Owner is a horrible person! She is a liar that does not GAF about her employees. She would rather lie and spread rumors than care about the well being of her own employees. I’d stay away if I were you, plenty of other options in the Memphis area that do not have horrific owners.

Owner is a terrible person! Only seems to care about herself and not her employees! Spreads ugly lies and rumors about current and past employees. Very nonprofessional. Keep clear of this salon, there are many other places very close to here that have a much better environment for EVERYONE involved!

I have been going to Kalee for 2+ years now & I highly recommend her I have a hard time trusting hairstylist with putting blonde in my hair & she exceeds my expectations every single time. She is awesome!

Kalee Green at Capelli is absolutely amazing at what she does! I’ve been coming here for a year now and she is the only one I’ll use. She’s super sweet and always does a fantastic job. She is really easy to get in touch with and usually has flexible availability. She offers a wide variety of services from coloring, cutting and even hair extensions. If your not coming to her, you’re really missing out!

The receptionist said it was a white salon and she didn’t even do her hair there . After I informed her I was mixed and looking for someone to straighten my hair after my color. I asked for blue highlights and got it put all over my head because highlights were in the stylists words “too difficult “. My hair looks blown dry. Not straightened . After 4 hours yesterday and her unable to do the job , they wanted me to go back this morning to the same person? The owner was rushing me off the phone because she had a person in her chair . I didn’t know they don’t have a manager . She should get one . Lin clearly has no idea how to talk to people . I would never go back and I would stay away if your ethnic, or have sense . No refund of any kind offered , no different stylist, and no apology. Lin told me to show up this morning if I don’t like it and let her (the stylist from yesterday’s disaster) see what she can do to fix it?!! In essence drop what I’m doing because she has no value for other people . That’s how ignorant she is . I will be calling my bank.

Nat G is amazing! I can always go to her with what I want and get honest feedback regarding how/if we can actually make it happen! She has yet to let me down with a cut and color! I always leave her feeling like a million bucks! I can honestly say, I look forward to seeing her for hair appointments. Not only is she an awesome stylist, but she is a great friend!

Bad customer service. Appointment cancelled one hour prior through text message, no call or explanation provided, just appointment cancelled today. First Strike. Called in to find out why. Hair stylist was sick, which I understand they have no control over. The person answering phone was aggressive in tone, unapologetic in any regard, did not offer an alternative appointment time (Second Strike) and hung up the phone on me (Third Strike). Would not be writing review if any level of professionalism exhibited on Capelli’s part. Good hair cut previously but will let my dollars speak for themselves elsewhere.
