Anna (AJ) is the best hair stylist I’ve had! I hadn’t had my hair professionally done in years & she gave me the best highlights without bleaching it! Also she was very collaborative with me about the final look and how I wanted my hair cut :) I got so many compliments because of her!!

If I could rate this a 1 star I would. Summer did my daughters hair on Nov 8th and messed up was suppose to correct it Nov 10th now is saying she can’t and won’t return text or calls. I will be contacting and escalating this as Summer was already paid and refusing to fix her mess up.

Dallas fashion week was amazing, but couldn’t have looked as flawless without Capelli Salon!! Also shout out to AJ!! Curly hair stylists are needed and she did amazing on all of our different textures!

From waxes to haircuts, it’s an all around 10! Nevaeh does an amazing job every time I need a quick trim or my eyebrows waxed. Can’t recommend enough!

Dear Capelli, I have been a loyal costumer since Younis first started out, when he first purchased the store and then moved to Preston. I keep coming back because the red shades he creates for me are the best. Yesterday, I was at the salon for 5 hours with a newish stylist. They had 3 people leave their jobs at the salon that morning and were seriously understaffed, which is why I am readily excusing the delay. I was starving midway through the service and the girls ordered food for me. They discounted my service and also gave me a gift card which I'm very grateful for because my black shirt is eternally stained with red dye drips (not enough towels?). That night I went out with friends and a new couple said,"you have 23 year old?! You don't look a day over 30". I'm 49, but your hairstylists talent, the high quality products I buy from Capelli, and the ambience in the salon makes me feel like a 30 year old with the confidence (and money) of 50 year old. What could be better?! Thank you!!!!

I had a phenomenal experience with the Lash Tech Alianna. I rarely get my lashes done but this time I was totally in LOVE with the outcome. Ladies, the price was very reasonable considering they lasted on longer than usual and were full and defined. I'll definitely be returning for my fills here. Thank you Alianna, see you soon!

Such a rip off!!charged me$700 for Japanese straightening but it ruined my hair instead, the tips are rough and looks like a bleach burn?? I have been getting Japanese straightening for years from a salon at NYC with phenomenal results. I was looking for someone as great in Texas as well, so after researching I called Capelli. At first, I asked for Mr. Younus who's the owner but was being told that he's not accepting new customers, so I ended up with Ana Maria. She did Japanese straightening and after 5 days I went back again since my hair weren't straight at all, she blamed it on me tht I didn't keep it the way it was supposed to be for 72 hours( I have done it 5 times before and I know very well what to expect and how to handle it). she did keratin treatment(for free) which even didn't last for the first hair wash. Such a waste of time and money. I hate to write a bad review but people should know what they are getting out of their money they are spending!!!
