Spain was very nice an knowledgeable, but she cut off almost all my hair and gave me something completely different from what I asked for. Will not be returning, especially for $78 not including tip I look like Guy Fierri Called into the place, got refunded. They were super nice and understanding about my disappointment after the fact. I'll try them out again but with a different barber. Spain is very knowledgeable and nice, just not my first choice if you'd like to keep your length

I got nicks from the trimmer they used all over my neck that bled. The hair cut was sub par as well with no attention to details. Wouldn't recommend this place.

I have been going to Capellis for almost 15 years, have always loved the service. Worth the cost! Linda has been my barber for a few years and she is the best. Takes her time and I’m always happy with the cut.

Never seen a barber(Gavin) so nonchalant and uninterested. Here’s why: 1) while shaping the hair on neck, I asked the shape to keep it natural, he gave me the cut so high that I am looking like a cartoon. 2) Didn’t even bother to clean the butter cream around my neck after the cut. 3) while shampooing he never touched the back of my neck. I realised this much long after the haircut. On top of that I visited many places for my shopping only to realise my neck is full of hair. 4) at the end of all this I asked him to show me the neck line. He held mirror so high that he deliberately wanted me to not see what a mess he did. 5) The haircut was a complete mess. I wanted to look good for my birthday upcoming week. But he made me look atleast 10 years older with in my 30 min appointment. What a waste of money, $70($60+$10 tip). I don’t know why I left his worst of service a tip.

Eve always gives a clean cut. Super detailed and she’s got a great personality. I’ve been going to her for over 7 years now, and I don’t trust anybody else with my hair.

Gavin always takes such good care of me and pays attention to the little things. Yes this place is expensive but I really feel like I’m getting a 5 star service everytime.

I would avoid this place. Nasty voicemail messages left when i tried to cancel an appointment literally 10 minutes after placing it. More nasty voicemail when i booked again 6 weeks later (no cancellation this time, manager just couldn’t let go and remembered my name after that long). Hair left all over my collar in the middle of the work day after all this. I can get the same product and decent customer service for about 60% of the cost

This is my go-to haircut place. Everyone is well trained, so you never get a terrible haircut. However, there are people who are better at men's fades than others. If you're in a bind and need a good haircut, you can count on this place. All locations are solid.

KEY WORDS: rude, disdainful, unprofessional, having no aesthetic sense, unfriendly paid ways Check the photos, this work is a shame. It was a "BALD" barber cut my hair (I am concerned if you are jealous of person having more hair?) Hahahah, so funny! And here is the summarized reasons that GENTLEMAN (basically everyone) should not be here: 1. This guy is rude and has bad service attitude, you can obviously feel it. I did not owe you money, ok? 2. I required the specified style and showed him pitcure, he was like disdainful. 3. Finally, I asked him to refine "3 TIMES" and he seems to out of patience. The last time he finally took out comb to shear my hair. Shame of you having no aesthetic sense. I suggest you going back to school to study again:) USE THE DAMN COMB! 4. He is always wiping his hands during cutting hair. So unprofessional and rude. 5. Apple Pay not accepted and no exchange if you used cash. My suggestion to this shop: train your staffs better, emotion control is important, fire the guy maybe? I dont think he can make contributions to your shop.
