CO, and Santa Fe, NM. I know a good spa when I see one and this place fits the bill. I’m utterly baffled by reviews that mention less than perfection because Canyon Ranch has it all. We visited Canyon Ranch on two separate days, once for pedicures and once for a massage and facial. We used the entire spa facility both days and found them to be exceptional. The staff was friendly, helpful, and very talented in their knowledge during services. The rooms were all clean, serene, spacious, and exactly what one expects when going to a spa. Water/tea/snack stations were well stocked constantly and had different choices both days we went. The salt grotto was our favorite and had a salt wall and diffused salt that sprayed in the air every few minutes. There’s private areas that are gender specific and also areas for co-ed relaxation if you’re there on a couple’s spa day like we were one of the days. I had originally booked a Canyon Ranch facial but my esthetician recommended a Hydrafacial after discussing my needs and examining my skin. I am so thankful for her expertise because it was perfection! My skin has never looked so calm, radiant, and refreshed. She did an outstanding job and really addressed my skin care needs. My husband’s massage was also excellent and he felt relaxed and pampered afterwards. On our pedicure days, my teen daughter and I both enjoyed a Canyon Ranch pedicure that was heavenly and included the bottle of nail polish in the price of the manicure. Top notch service that left us feeling lux! I’d mention that teens under 18 are limited in services, understandably, and are also limited is what areas of the spa they can utilize. The salt grotto, wave room, and lounging areas were the only spaces my teen was allowed to use (in addition to the locker rooms and shower facilities, of course). So just know that detail if you’re planning a mother/daughter spa day. :) Definitely worth visiting Canyon Ranch! We will be back the next time we are in Vegas!

Terrible service , was in the functional area and was yelled at to put my shoes on , told the staff member I am just on a Matt stretching.. he belittled me and told met he policy is written on the TV . I said I’m not here to watch TV and haven’t seen it however I will put them on once I’ve finished this one stretch. He said put your shoes on or he’s going to get security to remove me ..?!? tried to talk to him saying that that’s what I said I was doing but he walked away from me… Then when I approached him to chat to him about his attitude towards me started with a light attempt at a apologiy but again quickly got agitated and aggressive when o questioned his need to threaten security then again got heated told me he had cool security and then said don’t let me catch you outside of the bar and threaten to assault me . I said I will take this up with management or if you’d like to call security or as Manager feel free but then he continued threatening me so I went to leave and he was still yelling at me as I was going up the escalator. Unbelievable experience and horrific treatment of a guest .. Several times he tried to refer to the small print which I didn’t see and regardless I was putting my shoes back on and he just continued I didn’t feel safe no heard so I left and didn’t feel I would get anywhere with management nor had the time

We visited the spa for a couples massage/ couples retreat . Upon arrival we were welcomed by a gracious attendant, checked in and whisked off for a tour before meeting again in the gathering room. The spa/ showers/ changing area were well equipped with every need met as well as gracious staff members visible. We met in the gathering room which has intimate seating areas with choices of watermelon infused water or lemon , turmeric and ginger. We were met by our massage therapist’s, one was Sunshine but unfortunately I do not recall the other female. We were taken to our two room retreat and explained what we would be experiencing. The 100 minute treatment started work scalp massage followed by a full body sugar scrub. The temperate maintained at 71 degrees and was perfect. We were then escorted to a running shower to rinse off before submerging in an impeccably clean soaking tub with pristine water that we could have stayed in for hours. The floors in the rinse/ bathing area were heated creating an added touch of warmth to our experience. After 20 minutes we were whisked back to the massage part of our retreat and experienced side by side bliss accompanied by warm pillows and soothing music. Our masseuses were professional and amazing. We can’t wait to return.
