I think the best review and compliment I can share for this fabulous gem of a salon is the constant compliments I receive on my hair style! Seriously every month strangers will comment on how chic my cut is, all thanks to Veronica at Capelli Lounge! I’ve been trusting her to do my ‘do for the past 23 years, and am so grateful for her talent! We all know good hair days are great days, and it’s thanks to Capelli that I have so many!

I've been seeing my stylist at Capelli Lounge for as long as I can remember. She consistently gives me cuts and color that get rave reviews from friends and strangers. The entire staff here is fantastic! My husband and kids are clients as well!

Capelli Lounge is a staple in my life! I have now had the pleasure of Veronica styling and highlighting my hair for over a decade. I appreciate her great work but also the overall atmosphere of the salon. It is the only place I go to get my hair done! I highly recommend it!

For the past 25+ years, Capelli Lounge and Laurie and Veronica have been my go-to destination for all my haircare needs, and each visit reaffirms why I have been a longstanding and loyal customer. Over the years, I've had everything from trims to new styles, to color changes, and Capelli lounge has never failed to exceed my expectations. I always walk out of there feeling great about myself. I love this place! I live in New York City most of the time, but I only gey my hair done in LA at Capelli Lounge. They have such a comfortable, relaxed, and welcoming atmosphere, and the talent and expertise of the stylists is unrivialed - and I know, I spent so much of my life (and money) in "celebrity" stylists hair salons, both in LA and New York. But since finding Veronica - (it was actually my husband who found her first, and if you ever would have told me I would go to the same person for my hair as my husband, I would have told you you were crazy, but she's just that good), I stopped looking around and found my forever stylist. Veronica has been doing my color and cut for more than 20 years now and I wouldn't even think of going anywhere else. In my time sitting in her chair, I've had plenty of opportunities to watch the other stylists do their work and every client I see walking out of the salon looks their absolute best. Its wonderful when you can spend your time and money at a place where the people are so kind that it's a pleasure just being around them. I ALWAYS walk out looking and feeling infinitely better than when I walk in. I couldn't recommend Capelli Lounge more highly!

I’ve been coming to Veronica for decades. She’s the best, always very professional and does a great job. The vibe at Capelli is super cool, relaxed and friendly, and the music is great. Laurie is also a blast and does a phenomenal job too. The prices are very reasonable for the Westside and they’re always running specials for new clients. The atmosphere is minimalist but very chic and well thought out. It’s like a little mini-vacation from the city when you just need a little “me time” and some self-care. You owe it to yourself to relax and enjoy Capelli Lounge.

Me and my family have been going to Capelli Lounge for many years. Veronica and Laurie are truly artists in the way they work. They do amazing styling on both men and women and always gear me in the direction that is best for my hair and the look I am trying to achieve. Veronica and Laurie are also always up to date on technology (hair dryers, flat irons, etc..) and hair color chemicals so I know I can trust their input in making decisions that are best for me. Finally, these women are professional and warm and engaging. I always look forward to going to see them because I know I’m in good hands and love catching up with them. By the way, I recently made a huge change in my hair color and love it, have also gotten so many compliments!

My husband and I have been customers at Capelli Lounge for years! He sees Veronica and I go to Laurie for color, cut, style. They are both great. Laurie has really helped me figure out how to stay ahead of the grey hair. The salon is upstairs and there’s a nice bird’s eye view of the street. There’s free 2 hr parking nearby.

Capelli Lounge is amazing! I have been a client for 30 years and I will not go anywhere else. Even when I lived out of town, I would make a special trip to get my hair cut. The whole team is talented and professional; the vibe is fun and relaxed! Laurie does my hair and it is amazing every time! I have fine/thin hair so she takes care when cutting to make sure to give me a cut that is perfect for my needs. My color is epic every time too! Thank you so much.

I have been going to Capelli Lounge for over 25 years. Laurie and Veronica are not only fun, but amazing at listening and recommending what would be best for your hair. They did my hair for my wedding and now my kids and husband go there too. Talk about full circle! I always leave feeling good about myself and having a fun time being there.

I’ve been seeing Keiichi at Capelli Lounge for haircuts over the past two years and have left every appointment feeling grateful and excited about my haircuts. Keii truly does an amazing job and always exceeds expectations. He is extremely friendly, kind, and professional. His rate for haircuts is very reasonable, especially for me being a college student. The lounge space itself is also very nice, welcoming, and always clean. Highly recommend this salon.

This place is seriously the best. I had never gotten my hair colored so I wanted to go to a place that had good reviews, even if that meant paying a few extra bucks and let me tell you, it was worth it. Kei was so nice and I came to him with a very vague idea but he did his best to understand what I wanted. I have curly frizzy hair and some find it hard to manage but he did an excellent job. He treated every strand of hair with so much care and made sure I knew what was going on the whole time. At the end, I was not completely satisfied with the results and i do take blame that I may have not been as clear since my idea was very vague so went back to see if there is something else that could be done and he was again super nice and attentive and was willing to fix it with no charge. I am extremely satisfied with the results and if you are looking for a place to go to get your hair done, this is the place, especially with Kei.

I love Veronica! She's the only stylist I've found who cuts my hair the way I like it. She's super friendly, fun to talk to, and has an amazing memory... Even though I don't go frequently, she remembers what was going on in my life. She also taught me how to blow dry my hair way back when I finally decided I needed to figure out how to style it/do something with it, and she was very patient and willing to take the time. Highly recommend!

Capelli lounge is a joy to visit. Not only can you relax about your hair, you can just relax overall. It is a peaceful little niche in Westwood. Veronica always does a fantastic job with my hair and is great about fitting me in at the last minute. Everyone else there seems really friendly too.
