Jonathan was great his service was A1 I came in for shaggy wolf cut gave me exactly what I asked for, we also did a hallow of blond with red highlights colors came out BOMB I love the transition with the colors but customer service was also really great made sure to confirm all my appointments through text on time!

Extremely unhappy with the service, which is not cheap and not well done by far. This place is all hype, the “new talent” isn’t worth paying for. I do not recommend. Hair salons nowadays charge to pay for their lease but not for proper good service.

Shanus is incredible. I trust her with my hair because she truly cares and knows exactly what she’s doing. I came to her as a platinum color correction and she worked her magic. I highly recommend her especially for blondes. I am VERY picky and she is the first stylist I’ve been to where I literally fell asleep in her chair once and didn’t have anxiety the whole time. Go to her, you won’t regret it!

Jonathan slays my hair every single time! He takes his time with consultations and makes sure to go over every detail with me. He’s super helpful when I’m not sure exactly what I want! Highly recommend and I’m so happy I found him.

Was ok. Nothing great. I think they pick the same person anytime you call or book online. I wasn’t thrilled with my hair cut. Very blunt, I asked for soft. Looks like I have two hair cuts in one. Seems that this salon gives the same style and cut to every patron. Not much variety going on. Thought since I paid for an more experienced stylist the hair cut and style would be impressive and thorough. Got no compliments on my new hair cut. Just statements saying it was way to blunt across stylist blew it out before she ever checked to see if I liked the cut. Blow out style wasn’t even great. But it covered up a not great hair cut. Not sure I will go back. Maybe. Kind of cute location. Near the Durango casino if you are staying there. Great hair wash and massage, that was worth it

Great environment and love my hair with Leah! The Capelli at Durango has easy parking and lots of other amenities - end up with great haircut & color plus a great day exploring this area of Vegas.

I got a haircut & blowout with Silvana & had the best time with her!! She is so fun & did an amazingggg job with my hair. I was nervous as I hadn't gotten a cut in a while and she made me feel comfortable and confident to chop it off - all 6+ inches. She crushed it & I'll 100% be coming back to her! Also - the salon is gorgeous and the vibe between the stylists is fun & friendly. :)

Came in for a haircut. Sailor was picked for me and I’m so glad she was. Firstly she’s amazing with hair, asked me how I wanted it and delivered it so much better then I imagined. You know when you look up and like ‘wow’, that’s the reaction I had. She’s also super lovely, didn’t mind me chatting away. The place was clean and relaxing, service was great and had a lovely cuppa. This is my go to place now!

Today l had the most perfect haircut Ive ever had in my whole entire life :) Sailor was more than amazing and very friendly, she understood exactly what l wanted and did and amazing job cutting my hair!! I highly recommend Sailor she’s awesome! I already booked another appointment in few weeks so she can correct my hair color too!

Olivia will forever be my hairdresser!!! She did such a beautiful job I can't stop looking in the mirror!!! Great communication so we were on the same page at all times. Very well knowledgeable in what my hair care needed to consist of and I will be back to show her my progress! Also she gives an amazing scrub down in the shampoo bowl;)

they really saved my hair, i called to make a rush appointment to get my hair dryed and styled, due to the fact that EVOQ salon did not do the best job and let me walk out with wet hair when I had an appointment to get my hair dried and styled, but they really did save my hair and I would recommend this hair salon more than anywhere else. People are very nice and caring, and the atmosphere is amazing can’t believe this salon isn’t a four star because it sure deserves it!

I text one of the stylist. She tell me go Tuesday.and she didn't tell me the time and I went the salon open at 9am.she not there till 10am.i said I am good.i can wait.after 10am she didn't come to say hi to me (I never meet her)and 10:16 one of there employees come to tell me said her appointment all full and she won't take me.she will text me reset appointment....that's so great to waste my time!!!and I wait for 24 hours now she never text me back.ok .see you in google ~

I'm sure this salon is nice, but one of the male hairstylists seems to give opinions on people who are waiting for people who are leaving parking spots and pulling into it. While I was waiting for people to leave their spot so I could parallel park and run in to grab an order, a male stylist made it a point to tell me I was "parked in the middle of the street". He continued to argue with me about the fact I was just sitting in the middle of the road when I explained that I was waiting for a couple who had just gotten into their car to pull out of the spot so I can pull in. I probably would have gotten a service done here since it looks like a nice salon and close to my apartment (I live in the complex), but if that's how they want to treat someone who is just literally waiting for a spot and minding their business, I don't want to know how they treat their actual customers.

Worked with Jazmine for a haircut and she was so nice and professional and did a great job. I'll be coming back again for future haircuts.
