It was my first time at this salon and I had the pleasure of Ashleigh doing my hair. It was a great experience and she did amazing! She was very attentive and welcoming. She cut my hair exactly as I had asked. Can’t wait to go back and see Ashleigh again!

My sister and I went back to the Capelli Dallas location and again they did a great job and the results are incredible. The previous balayage I had done was faded and I couldn't go on time due to health reasons. The manager made an exception and did the correction again for free and the result was perfect. I would like to thank the managers for their professional attitude and especially Summer and Ashleigh for their friendly and incredible hair service.

Anna cut my daughter’s hair recently. She did a fantastic job. She has very thick hair that tangle’s easily and Anna knew exactly what to do to make her hair more manageable. My little girl was so happy with her cut and blow out. Thank you so much!

Elnora is great! She does my low lights, balayage, root touch ups and haircuts! I can be picky and indecisive about color/style. She is always patient with me and my hair always looks great in the end. She goes above and beyond to make sure you love your hair when you leave and will always fix something if you aren’t completely satisfied. Definitely recommend her and Capelli Salon is great, professional and nice!

I have always had the best service at Capelli. From the moment I enter, I am greeted and asked if I would like a water to the service with my stylist, Anna. I have always felt confident in her decisions with my hair. She is honest, friendly, and professional. I would never go anywhere else! She’s also wonderful with my son! Cant beat that.

Anna is incredibly talented stylist, but she is more than that she’s an artist. I have tried a lot of different salons and stylists but for the past 4 years Capellli has been my salon and Anna has been my person.

I’ve been coming to Capelli Salon for 10 years and absolutely love it!! The stylists are top-notch and the customer service is personal and friendly. Younes is my favorite stylist I’ve ever had, and I’ve been to several of Dallas’ top salons before discovering Capelli. I cannot recommend this salon highly enough.

My stylist Ashleigh was fabulous! She listened to what I wanted from coloring to my haircut. I went from med brown to a beautiful golden blonde! I will absolutely be going back to this salon. The atmosphere is outstanding and so gorgeous inside. Book Ashleigh for the most gorgeous perfect hair!

The owners of this salon do not understand how to treat employees, pay employees, or handle client care. Such an unprofessional cheap environment. Go anywhere but Capelli Salon. Pretty sure this whole chain is going bankrupt from robbing their stylists.

Took my mother here to get her hair done, that’s what she had to say: “ Ashleigh was so sweet! She cared so much that I’m comfortable, she took her time making sure everything was perfect! I am very unhappy with the staff at this salon, specifically ANA. She wrongfully fired an employee for no reason. This employee has worked very hard to get to where she is today and it’s unfortunate that she was treated so poorly when she was so passionate about her work. I know she’ll be better off without them but to get called “ghetto” is very unprofessional. I hope y’all take the time to reconsider the staff here as I found them very rude and inconsiderate.

I was lucky enough to have the owner do my hair. I know he’s completely booked now and not accepting new clients. This is my second time there. I got an amazing hair cut that falls perfectly around my face and a partial highlight. My hair is the prettiest, lightest blonde ever. He took his time and truly wanted to make sure I was happy. I literally hugged him before I left. 🤍🤍🤍
